Appearance:


Personality: Isaac's personality varies depending on how sociable he's feeling. Sometimes he's introverted and would prefer to be left alone to read, other times he's extremely extroverted and constantly tries to get others involved in whatever he's doing. He tends to be selfish though and has a hard time giving up whatever he wants even if it's to help others. Isaac's far from a villain though, he just has a hard time putting aside his own desires. If he can get rich helping people so much the better.

Driver Ability:
Henshin: Isaac's Drive can sacrifice the size and power of the characters on his Discs in exchange for vastly reduced chance of an Ego Break. Doing so instead causes him to manifest an outfit reminiscent of the character rather than fully transforming. So his use of his Soundwave Disc would transform him into this:

Background: Isaac started out unsure what he wanted to do with his Discs. On the one hand the potential for abuse was incredibly tempting, but on the other he had the intelligence to see the trouble that would cause in the long run. His mind was made up when a Scratcher demolished a large part of his neighborhood. Deciding to use his powers to protect what's his Isaac took down the Scratcher and from there received an offer to join the Defense League. Hoping the job would come with a salary and benefits or at least the chance to score some powerful Discs, Isaac accepted.

• Name: Lena Sharp
• Age: 23
• Appearance: Dark-skinned with thick frizzy hair, usually ties it back into a ponytail. Her resting expression silently judges everything and everyone. She dresses fairly simply but likes to wear sweaters specifically of the forest green color at any time of the year no matter what the weather, for some reason. Also she wears a large analog men's watch that has fancy information like the day and month and weather that's honestly too big for her wrist but she likes it anyways. It gives her pleasure to see multiple dials at once. She's 5'7".
• Personality: She's an analytical sort, always curious, always liking to get to the bottom of a good problem whether real or imagined, never able to leave well enough alone. Whether it's a video game's lore, her neighbor's lost cat, or a coding problem, she'll never rest until she has found out all the secrets. Also, she likes to read, but mostly about random things, because those are the best things. Like the history of cream cheese or floppy disks. She gets bored easily if there's nothing interesting to do. However, that doesn't mean she doesn't follow her relaxation time or time with friends—she has an automatically negative opinion of most of the human populace, but she'll stick with you if she decides you're cool. Usually, that just means people who are honest; she hates pretentiousness and false fronts with a passion. On that end, she's definitely one who like speaking her mind. Also she likes cats.
• Driver Ability: Pause. When fusing with the driver, the character getting transformed into will have about thirty seconds of thinking time in which time itself seemingly stops so they can assess the situation, although it reality, their mental faculties are just going really fast. When that window ends, everything resumes as normal, and they will act with whatever abilities that character has.

  • Hockney from Tower of God. He has eyes that perpetually see the present and five seconds into the future simultaneously

  • Kurapika from HunterXHunter. He can conjure chains that can be changed in size and length at will and used as weapons. He also has unique scarlet eyes that will glow when he is enraged and come with an increase of strength.

  • Eva from Wakfu (the animated series, specifically). She is a master archer who is also very agile and acrobatic. High endurance, even while pregnant, the mad lass.

• Background: She's a grad student in computer science, who also happens to be an avid member of the fencing club, plus she did martial arts as a kid. That is to say, she enjoys physical activity and fighting and is very convinced that this will carry her in this "new line of defenders" business. Lena would have been perfectly happy just minding her business and completing her college career...but, history is happening now, and she doesn't want to be left out of it. She wants to figure out what these Scratchers are up to and be part of taking them DOWN. (Note that though the Scratchers are "largely just a group of thugs", as per the description, Lena will be very convinced that they are masterminds with a very definite plot and will put effort into figuring out what that master plot is).

Wynn is 145 centimetres tall and has a petite frame.

Will is a hulking 190cm tall.

Personality:
Even after hitting adulthood, Wynn is still a daddy's girl who doesn't want to leave her father's side. She's quick to jump and eager to make noise. She isn't the best at social interactions, but she tries.

