Well, making an Android on Earth could be plausible. I'll allow it. As for the planets not listed, I'm guessing you mean if you can make your own race? If so, there's already a race creation sheet in the Character Sign-In tab.

No, I don't mind. Just know that you have to make at least one human so there isn't just Saiyan's.
