Airagog
And all at once, the universe groaned.
A lone monk began wandering up the road, hearing the battle from afar. He looked forward and shook his head. He was dressed in ancient garb that seemed to not have aged a day with a hat that covered most of his face and a thick wooden staff on his back. He floated a few feet off the ground, his legs crossed, his arms to his side, elbows bent so his hands were in front of him, thumbs touching index fingers in standard meditation pose as he moved forward to the battlefield, moving straight for the clashing soldiers and members of the guild. As he approached soldiers from both sides suddenly stopped fighting whenever he approached them, bewildered looks on their faces, as if waking up from a dream. Members from both sides looked to their comrades who suddenly seemed to lose interest in confusion. A few managed to piece together that it was the odd looking monk who was doing this and charged at him, only to have the same thing happen to them.
The bewildered fighters from both sides soon began simply leaving the battlefield. A few of them speaking to each other, some to themselves, all of them had the same look of disappointment on their faces, however. A few of the older guild members soon put two and two together based on the monk's unique clothing and what was happened and realized that Equinox had returned at precisely the correct time. Some stowed their weapons, others moved to stand behind him, but the invaders were still shrouded in confusion. A few opted to try and use magic against him, using fireballs and ice spears to try and attack him, but every time the attack would disapate as he held his hands up and would return to pure mana. He moved forward, undeterred and refusing to return a single blow as it seemed he had one goal in mind.
He approached the bush where Hiroshi sat, speaking as he approached."I saw that display. I am impressed by it, though saddened by your use for it. Violence and bloodshed, truly a travesty. Though you are quite injured, would you want me to heal and restore your flesh?" His voice was soft, gentle. As if it was like a parent or lover trying to guide someone, his aura a neutral gray. As he approached it seemed as though the world was clearer and violence seemed more and more like an option of futility.
