Dragon Ball Limitless Non-Canon: Genon and Denezen

Genon

Two Thousand Club
It was a beautiful day on the new Saiyan homeworld. The sun was shining, the wildlife was chittering in the trees, the dew on the leaves was glistening, and it was generally a peaceful morning. But when Saiyans are involved, it's usually not peaceful for long.

Karas Lugdroth had just finished fitting his ship with new engines. And with that, he had finished his tasks for the day. After an hour's rest, he quickly became bored. He had a few--what were they called?--oh yes, "video games" from human market stations, but they were such literal alien experiences that they were basically losing simulators for him. He could always watch a subspace broadcast, but nothing was on. And then he remembered: he was free, and he needed to get his power level up anyway! That meant training time! He hardly knew anyone's fighting styles, and now would be as good a time as any to learn.

@Denezen

He found Itta wandering around the base and approached him, saying, "Hey, Itta. I'm done for the day, and I've been fight-starved for the last week. Do you want to spar?"

Itta has been walking around, his task for the day long since accomplished. Bored, he started wondering around town aimlessly. Finding himself near the base, he heard a voice call him asking for a spar. Turning, he saw Karas approaching him. A smile spread across his face as the idea took hold in his mind, a fight is just what he needed to get the blood going. "Alright, time to see whose best of the new recruits. Got a place just outside of town that's becoming a makeshift sparing arena where I took on the Commander not too long ago. Best to keep all the destruction in one place right?" he finished with a short laugh.

If he agreed to the location or had one he wanted to go instead, he would agree to the new location and take off to the air to either lead or follow his new sparring partner to their fight location.

"Sounds like a good idea. Let's go then!" Karas said as he took to the air.

Wordlessly, the two flew across the city. Taking in the site as they headed towards their destination, it ended all to soon as the new buildings turned into the untapped wilderness. Eventually, Itta saw his destination and started to descend with Karas right behind him. Landing, Itta turned to see his partnet as he too made his landing. He opened his arms to gesture towards their surroundings. It was a little damaged due to previous spars, but still functioned just fine for an arena.

"I hope it is to your liking. It should serve are purpose. Anything left, are do you want to get right to it?" he asked as his open posture turned into a fighting stance, ready for the spar to begin when Karas was.

"I'm ready. Just keep in mind, I've done no power training so I'm not much stronger than you right now. Been working on the base this whole time." With that, a blue ki mace formed in his hand, and a blue ki heater shield materialized on his left arm.

"Let's go!" he shouted, before rushing towards Itta, ready to clobber him on the head at about half-strength.

(Check the OoC about the few questions I have)

As the blue tool formed in Karas' hands, Itta's red star begun to form as a ball in front of his. The blue warrior took off in a straight dash towards the red, Itta was caught off guard by the technicians upfront assault. Willing to meet his opponent head-on, Itta brought the balls of star energy to surround his hands and moved forward as well. The small warrior traveled closer to the ground as Karas came at him from above. Having the higher ground, Karas swung his mace at his foes face. Familiar with having his face targeted, Itta brought up his left fist to counter his opponents attack, the Star surrounding his fist protecting his hand around the maces burning energy. With the two blows being caught in a dead lock, Itta followed through with his momentum on his right arm and threw a Star enhanced punched towards Kara's face in retaliation.

Karas saw the incoming punch and blocked it with his shield. With both hands in use, he saw the only way to break this stalemate was to use his legs. He brought up his left leg for a front kick to Itta's chest, firing a ki blast from the sole of his foot to get Itta away from him. If Itta was pushed back, he would then fire a low-power Guardian's Salvo at him, the explosion variant, in an attempt to get him at range.

As both the energy clashed against each other, Itta was trying to overpower his opponent. As he pushed forward, Karas lifted his foot and dealt a swift kick to his chest, further enhanced by a blast of energy. Itta tensed his chest, accepting the attack and trying to minimize the damage, but was still back breaking the stalemate. The struck sayian exaggerated the impact, sending himself about 30 Leid (feet) away from where they previously engaged before landing back on his feet.

