Everything seemed to happen slowly, from the way the undead wretch crumpled to the ground with a gaping hole in his chest to the man standing behind him. Somehow Syndraxia did not need to look directly at the man's killer to know who had done it. She could feel it in the air even before she caught his scent. There was a fleeting moment where her eyes locked with his.
Genju (Genjo?) was here.

The dragoness could not even mutter a word before his cruel hands latched onto her as he teleported the two of them across the town. A hiss of pain escaped Syndraxia after she was roughly tossed onto the ground, rolling a bit from the momentum. Dirt sprayed into her eyes and mouth, making it hard to see and the force of the impact had stolen her breath. For the moment she lay where she was while coughing from the cloud of dust. How did he know we were here? And magic... no one can use it...

Within moments he was upon her, circling around her like a wolf and leering down at her with a wicked grin. Her heart was pounding like a drum in her chest yet when he placed his hand on her side it was as if her blood had stopped running. Syndraxia shuddered beneath his touch; not out of fear, nor pleasure, but out of a long buried anger that was suddenly disturbed.

"Don't touch me!" She snarled through bared teeth. The dragoness pushed her arms beneath her and got off of the ground at an alarming speed. Her fingers curved as she readied herself for a strike and launched herself for his throat. The ease in which he knocked her back down to the ground only inflamed her anger more as she struggled beneath the weight of his foot. Pinned down like an impaled fish, it was all Syndraxia could do to glare up at her one-time husband. Genju always did like to play with his prey, and Syndraxia was his favorite toy.

She had no choice but to listen to his mocking words and see that disgusting sneer on his face, but his last comment dug deep. Rage bubbled through the downed dragon's veins and smoldered in her chest. Glowing orange slashes began to appear along Syndraxia's neck and across her chest, stark against the dark flesh around it. Faint outlines of scales had also begun to appear and the iris of her crimson eyes had become dark slits. With each passing breath it was becoming harder to maintain her rage enough to keep her form together. Even the corruption in her had begun to stir, as if anticipating a feast on the magic of its prey.

Fortunately she was about to vent some anger in a moment

With a roar, Syndraxia jabbed one of her fists behind the knee of the leg holding her down to offset the pressure and leave him off balance. She dug the nails of her other hand into the flesh of his side and pushed with all the might she could muster, attempting to cause him to fall over. If all went to plan she fully prepared herself to leap on top of him to claw at his eyes, or anything really. She couldn't think very clearly at the moment.

@Kai123

(Sorry, grad stuff is making me busy)

Genju Fullbring

He got frustrated and grabbed the girl from off the ground squeezing her throat as he dropped her and flash stepped back from her. As he got on a roof, as he looked down on her as he saw his dad. "I hate to see that hair. (They refer to him as Genjo as his dad once stated it was miss spelled in his birth certificate. So it says Genju but it's Genjo :D ).

Crow Fullbring

Grabbing Syndraxia as he looked back at Genjo. "I know you don't want my hands on you but we gotta go." He said picking her up bridal style and flashed stepped away.

Sarah Lo

Sarah did a sealing spell on Genjo in a forbidden spell as she flashed stepped away after Crow.

Crow Fullbring

Flash stepping in front of the portal to the four dimensions as he was still carrying Syndraxia. "I'm sorry I know you hate me to death but me carrying you I have a magical barrier he can't smell or sense you." Crow said sure of himself. "Come on we got to go before he feels your magical power." He said looking at the giant gate standing tall above them.

Sarah Lo

Opens the giant gate as it blew heavy winds. She looked through the vast portal as she pushed her hair back. She looks back at the two as she smiled. "This may be the last time we see each other as it will take us to different locations."

Crow Fullbring

"Come on now." He grabbed her and jumped through the portal with the two girls held tightly.

Genju Fullbring

Looking as he saw the gate open he clenched his fist as he was truly angered. "I will find them no matter what." He said gripping his fist tightly. "Soon we'll be reunited." He said laughing insanely.

Kai Takeshi

He looked up and over to see Corriander as he was stuck laying down because of how hurt he was. How bad of a beating did Yhorm give the two. "It looks like our friends been okay." He said wincing at the pain.

Yhorm

"A Demi-God of foolish value and thinks he can stand against a king himself." He said laughing a bit as his ownly attention was the grave. "I will." He was cut off as he got an SoS about the three people entering the portal to four dimensions. "Sorry to cut off the fun but I will be taking my leave." He said charging up and energy blast as he shot towards the group once the smoke faded he was gone and saw was the ship.

