Come, traveler, sit by the hearth and I will tell you what I know.
[/media]- a young man tricked a dragon into helping him destroy a ‘guild’ of blood mages that used the blood of dragons to get powers.
- the dragon bound her soul into an ancient artifact known as the “Dragon Heart” to help the man take down the threat.
- While killing the leader of the corrupt mages, the young man discovered dark magics that could make him ruler over dragons and man.
- he turned on the dragon and bound her to his will using the ‘Dragon Heart’, then began his empire by killing dragons and humans who opposed him.
- eventually a new group of wizards (possibly the first Dragon Heart and/or Dark Seekers) formed and took down the emperor, but the dragon heart was lost in the process.
- after the fall of the empire, the dragon rampaged across the lands in search of her heart but could not find it.
- She eventually settled to guard the riches of the empire (which is quite vast) and slumbers in the ruins with a dark hole in place of her heart.
This tale begins like many other great stories, my friend; long ago in the golden age of dragons when a passing shadow was not just a cloud. It begins with a chase, between a group of ruffians and a fleeing apprentice. In his desperation the young man fled into a nearby cave, which unbeknownst to him happened to be a dragon’s lair. As he huddled in the shadows listening to the receding steps of his attackers a shadow stirred behind him. An obsidian dragon, a breed that is extinct today.
“Why do you run, human?” the dragon asked, to which the human replied. “I am fleeing from men who do not share my beliefs.” He explained to the dragon of a group of humans who did not agree with the dragon’s right to rule the land and planned on taking them down. Of course the dragon had heard of new magic-weaving humans, who were said to have drunk the blood of dead dragons to gain magical powers.
Some say these were the first wizards, others say that the apprentice became the first wizard after the dragon decided to help him take down the blood-weavers. However all accounts agree that the apprentice gained abilities that the dragon blessed onto him.
The two then banded together to take down the sorcerers and developed a bond of close friendship. To the common folk they became heroes, but a shadow soon fell. Though the dragon loved her little human friend with fierce devotion, he was a human and was not immune to the pull of greed and the desire of power. To take down the head of the dark-mages he would need a dragon’s might, so the young man asked his dragon friend for her help, lest he perish.
Loathe to let her friend die, the dragon bound her soul into a physical artifact, commonly known as the ‘Dragon Heart’. With it, the young man had her power at his disposal but the dragon did not know was that it could also control her. Together, they took down the dark blood-mage, but not at a great price. The young man found ancient knowledge from the rival wizard, magic that could make him the king of dragons and man alike.
It corrupted his mind and that is when he turned on his dragon, using her soul to bind her to his will. Perhaps it had been his plan all along, but what comes next is a sad tale. The emperor then waged war on the dragons, creating new wizards to fight for his cause and using the dragon to wreak terror onto both man and beast that opposed him. The peace between man and beast had been shattered.
The dragon was stricken with grief over the loss of her friend and was hated by her own kind for her foolishness. It made no matter, for her will was bound to the emperor’s and with each member of her race she killed or human cities she destroyed, she grew cold. With time her mind became as twisted as her body, warped by the dark magics of the emperor.
Eventually there came a day when a new breed of wizards emerged. Some say they were the first members of Dragon’s Heart, others say they were the first Dark Seekers, but they managed to take down the emperor and his foul kingdom.
But what of the dragon, or the Dragon’s Heart? No one knows exactly what happened to the heart. They say it was stolen or buried deep in the heart of the ruins of the Old Empire, hidden by the emperor as a last resort. With no one to control her, the dragon rampaged and searched across the lands for her heart, but could not find it. It is said that the beast now resides amid a horde of all the treasures of the empire, guarding it jealously as if it could replace what was stolen from her. Many tales have been made about adventurers searching for the vast riches and luxuries of the emperor, but none have found the ruins or perhaps none have lived to tell of them,
But who knows, it is just a legend after all.

