Somewhere at the top of the page yet not the very top, there's a tab called "Character Sign-Up". Make a character sheet with your character's info there, but be sure to read every bit of info about the roleplay you can before doing so.

It's where progress from other RPs can be carried over. If it isn't allowed then you have to start from scratch. It's essentially carrying over character development ^~^