@Four Eyes @Mine @SleepyBuddha @Lekar (You can interact with your inner spirit :I) @PixieDusts (Ugh the enemy seem to have escaped so you can go check on the others.

Jin

He pushed his glasses as his seal was on again. No one was able to see his release form as it stays hidden. He had had containted the energy blast into a small combusted explosion.

Hinari Ai

She looked at Jin as he hugged him as he protected everyone on the island from the destructive force of Yhorm. "He wanted our grandma Mai." She said looking at Grave. "By absorbing her spirit you give divine powers, of the holy ones. A forbidden race who lived along side the Florinsir.

Mai Ai

She looked at Hinari and then the grave as she covered her mouth. "Grandma..."

Jack sat down on his floor, thinking, So I got this... thing? He thought to himself. He felt a presence inside him, in his being, in his mind. He opened his eyes, and what sat in front of him was a small being, almost like a child, yet completely gold, with no border, it was like a 2D object. "What the hell... are you?" Jack asked, "Well that's a weird question... I'm you, kind of. I'm the ability you call... well what did you call it..." it pondered, "You mean Gambler's Luck?"

"Well that's a bit crude, I'd hardly say it's luck, it's probability. You know that."

"Well 'Gambler's Probability' doesn't sound as great."

"I will give you that. See, I've been called to you because you reached out to me. I'm your ability, the mental form of it. I'm not even really here right now, you just formed a physical embodiment of me to accompany my being."

"Why are you even here? I know how to use you, I've used you before, what's the deal?"

"Well our 'deal' is an actual deal, a deal given to you from beyond this plane of existence, there are others like you, and they have all made the same deal, whether they know it or not. The deal is that for my power, a great price will be paid."

"Okay, well, what's the price?" Jack was genuinely curious, had he known that this ability of his would eventually cost him, he would've prepared.

"That's what I'm here to tell you..." The being went silent.

"Out with it, if there's a price for you, I'm willing to pay, I'm nothing to the guild without this ability but a gun-toting trickster."

"...You've already paid it."

Jack chuckled, "Come again?"

"Years ago, when you broke the promise to your father, that's when you paid it..."

"So what you're saying is... my parents' deaths... were my payment? When I broke the honour my father gave me and swore to kill whoever took their lives?"

"What I've come to tell you, along with that, is that you're not alone. Others have shared your fate, fulfilled their payment for their ability. There's a great power awakening in the world as we speak, a great force akin to the strength of gods. You must use what you paid for to help and end it. I will not tell you which side is right, nor which is wrong, that is a decision that only you can make. I must leave you, do with this knowledge what you may, but you must take part, or you'll pay a greater price than your parents."

As fast as it had appeared, it had vanished. No trace, no inkling that it had even existed. Jack stood up, some time had clearly passed, which was surprising seeing how the conversation had only felt to last about two or so minutes.

Sitting up on his knees he tried pushing the boulder out the way as it rolled towards the ocean. "Some man named yhorm attacked us. I don't know about that spell your talking about." He said as he pulled ahri to lay on his lap.

Corriander asked his question in a calm tone, but his blue eyes had gone cold as ice, and the are around him shimmered somewhat, clear like a mirage his aura simply distorted his image. Syndraxia barely felt Crow's arms around her at first, being too busy trying to gasp for air. Stuttering stars had begun to appear in the edges of her vision and most sounds were faint and fuzzy. After a few moments the haze shrouding her mind began to clear up enough to let her hear Crow's words.

"I'm sorry, but you are the lesser of two evils at the moment." she grumbled, glancing over Crow's shoulder to see if they were being followed. By now her usual strength was beginning to return, which also meant that it was becoming hard for her pride to bow down for the ride. 'There is no other choice.' she told herself furiously. 'It would be foolish to run if he could just track you.'

Somehow it was much easier for Syndraxia to swallow her pride than before, be it the scenario or perhaps she herself was changing. Whether it was for better or for worse was beyond her comprehension.

When they neared the towering gates of the portal the displaced wind yanked at her hair with its thin invisible fingers. Syndraxia had never been more glad to see a portal in her long years.

