Syndraxia lifted up her paw and looked in shock as the woman dissipated in an instant, similar to the way a household cat might look in dismay after a spot of light escaped their grasp. 'What the-?' she thought with an audible growl.


She straightened up and scanned the area with her burning eyes until...


Something was petting her head. That woman was petting her head. At this point Syndraxia lost it and twisted her head suddenly to snap her jaws at the wizard. Flames poured out between her fangs as she tried to sear the woman to a crisp.

She landed off the dragon enjoying her time as she looked at her. "Come with me?" She said looking at the dragon with a smile. "We'll explore the vast world plus I have a couple that would love to meet you." She said giggling. "I mean if you want to stay down here that's fine too!" She said laughing a bit as well.

Jaquelyn watched he d with worried eyes as Hinari seemed to give up on saving Kai, she swallowed and looked down then covered her face as she stayed to shake. Though as Ahri went to the door she heard Kai and as Hinari came back down and then back upstairs she blinked hearing Kai. Ahri was hugging him and he mentioned her going somewhere with him she wrapped her arms around herself and whimpered as she started to cry she watched Kai and her knees buckled she shouted " Don't scare me like that! I thought you where gonna die! " she slumped to the ground and hid her face as her wings folded up tight and her tail curled around her

"Sorry Jaquelyn." He said walking over to her and picking her up so she can stand. "It won't happen again I promise." Kai said smiling at her and hugging her. "We got a lot of training to do us all to be honest!" He said still hugging her he then looked at her tail and grabbed it to see what'd she do.​

Jaquelyn blinked then giggled and started to laugh, she hugged Kai tightly as she bounced a bit " Im so happy your okay? " she said as her wing flapped making small fists of wind, she smiled big nuzzling his chest she heated up a lot

Hiroshi eyed jackel, " I am indeed Hiroshi demigod if knowledge. Let us have that conversation." Hiroshi said gesturing for him to lead the way. Hiroshi had been trying to find Jackel off and on for the past few hundred years with little success. He did after all have a job to do, and to use his knowledge to find a single human and punish him was in his opinion a misuse of his office of power. Besides, Hiroshi put a curse on the well so he wouldn't have to punish the human.

Jackal had set up a simple table and two chairs. He had the knowledge to do most non combative magic like materialization or floating, stuff that isn't too interesting like blood magic. He sat down and offered the chair to Hiroshi.


"You know, I've been meaning to have this conversation for a very long time but well I've been very busy studying the effects of high quantitiesof corruption into beings like Shirin or as he likes to call himself Shirinis. When I found the well, he was with me and well you see how he is now. Anyways my point is that I was a naive fool, who believed that power would've been able to stop the war that torn my world apart, but now I understand and have understood this meaning for hundreds of years.... Knowledge is power and if placed into the wrong hands it could undo everything even the gods themselves. Now, I know that I'm to be eternally punished by this curse and I'm fine living this way too. I've accepted my fate but I will say this, I'm saving my friend and if I have to define the gods in their face to do it I will, I'll save him from his corruption. Also just because I've hated this fact for a very long time, why in the hell did you place the well there! It would've been much easier to just place it so far beneath the planet that the pressure would kill anything, even the strongest metal known to Asgard, it would've been a much smarter move also the fact that tumors and myths existed too, which was another thing I hated. Sorry to ramble on for this long, just be more careful with how you dispose of knowledge, and I know you think I'm mocking you which I'm not. I'm just giving out a possible idea for future stuff cause why hate each other? I learned my dumbass mistake and there are so few people who can intellectually interest me but you can as you're the Demigod of knowledge. Anyways I'm done talking as I have nothing more to say."

Jackal saw the man disappear and just was kinda pissed. Now he learned that had he not drank from the well he would've been able to save his world and everyone in it, he also learned he must pay a deeper price to undo the corruption he had unleashed which to him was stupid as fuck because that corruption could end the world. As foreseen in one of the futures the God of space and time had planned, he saw many futures and many different worlds, many different solutions, he never wanted this but he has to live with it.


"Fucking Gods and their dumb fucking rules like why do I have to pay a steep price for trying to end something I unleashed because of my biggest mistake. I'm trying to do my friend a favor and everything else, and if I wasn't prepared to face any consequence then I wouldn't be doing this shit in the first place! I fucking hate it when they do this shit, cause it just don't make no goddamn sense...."





Jackal materialized a cloak and went his separate ways, determined to end what he started. Even if he has to do shit that would mark him down a dark path, it's for the better of the world that he does this....

Though I will return once I can make sure my duties are taken care of in the heavens." With that Hiroshi pulled on a necklace he had hidden in his robes to reveal an ornate ivory key. Hiroshi thrust it in front of himself and turned it. A small Tori Gate appeared opening the way to the library of time. "Farewell friends." With his goodbye said Hiroshi walked though and the gate disappeared.

"If you are incapable of telling me where it is then you will lead me there!" the dragon snarled. Her tail swung back and forth in wroth and her eyes shone in anger with a lingering hint of desperation.

Calisi had walked out if the Guild when Kai came out. She didn't need anyone seeing her like this. The door closed slowly, the photo and sculpture still on the floor. Calisi's eyes began to tear up, about to explode she pressed her back against the wall and cried lightly, her heart pounding from her chest. 'He's okay!!' She thought with excitement. Tears began rushing down her cheeks. She pressed off the wall, walking to the river before Kai and Ahri left. Her head shook, as did her hands. Something wasn't right. Calisi felt the need to hug Kai as he woke up, but she also felt like stabbing herself. 'I'm so stupid!' She yelled at herself, staring into the reflection of the water, her tears making it bigger.

Corriander wandered around the guild. He avoided groups of people if he could, he dragged one of his hands along the wall, feeling the texture of it. He looked down at his wrist, looking at the guild emblem he had been given. "I guess Im an offical part of Dragon heart now" he said feeling a bit happy to have somewhere to go to. He had wandered for all of his time here so having a place to call... home? was that the word, yes. He smiled, this was home and he felt good about it. He wandered around until he stumbled upon the room where kai and the other were. He felt a little embarassed thinking that he shouldent be here and turned to go

He had discoverd books not quite 6 months ago and asked the guild head to teach him to read. She had agrees and he had picked up the skill with in weeks. After that he read everything he could get his hands on, from math and science thesises to fiction and fantasy. Books about knights, battling monsters and saving madiens from towers had hooked him. They had become his guide to personal interactions. He lived by a standardized Knights code. To fight only when necessary, defend the weak and your loved ones, to abide the law and punish the wicked. He often spoke like characters from the books he read and had even learned all he could about sword play. When using his barriers now he tended to weild them much like a knight. He would conjure up things like sheilds, swords, Spears, arrows, axes or other weapons that he could weild with his hands or with his mind. Ahri continue to walk as she sighed looking up at the snowy sky. "Yeah I've been training hard, but it's like he doesn't want to come back to us. Or is he in Temuel without us!" Her cheeks puffed up and her face turned red. "He wouldn't leave us like that though so its okay." She said smiling pulling her scarf up over her mouth. It was a long red scarf that floated through the wind. She saw the town they've been staying in as she saw the big pedestal. "Morning Kai uncle." She said bowing and continued to walk. "I still remember when we came her and awakened him." She said remembering the last time she saw Kai. She sighed and looked around as she smiled at the villagers who kindly let them stay in this town. "So long since I've been home.. I've gotten so used to this cold as crap weather." She said sighing again finally reaching the small cabin.
