Dunno, I'd have to ask what would be allowed first without being OP, though I'd imagine it'd be pretty high given that he can't then use the mana. Also, the only way to stop it is to break contact. One thing that I can say is that it would probably be a very painful or at least uncomfortable experience for those well in-tune with magic. For those less so, not so much. I'm also thinking of making it passive.

Maybe not painful, because pain is for filthy mortals. More like extreme fatigue and haziness because it's his very existence that's being drained.

In his defense he was asleep before he hit the chest. But you have a point there. Don't worry though, he is a healthy male with interest in those areas, it's just that his interest in sleep generally outweighs it .

Sabrina opened one eye to the sound of destruction. Smoke. Screams. Black fire- wait, black fire only means one thing. Her head snapped up as she gazed upon the Bone Dragon, a wide, insane smile crossing her face. "Yes. This is the best day EVER. First a hydra, then a Bone Dragon? YESYESYESYESYESSSS!" Something changed within Sabrina. Maybe it was due to the fact that she won't punished by her creators. Maybe it was the fact that she might get a reward for bringing both in. As the bone dragon crumbled to the ground, Sabrina shot up from her resting spot and bolted towards to mass of dragon bones. "YES! ALL THIS DRAGON BONES! MINE!" Her eyes were glittering with excitement and she jumped into the bone pile and started stuffing it into her bag.
