There is a very real reason Lilly acts the way she does, why she is so brutal and head strong, stubborn as a mule. Why she drinks to wash her problems away. Even why she isn't a good thinker.


Grey and Kylios know, I mentioned it in a previous post. But you guys may not have realised as I did it subtly.


Once she was inducted as a swords apprentice to a legend the other male warriors were jealous. They gang-raped her.


If she thinks, she remembers, she remembers she gets scared. It's all a front to protect herself. A strong shell, physical and personality, over a weak scared girl.


Thats why she is mostly aggressive but sometimes her softness comes through. Just so your up to speed @skwablehawk @Kazehana @Mitchs98

Eyeface would have liked Lilith in the past. He used to roam around in search of the strongest warriors in order to enslave them through fear or outright consume them whole. Lilith could have been his victim as well had he not had his revelation and cast away his path of destruction. Now he is searching for faithful allies who understand his goal and ambition and have the passion and bravery in their hearts to follow him through the gates of hell if it means bringing balance to the world.


It's not like he can read Lilith's mind, but he has learned how to read people over the years. Well, it's not like Lilith is that hard to read, either. In fact, he probably relates to her the most since he, too, experienced shame and misery in the past, and in his case, developed an unhealthy obsession for power and a taste for cruelty. But no matter how hard he tried to convince himself that he was the most superior being of all by crushing everything and everyone under his feet, deep down in his heart he knew that he was not the first and won't be the last to hold this power. Eventually he would perish, consumed by his own desire, and he would not be remembered as the most powerful being that existed, but rather, be forgotten. This was his greatest fear and the weakness in his heart.


So he got over it and now he's wishing Lilith would do the same and stop being so loud and obnoxious.