He told Nami that her 'mother' wasn't her mom and that her real mom dropped her off at his doorstep. She was soon put into foster care after her father died that night. She never knew how to contact her mother but one night her mother did (Because her mother is a night watcher). Nami's mother soon taught her the basics of her powers. Nami had gotten to see her mother every night until now when she is 17. After her 17th birthday Nami's mother stopped seeing her.

Tome creation: Hiroshi writes a magical time capable of giving anyone who reads it access to spells. Once a spell is used the text disappears.
Great Tome creation: More powerful version that creates a Time of spells that is reusable, but saps the readers mana greatly
Naming: Hiroshi names a subject and that person has the power of whatever is named. The more powerful a person this is attempted to be used on the more mana is consumed. This new name only lasts a 2 minutes.
Advanced mana manipulation: Hiroshi is able to freely control the mana in the world allowing him to shape and use it to his will. this allows him to create weapons out of mana and then give those weapons elements such as electricity, Ice, fire, etc.
This power over mana extends to living beings as well allowing his to augment the power of mana within a target making their spells more powerful or their bodies more powerful.
Eyes of Knowledge:
When activated Hiroshi sees the world through his divine eyes allowing him to analyse and break down objects, people, and magics into their base elements. When Hiroshi analyses magic he sees the individual componants of the magic and is able to disrupt components of the magic nullifying it or allowing him to copy the magic. However activating his eyes in a physical form will burn out the physical eyes rending him blind until the injuries are healed.
Spell manipulation: Using mana and his divine eyes Hiroshi is able to pick apart spells of enemies or allies and change sections of the spell's 'code' to augment or hinder the spell. This ability costs a fair amount of mana and can't be used often in combat.
Personality: Hiroshi is a very curious person who seeks to gather as much information about the word as possible. Hiroshi seems more like an observer than a participant as he is always documenting great events.
Bio: Son of the god of space and time Hiroshi was born shortly after man. It was his job to record all things and put the recordings in the library of time, knowledge of all things could be found. Originally Hiroshi was the caretaker of the library which he faithful kept adding major historical events while lesser spirits recorded the daily happenings of the world. With so much happening on Asgard Hiroshi felt he had to descend to the mortal plane to properly document everything. In the past he could always be seen at the edge of great battles and this time is no different.
When Hiroshi descended into the mortal world in this Era he did so to properly record the specifics of historic events. Later on he realized he was too worried about the mortals themselves to properly do his job. So he once again left the mortal plane to make sure his subordinates were going to be able to properly document the events within the world while he was away.
While in the heavens Hiroshi recieved permission from his father to use more his power on the mortal plane there by increasing his battle potential.
Quirks: he has a habit of getting lost in his own head as he has a vast amount of Knowledge but it takes time to short through everything
Other: Hiroshi's weapon is a brush which he uses to write words and tomes.

Bio: Jackal was born during the time when dragons fist existed, he was a normal human who was intrigued throughout his life by the magical properties of everything and later in his life became a famous explorer, researcher, magical scientist, stuff like that. Well he became really good friends with a Dragon named Shirin, a jolly beast of great personality like himself, and a female dragon named Shinis. They went on many magical adventures together until by stupidity on Jackals part, he got tangled in the great magic war.
He was forced to join the humans as they battle the great dragons, he witnessed the death of his friend, Shinis and both Shirin and he grieved. That's when Shirin left to fight the war, to give the humans hell for their cruelty.
Jackal thought he knew a way to save everything, he knew of an ancient myth about a well which when drinker from would give power beyond imagination. Well they both eventually found the temple and the well and Jackal drank from it changing his life forever. He learned secrets that should never be known, and that the power the well offered was an abundance of knowledge. To keep the drinker from using the knowledge for conquest the well brought a curse upon them, the user would be immortal and those close to him would be corrupted beyond a purely evil demon. His right eye got branded with the symbol of the well and his friend turned into Shirinis, a self proclaimed God. Shirinis disappeared and Jackal was left alone, as he had lost everything, but began his long journey to find a cure to his friends corruption and will do anything to help mend his heart once more.