Sarah had mentioned that they might be separated on the other side of the portal, which seemed odd. The obsidian dragon had no problem being alone, she had spend years by herself in the dark caverns beneath the Old Empire. If they split up it might even be to their advantage against Genju. However, it would seem strange not to hear Crow and Sarah titter like fretting hens over one thing or another.

She stared into the portal with an even stare as she was carried through and awaited whatever fate had in store.

Crow Fullbring

He dropped Syndraxia once they reached the other side he was end up rolling on sand Sliding across it as he was stopped by a small clay building. It was simple square house as it only had a door and no windows, and a flat roof. Crow sat up rubbing his head as he looked over to see the girls he looked at the white sad which covered most of his view of the land as he got up and dusted himself. "So fates on our side." He said with a sigh of relief.

Sarah Lo

Grabbing a hold of Syndraxia so they landed together she coughed up some sand that went into her mouth. "Such a rude man letting go of his female companions as if you didn't care one slight bit about them." She said standing up dusting herself off. "How are we all in the same area?"

Crow Fullbring

"Maybe because you both where pressed against me, so we where registered as one person jumping through. You got to know how to cheat the system." He said with a smirk knowing what he was talking about.

Sarah Lo

"It's sad you always try to find the easy way out."

Kai Takeshi

He got up carrying Ahri in his arms so she won't wake up. "He's the least of our worries." He said looking up at the hill where he sensed Hinari's magic power.

Kai Takeshi

He didn't want to her hand her over for some reason he held her tight in his arms as he looked down at her. "Why did they leave." He said confused on what happened and why did it happened.

Ahri Inoue

Waking up she was floating upside down in a dark void. She looked around as she found a small dim of light as the closer she slowly fell towards it the bigger it got. As she fell through the light she fell on her back on clouds it seems to be. Ahri tried to look around to see what was going on as she got up and noticed the clouds. "Where am I?" She asked confused on what was going on.

???

"Can you finally hear me love?" The women said standing in front of Ahri.

Ahri Inoue

"If you don't have a voice box you can do hand language." She said smiling at the women as she was then woken up to reality to see herself laying in Kai's arms. What was that? Who was she? So many questions spiraled through her head.

Hinari Ai

She sighed as any of this didn't make sense one bit. "Why did he attack here.." She said looking at the grave with a worried face hoping she could get in contact with a specific friend. "I wonder if he'll wake up." She said walking back towards the boat. "We lost a lot of members I bet, we have to go." She said with a cold tone of voice as she was beyond pissed from what Yhorm did to her precious guild.

Mai Ai, Jin, & Mako

They all walked after her not saying a word from the horror of seeing the girl like this.

???

"Plans seem to be going in my favor. Soon we will be together once and for all Hinari." He said as he sat in a dark room laughing a bit.

???

Watching the group of three that fell from the sand in one of the buildings he stayed hidden as he put his hoodie on and said nothing and kept his magic power as low as possible.

A Man

Walking through the streets of Temuel he was headed towards Dragon Heart, his magic power was crazy high. Was that his full power? Or only the base of his power. As he walked by he had a women walk by him, she seemed to be unfazed by this man's magical power. "Hmmm wonder if lizard Squad made it back yet." He said walking past Jack. Something about this man gave off a evil feeling as he kept strolling down the empty streets. Why where they empty? Simple because everyone that wanted to live normal lives where either terrified or unable to move because of how strong this mans magical power was.

A Women

"Calling them that isn't nice you know." She said sighing while walking by the man.

He looked at Hiroshi and the girl who laid in his arms as he gasped. "Why did you bring that human in here? Are you trying to get us all in trouble by father." He said looking at the heavy damaged girl.

Azura

Mentioned : @SleepyBuddha

Dark, cold, painful. It all consumed her, driving her to sink more and more into oblivion. But soon, there was calm, it would all stop. Why? She did not know. Had she gone numb? Had she died? No, no, she could breathe, she could feel. It was warm, she could hear voices in the distance too. Slowly, her eyes opened. Burnt hair, ripped garments, covered in dust and bruises, there she stood in the arms of Hiroshi. Alive.

But where? How? What had happened? Where was everyone? Why was everything a blur? The attack. Her sacrifice. Yes, she could recall it. But her body could not care less. It attempted to move away, ashamed of its impotence. But a piercing pain consumed her, as Azura clutched her chest the same exact moment she was free from the Demigod's grasp, pressing her lips together, not allowing a scream, a moan to come out.

