Technically you can consume alcohol through the eye, like injecting drugs, but he'd pass out way faster then normal

You do realize it's not an actual eye, right? It's just a glowing symbolic representation of one floating around where his face should be.

Kylios just woke up to the aftermath of the attack with a head wound due to some debris. He came into the shop for potions and Lil is being protective.