Will, despite outwardly feeling that his daughter should grow up and be independent, is still protective of her and looms over her to ensure that she doesn't make mistakes. Well - major ones anyways. Will is calm and careful, and isn't one to act on instinct.

Driver Ability:
Union
The union of daughter and father allows them to use their combined might in the form of a compatible fusion. Their increased will and support for each other allows them to greatly raise the limit they can go before an Ego Break and in some cases, go beyond the original's power. Their fused form can handle at least thrice the pressure of a single person before an Ego Break ((1+1)x1.5), making them very efficient fighters even if they mostly have to fight together. This ability also allows them to be synchronized.

While not exactly part of the ability, as the fusion uses two Drivers, the Drive System's time limit would naturally last longer compared to if the form was directly accessed through one Driver.

This ability also comes into play if merged with others through some other means, though, through the above, each person who has this ability contributes x1.5 to the Ego Break resistance and anyone who doesn't contributes x1.

The ability does not come with its own fusion capability (for now), so the Discs and transformations themselves have to unite through their own means, be it as simple as one wielding the other as a weapon or an actual merge.

A secondary effect to this ability is to identify 'counterparts' or 'other halves' in the vicinity if a disc is loaded into it. If a disc of a hero is loaded, it might find the disc of a sentient sword it once wielded, or a character he once fused with.

Discs:
Philip Disc & Shotaro Disc (Kamen Rider W)

These Discs are decorated with a stylized 'C' & 'J'. They can be used seperately, but they prefer not to. Using these discs will allow them to assume the form of Kamen Rider W. The Philip Disc has a special setting that can be activated by slotting it in on the other side, where a stylized 'F' is present. By default, this transformation starts in the CycloneJoker form. Much like the actual W, one will fall unconscious without transforming and the other will assume the form.
Kamen Rider W is a unique form in the way that to properly activate it, the Philip half needs to have a Drive strapped to the right hand and the Shotaro half on the left. If the configuration is off, Kamen Rider Cyclone and Kamen Rider Joker are accessed instead.

MetalGarurumon Disc & WarGreymon Disc (Digimon)

While they can be used independently, the fused form, Omnimon, is much preferred.
Degeneration, whether self-induced or forced due to damage, can occur to achieve a prior form.
This incarnation of Omnimon is particularly that of the one who appears in Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth. This incarnation is able to slide evolve from Rookie (Agumon & Gabumon) all the way to Ultra (Omnimon), a trait useful for holding back.
Theoretically, it can access forms not seen in this incarnation's depicted media.

Mega Jet Disc & Giga Tank Disc (Transformers)

A particular incarnation of the character Overlord who is more in-line with his Super God Masterforce incarnation, where they are present as human Godmasters named Mega & Giga. Best merged into their combined form Overlord. As a Godmaster, he has many abilities over the standard Cybertronian.
Fortunately, this incarnation of Overlord is more caring and honourable than the bloodthirsty (Energonthirsty?) incarnation popularized by the IDW comics, even if his access to Chokon Power makes him more powerful than that. Unfortunately, that Overlord is lurking out there somewhere.
At the risk of getting closer to Ego Break, Overlord can unleash the power of Overlord Tera. An alternate way to access this form without the same drawbacks is to fuse with another Overlord.

Background:
Will was a Private Eye, and Wynn had been his assistant ever since she was a kid. In some way, it was a means to spend time with her since Mrs Card was... well... not there. Wynn spent more time with her father than any of her friends. While she started as a workplace tagalong, it was inevitable that she acquired skills in the field.

The Discs - when they fell, the duo began to investigate, which eventually lead Will to join the ones who could yield the most information, as well as a chance to be on a field where they could find more clues - the Defense League.

Etc:
Wynn has a fondness of Tokusatsu shows while Will likes Detective media, be it a movie or a novel. They both enjoy Kamen Rider W and it's their favourite thing to turn into.
Will has a younger brother named Al - Alan "Al" U. Card. Al is a criminal who uses Discs based on vampire or vampire-like characters to commit misdeeds. Al has a partial amount of Ego Break that is enough to make him think he's a vampire with typical vampire weaknesses.​

A fierce, unyeilding individual with a rebellious nature. He would rather fight first and ask questions later. Originally he was a quiet, shy person, but due to having been in many fights, his personality changed to a cocky self centered individual, who has a chance to be redeemed if the future allows it.

