Dorm 108

Tristan

"No preference.

He'd seen a few of the ones on display. Others were foreign to him. But he wasn't really in the mood for a movie anymore, anyway. One of the girls left, and that made him want to leave, too. Dying social gatherings always weirded him out more than any space-time magic ever would. He rocked up on his bed til he'd built up enough momentum to spring to the floor. Tristan was caught between his desire to wander around, and his guilt over ditching his new roommates. For the moment, the latter seemed to win out, and he passed off his abrupt standing as merely a chance to stretch out. When he was finished, he plopped back down on his mattress, resting his elbows on his thighs.

"So... What's it gonna be?"

Azira

Azira honestly didn't care what movie they watched. Right now her eyes were stuck on the boy who could make things out of thin air. Glancing around at everyone causally she didn't want it to come off the wrong way but she needed to speak to him. Alone. She needed to see if he could get her some of the cigarettes needed for her survival. Sighing she figured her needs could wait and sat down on Runa's bed. Sitting back she crossed one leg over the other, Left over right. Then she proceeded to watch as every one picked what movie they wanted to watch. Then her face lit up with realization and she sprang to her feet. Quickly she jumped up onto her bed above Runa's and tore through her bag till she found what she was looking for. "Thank god!" She exclaimed happily as she pulled out the gum pack from her bag. The gum was of none anyone else would know. Opening the pack she grabbed a piece and proceeded to unwrap it before popping the piece into her mouth with a relieved sigh. Lucky for her the gum was somewhat like cigarettes she needed just much weaker meaning she couldn't survive on them. Chewing the gum happily she soon pressed it to her teeth, then opening her mouth a little she blew creating a bubble from the gum. Letting it grow a little before it popped she then brought the gum back in and proceeded to chew once more before she remembered she wasn't alone. Glancing down from her bunk bed at the others she knew how teens were and immediately closed the pack of gum and slipped it back into her bag. Knowing they could here the gum chewing she spoke. "Don't ask for a piece cause you aren't getting any. And don't you think about taking any when im not looking." She said to those who had noticed and where possibly gonna ask for one

The walls and floor of the dormitories rumble with just enough force to cause concern as a series of blasts rip through the forest to the East. Your windows, though sturdy, suddenly warp and fracture into spidery webs of cracks. Outside you can see the edge of a blue bubble dome surrounding a murky blackish purple smog. It was loud - incredibly loud even with the barrier of glass and stone between yourselves and the blast, even with the fact that its place of origin, as you can see via the bubble, was a considerable ways away.

Boxxy Woodsman
(Jaun Deaux)

Boxxy felt a little down when the juicyham bearing woman moved away from him. He admittedly could hardly blame the woman, after all, they were yet to form a real bond or anything of the like. Though the aspect that really did put him down was that the girl didn't appear to give any indication that she had actually listened to his suggestion. Nevertheless, surely this 'movie night' or whatever they were all prattling on about would be-

A spray of glass cast itself in wide arcs across the room, tiny shards knicked against the mimic's too-soft flesh, even the smaller of the shards cut shallow, swathing crimson lines across Boxxy's flesh, though the shallowest gaps quickly knit back together, whilst the deeper ones were merely covered over swiftly with a thin sheet of pale skin.

It was the sound that came far less than even a second after that really caught his attention, He may have felt the dozens of cuts dance across his skin before he heard his flesh scraping. He may have saw the glass breaking before he heard it's cacaphony of cracks. But what truly caught him was the very sound of the explosion. Sharp and heavy. Like a bone cracking, but a million times louder. Then followed a sound that felt almost guttural, like rolling howls and growls from some ancient beast as pillars of black smog huddled into smothering clouds, visible through the blasted out dorm windows, threatening to blanket over a dome of brilliant blue.

His shell had been harmed, it was nothing but an imitation, but his ears were sensitive, his nerves were fried in the areas that the glass had cut. Ears were complex, they'd continue to ring like a thousand bells for a while until he could take the time out to remake them. But he would have to deal with it for now. He had far, far more interesting matters to attend to. Whatever could create an explosion like that could be one of two things. Either an extremely powerful being, or a massive one, potentially both. It didn't matter, because they were potentially delicious.

There were a few seconds as Boxxy stood there, letting his wounds fully heal and his brain come to grips with what had just happened. The mimic's mind was made up. With a slightly too-toothy grin (36 porcelain white teeth) cast to the others in his dump, the creature hurled himself out of the shattered window, fleshy tendrils sprouting from his back as his body dipped out of view from the open window. The rather heavy creature hit the ground with an odd THUD. And then he was off, feet pounding against the grass on his way to the purple-black miasma.

Tristan

Instinct. It'd saved him before in times of crisis. This one was no different. A flash of silver accompanied a clear ringing of steel. With his shield raised in the direction of the disturbance, Tristan peered over its glimmering rim at the cracked window, spying the massive orb off in the distance. What the hell... His eyebrows knit with confusion and concern as the pounding in his ears drowned out all other noise. Then, before he could speak, one of the others in his room - the creepy one - leaped out of the window and into the fields outside, obviously heading toward the site of whatever it was that had caused this mess.

Coming quickly to his senses as the world around him hastened to catch up with his racing mind, Tristan decided to do something which, in hindsight, was incredibly stupid. Turning to the others present, as the amorphous silverite on his arm began to shimmer and fade, leaving only the faintest markings on the backside of his gloved hand, Tristan spoke aloud - rather, shouted aloud - his intentions. "I'm gonna go check it out." And with that, he was off, giving no warning for the others not to follow. They could if they wished, but he wasn't going to be held responsible for their lives. All he knew was this: something was threatening the school, and whether he liked it or not, this place was his home now. With all his strength, he would defend it. He cleared the jump out the window and hit the ground running. What was this feeling? Excitement. Perhaps, secretly, he'd been hoping something like this would happen, no matter how selfish that seemed. Without a doubt, this was a far better use of his time than Movie Night.

Serena knocked on the door, and then open it to talk to the other kids. "Um...I can stay here for now, since everybody in my dorm left me by myself." said Serena. "I also don't want to be alone, because there is a villain running around in the school."
She patiently waited at the door so they can let her in, because Serena did open the door after knocking on it. 'Did anyone tell them that we are being attacked by a villain here, for they do need to know about that.' thought Serena, since their teachers probably didn't tell them why they need to stay in their dorm.
"Did anyone left your dorm, because they don't know that the villain caused the smog outside." said Serena.
She was a bit worry if anyone in dorm 108 left, since Serena knows that they could in danger because of the villain.
