Disgaea (using Exalted system)

Ok, since quite a few players of this game have completly dissapeared from this side of the wyld, I've got openings. I can take up to 4 players for a reboot of this campaign. Cyl and Haku, you can get to keep your current characters if you want. Others, feel free to show interest.
 
I probably shouldn't be joining more games right now, but I have had a couple of character ideas for a game like this for a while, and Disgaea, so...


...Of course, I haven't actually played any of the Disgaea games much. Would that be a problem? I think I know the basics of the setting from what I've read over the years, but...

I also found this, though I'm not sure how much story and setting information is there...


Out of curiosity, where are the rules for character generation?
 
Basicaly, you play whatever type of exalt you want and it counts as human/demon/angel/catgirl....
 
Is a mooonshadow abyssal ok? I'm thinking a smooth talking, genteel swordsman with some sort of demonic weapon. (Though it'll probably just be a soulsteel daiklave of some kind. )
