Description:
D-8423 was once a researcher at the SCP Foundation until involving himself in a testing routine with a previously thought to be safe-class SCP. As a result of the time spent exposed to SCP-XXXX, D-8423 has taken on some anomalous properties from his dimensional jump. He is a caucasian male in his mid-twenties (20’s) of slender build. D-8423 is timid and often finds purpose in pleasing others. He rarely angers, does not do well in confrontation but took his job as a researcher seriously.

Addendum 1 - D-8433 has been exposed to a previously undiscovered type of otherworldly radiation during his time in the separate dimension of SCP-XXXX. D-8423 appears to have absorbed this radiation and has developed anomalous effects. One of the most notable is his ability to pull objects or entities from (Level-4 Clearance Accepted) other dimensions or planes of reality seemingly at random. Subject claims he usually cannot control it when it occurs. The most frequent usage of this effect has observed to always occur whenever D-8423 is killed, a new ‘version’ of the subject materialising in a short time after death. It is unknown if this grants D-8423 pseudo-immortality or if he is using up a finite amount of lives. A further application of the subject’s abilities is item-duplication, where the subject appears to hold an object and concentrate. After several second, depending on the size and complexity of said object, a near-perfect duplicate is materialised in the near vicinity. D-8423 claims that he can intentionally do this now, although it still occasionally occurs naturally.

Addendum 2 - Several reports include the accidental materialisations of several SCP entities within the facility due to D-8423’s anomalous effects. Reports include a humanoid shapeshifter assassin, the left claw of SCP-682 (Note: Surveillance reported the mysterious disappearance of SCP-682’s claw at the time D-8423’s anomalous effect was recorded), multiple SCP-049-1 animated corpses, several D-Class that have not been registered in any Foundation facility in this dimension, the entire JK Rowling Harry Potter collection and SCP-173 itself (Note: There was no report of the original SCP-173 disappearing, suggesting that this is a duplicate and not the effect of teleportation. SCP-173 was contained and brought offsite, where it subsequently dematerialised after 2 hours).

Addendum 3 - Due to his easy compliance with The Foundation, D-8423 is to be considered safe to roam the facility of his own free will and is to be accompanied by an agent at all times outside his cell so as to report any accidental anomalous effects. In the result of accidental teleportation, D-8423 will return to the facility by himself. An MTF squad may be dispatched to provide transportation.

This D-Class was once a level 2 researcher at the SCP Foundation’s current facility. Due to their altercation with SCP-XXXX they must remain at the facility until further notice.

A man of with a sly and cunning nature. At first analysis, Dove is shown to be a well-mannered polite gentleman, though wordy and has a habit of rambling, usually of nothing important. Deeper analysis shows that Dove has many psychopathic tendencies. Manipulative, lacking empathy, he is a perfect example of a psychopath. Yet even given his tendencies, he cooperates with most, if not all the personnel without trouble but appears to be always one of the few D-Class that survive testing that is possibly lethal. He is a half Hispanic and Caucasian male, 35 years of age, black hair, and grey eyes.
