I'll try get Cas up today or tomorrow but I'm pretty busy the next few days.
Charlie: Charlie has mixed feelings on this. The idea brings her joy and sorrow. So she wouldn't be able to answer that well.
Aubrey: Aubrey does want kids, she wants to teach them to fight and be Dauntless and have them be the best.
Phillip: He would have kids if he knew/believed that he and his partner would bring them up well. But he would also fear that death or abuse would somehow appear.
Christian: Hasn't ever thought about it
Cas: Does not ever want children, both because the experience would be too painful, and because she has no desire to be a mother.
Griffon: Griffon would love children.

Rafe: He wouldn’t be against children. However he’s certainly not interested in having any unless it happens.
Rain: Oh would love kids but wouldn’t want any himself. He’s definitely to child like himself to ever want kids of his own. Plus he doesn’t think he would make a good father.

Randi: She has such a fear of commitment that I think it would take a lot for her to ever want kids, that and she already knows that she can't even have them so unless she is given a REALLY good argument to adopt I see her just being the fun wine aunt to her friend's kids.
Fable: I feel like Fable would actually want kids. Maybe two or three and she would want to make sure that they always feel free to be themselves and express themselves. She never wants to be the people her parents were.
Thorn: This poor bean would be so nervous to ever become a father. His father and uncle have terrorized him his whole life and he worries he might be the exact same even though that is the furthest from the truth. If he ever works past these fears he would be an amazing and loving dad and probably want like two kids.
Bloom: Yes! Despite everything Bloom would still want to have kids and plans to someday if she settles down with the right guy. Heck, Bloom might even single parent if she were never to find a partner who would want to start a life and family with her. By herself, she would probably only do one kid but with a partner, I could see three.
Shay: If she had more time to live and actually grow old enough to become a parent then perhaps but truthfully it hasn't been in the cards for her so she has never found herself wanting kids.
Vex: HELL NO! There isn't even a pinch of motherly love inside of her! Like for real she has never wanted or even considered becoming a mother and likely never will. If she ever had a kid it would likely end up under the care of Dr. Munro and be used to duplicate the experiments and procedures that resulted in Vex being the way she is.
