well it depends on what you mean by literate and what your wanting to roleplay.

I mean in general on the site. And I consider literate 3+ sentances at the very least, but usually more

(ppstt thanks for trying to help!!)

There are large numbers of people here from all walks of life and in all styles of roleplaying. You will find what you're looking for; just be sure to specify that you are seeking someone literate.

Fangirl makes a valid point. Literate is a bit of a silly word; it means you can read, so everyone here is literate. Alas, it is frequently misused. If, by literate, you mean using correct grammar, then you should specify as much in your interest checks. :)

oh well then your totally fine. what ypur looking for is tagged casual on this site and id say it makes up a pretty big part of the site members

I thought it was well known that in the RPing community literate meant how well you RPed?

INFO - Prefixes List (Updated)

Here is prefixes for this site but as @Anomaly mentioned most of the time people will put in their threads what their specific preference for such things are. And if they don't you can always ask.

If you are creating a search thread yourself I would just put a list of requirements you have for roleplay in it. Things like how much you want people to post or how often.

We kind of discourage judging people and telling them whether they're good or not round here unless they ask for it and it's done politely, haha. We try to be nice. So our designations are based around preferences, not something as arbitrary as skill. Fangirl's right - a significant portion of our users roleplay in Casual RPs which entail a moderately fleshed out world/premise, mostly grammatically accurate posts, and about 5+ sentences per post. Sometimes it's a bit more demanding than that.