Luckily, his armor remained intact. It was slightly dented and scorched but still offering its protection. Turning his attention back to his foe, who hand(s) was pointing towards him. Lights appeared at the end of each of his fingers and started rushing toward him. Reactivity, he strained himself increased the size of his star on his right hand to triple it's original size. Now the 3 leid in diameter sphere of Star energy could easily intercepted the salvo. He swiftly moved his arm to make sure the star caught all the incoming attacks, but didn't stop the explosions that they caused.

The explosions caught him off guard, causing him to lose the star in his right hand after it finished its job. The smoke of the explosion now filled the air between the two, obscuring both opponent from each other sights. Itta took advantage of this by quickly reforming the star for his right side. Instead of forming the ball around his fist, he instead kept it ahead of his fist. The same time, he changed the star on his left fist to do the same. He pulled his arms back and released of flurry of punches ahead of him, hopefully in the same direction that Karas was still in. At the end of each punch, the star ball on his fist shot outward like a spike. This beam could extended up to120 leid, depending on how hard Itta punched, for a breif second before returning back to a ball shape to be fired again. If it, it would feel like being heavily punched by Itta's star.. The attack would also start to disperse the smoke, clearing the air and let Itta aim better at his opponent. He would continue until he landed a few good hits, he was interrupted by something, or if Karas simply moved out of range.

Karas watched as Itta was engulfed in smoke. He pressed his Scouter's button to scan for Itta's power level and check if he wasn't suffocating in the smoke. It did confirm a ki signature on the other side of that cloud of smoke, its power level unchanged.

Karas was swiftly interrupted by a punch to the gut. He doubled over and looked at his chest, catching a glimpse of a ki sphere attached to the end of a beam before it disappeared. Karas was caught in a flurry of punches, the last one knocking him up into the air about 100 Leid, though he recovered in midair. The smoke was indeed clearing, but Karas had another trick up his sleeve. Eight points of blue light appeared around Itta, about 50 Leid in all directions, four of them underground. Exactly 0.75 seconds after they formed, their faces of a cube would solidify into existence around Itta, cutting into the ground and trapping him inside. If he didn't escape that in exactly one second, he would be engulfed in a blinding, hellish field of blue ki. It wouldn't kill him, since they were at equal power now, but it would do significant damage, potentially enough to win the duel.

Itta stood still in his spot, heavily breathing from his barrage and a wide smile spread across his face. It might not of been his physical fist hitting, but his star was as much as part of him as his flesh and bones and it always felt good when it connected. The smoke has all but dissipated and Itta was seeing light again from inside his cover. However, a different light, a blue one, caught the corner of his eyes. His eyes opened wide as he caught a second one mirrored on the other side of himself and his flight reflexes kicked in. Jumping quickly off the ground and starting to fly straight up, Itta was able to cover the 50 leid in just over .5 seconds. However, the quarter of a second it took to notice in the first placed cost him.

His lower body was caught by the cube of blue energy. The full length of both his legs felt like they were on fire for the full duration of the attack, unable to pull them out of the Sepulchre. Itta tensed his body and tightened his fist, keeping his star together through the pain, to try and ignore what felt like losing half his limbs. For a full 10 seconds, Itta stood their with Karas at twice his height watching his attack burn away at his foe until the cube finally began to dissipate. Knowing his legs would be near useless for the rest of the fight, Itta kept himself hovering in the air, not daring letting himself fall even after the brutal attack.

The ground below him was not a square crater from the attack, the earth not as durable as a sayain's legs and being vaporized by the energy. Like the earth, the clothes on Itta caught in the blast were no more, only the barest remains of his pants luckily survived to modestly cover himself. His legs themselves were charred and bleeding in multiple places, but still hung below his body. Itta tried to move it, and though they did twitch at his command, there felt no feeling. Itta turned his attention from below to back to his opponent. Had this been a real fight, he wouldn't have gotten these few seconds to recover from an attack and he wouldn't of made such an evaluation to begin with. He thanks Karas from the moment of peace, but still internally vowed to return the favor.

He began speeding in the air towards Karas, his star going back to surrounding his fist to start their fight again. His speed suffered heavily from the loss of his legs in this fight, but as he reached his opponent he through a strong right at whatever seemed the most open, be it body, face, or limb. After the first strike landed or was blocked, he would try and start a hitting match with Karas, thinking he suffered similarly from his earlier barrage, though more spread out over his body than localized to a few limbs.