Hiroshi bent down and quickly covered Azura's eyes using the ambient mana of the divine world to materialize a blind fold around her eyes. "Sorry about this but no human is supposed to see the contents of this place. Let alone be here. Please bear with the pain for a moment and I will take you to me dwelling." Hiroshi shot a look the Novice as he wrote the words 'greater heal' over Azura's wounds, " I will take responsibility with Father for this if it comes to it. Just remember what I told you. Never stop recording." He told the Novice as he gently picked Azura up bridal style and quickly went through the Tori Gate of the Library but instead of the human world it lead to Hiroshi's personal domain. " Here please rest while you can." Hiroshi said softly as he gently placed her on his bed.

(oh thats what you were saying, sorry you dident really clarify wether you were talking about other people or the person who attacked)

Empty, impenetrable darkness stretched out as far as the eye could see. The thin realm between portals had a quiet and almost peaceful feel to it, if not for the alarming fact that none of Syndraxia's senses seemed to work and that the air that had once resided in the dragoness's lungs had been swept away. Syndraxia was also faintly aware of her two companions, their bodies tightly pressed together in a crude 'group-hug'.

Just when she was beginning to think that it would never end, the darkness burnt away into a sudden bright light. Waves of searing heat crashed against her face and shifted beneath her in a gritty cascade as she rolled. 'Sand.' she thought, her body finally coming to a stop. She found herself laid flat across the pearly sands and facing up towards the distant moon. To her left she could hear the voices of both Crow and Sarah which meant that they had arrived safely as well.

"That could have been worse." Syndraxia muttered while she slowly got to her feet and scanned the burnt horizon. Beyond the cluster of dirt hovels was nothing but endless white sand broken only by the occasional withered tree or brush. Overall it did not seem like a hospitable environment. Well, for most species. Syndraxia was not affected by the blazing heat, in fact she was actually enjoying the weather.

"Where are we?" she asked, turning to her companions.

(It's always night time there but we can say it's hot :D )

[QUOTE="Four Eyes]Corriander accepted Kias answer, resolving that if they came upon any trouble he would defend the both of them. He was tired of sitting around and doing nothing. He had trained hard, for the purpose of defending his friends and he was going to.

Corriander looked over at Kai "So where are we headed anyway, I wandered around the Island for a good while before finding you two" he asked wondering at there destination

Sarah Lo

She sighed while walking o we to Syndraxia hugging her tightly. Sarah didn't say much as all she wanted to do was hug the girl as tears drop down get face and the words finally came out. "I'm sorry I couldn't protect you.." she said crying more thinking about Jerome. A black and red shock wave shot towards the two girls.

Crow Fullbring

Flash stepping in front of the two girls he stop the wave with one hand as he redirected it to another location. Once the wave crashed somewhere else it exploded and massive wind blew towards the three as it was a heavy blast. This was show casing how strong crow was. He looked where it came from as he noticed a hand touch his shoulder and his eyes opened wide as he dropped to the floor.

???

Looking at the two girls under his hoodie he didn't attack as he just stood there to admire the two. "Sarah Lo and Syndraxia Fullbring." He said taking his hood off as his hair flew back from the small breeze.

Sarah Lo

Sarah looked at the man for a split second as it reminded her of the missing child. Why did he resemble him so much? How did this man know Syndraxia and herself.

Kai Takeshi

Kai sighed with a worried look. "To see who's alive." @Four Eyes

Ryun Cloud One the windiest day of they could be the orange hair boy stood there on the top of the mountain peek. He sighed as he looked at the vast lands and noticed there was so much going on. Jerome? Zero? Dragon Heart? What's next for this young soldier he walked down from the top of the peek as he trailed down till he saw a hut. Ryun stepped up to the hut and smiled as he opened the door slowly and entered after his pushing to shove the door to open. As he stepped in he smelled delicious food as his eyes sparkled bright. He knew that girl was cooking was his favorite dish in the world.

Sabrina Hyun She smiled once the orange haired boy walked through as she slightly blushed. Reminiscing on why they are living together her whole face turned a peachy color as she stir up the stew in the pot. Sabrina pushed her hair out of her face when she looked down into the pot to check if everything was good, as she pulled the handle of the wooden spoon out of the pot as it grabbed a bit of the stew in it's little grasp. She took a sip from it as her eyes sparkled up. "Yep I made it just right." She said giggling.