Driver Ability: Fusion
Ryujo can take any two disks he has on hand and slide them on top of each other before putting them into his transformation device. This enables him to transform into a merged form of the disks he used for his ability. While currently only having access to 1 fusion, the fusion possesses the powers and capabilities of the base disks he used.

This Fusion takes the Dragonzord and overlays its armor onto Godzilla. This gives Godzilla a very Samurai-like appearance.


Background: Ryujo was born in japan and raised in the US. Throughout his childhood, he watched various movies featuring Godzilla. His life had been quite boring outside of that, until the disks fell from the sky. When he recieved his two disks, he tried to learn everything he could to master them. This lead to him joining an illegal Disk Fighter event, where people in possession of disks fought head to head to show that they were the strongest.

Having a winning streak of 25 battles, Ryujo had learned both of his own disk's weaknesses that he began to imagine what would happen if he could merge the two together to cover both their weaknesses. This was when his Driver ability manifested. In the 26th battle, he was unable to win due to the Defense League having shown up to arrest the illegal disk fighters. He himself had been taken down and placed behind bars, but the fused disk had brought up curious eyes, and that is where his story begins, as his disks and driver gear are being brought back to their owner out of a dire need.

Noel is an overall sweet and friendly girl who likes nothing more but to help others in need and be a nice person to everybody even to those who despise her. One thing she is struggling though is her lack of self care. She is willing to help others but forgets to help herself, something she was not taught of when she was young.

Meanwhile, her inner demon Leon is the opposite. She's rough, rude and quite the hothead. She doesn't like to make friends other than protecting her host, something of which bothers her. Nevertheless, she is willing to help her out but only because she wants to teach her how to take care of herself.

Driver Ability:
DIVIDE
By fusing with her Driver, Noel's inner demon can be manifested with a physical body of her own. However, because she is a "part" of Noel, Leon is permanently binded with her with the Driver acting as her restraints. Due to the nature of this ability, Noel is a lot more susceptible to an Ego Break but in exchange for giving Leon a pseudo Driver for her to use the other Discs than what Noel is using.

Background
Noel was just an average girl living her life as a college student taking up a course in theology. She wanted to be a nun and run an orphanage to help children find their own families to be taken care of. She prays to God everyday, reads the Bible, and fasts frequently. After all, she grew up in a Christian household. But then there something that wants to let out and cause as much pain in the world. Her inner demon, born from the accumulated negative feelings Noel had kept in bay as she doesn't want to give a bad impression to the people she helps. But her kindness (and generally her niceness) is a big weakness to her. While some may appreciate it, some does not. Ungrateful people they are.

And then the Discs and Drivers fell out of the sky. The moment she picks up her own Driver she begins to hear a voice inside her head. It compels her to put it on, but Noel resisted until one day, a Scratcher attacks her school. Left with no other way to save people, she puts on the Driver, unleashing her inner demon into the mortal world that is Leon. With a couple of Discs they picked up, they used their powers to stop the Scratcher from causing further harm. After the threat has been dealt with, Leon caught word about a group of people who are working to defend the innocent from the Scratchers, seeing it as an opportunity to help Noel become a much more stronger person than she is.

Noel is unsure of this, but with some convincing, she decides to join under the condition that it will help her become a better person. After all, one of her dreams is to become a hero. A "Hero of Justice" after all, which Leon finds it silly.

Personality:
Werner is a soldier at heart, a fighter at the core. He joined the army back at World War 2 just for the fight and was probably the only one who didn't get traumatized by the shit he must've seen at the German gas chamber. Because of his eagerness for battle, he got his leg injured at the most critical battle of the war and was discharged earlier than the other Allied Soldiers.

Werner is laidback, amiable, and most of all, rude. The way he talks makes it seem like he's a badass when in reality, he's careless and charges into things recklessly, resulting in bloody messes every thing with him barely making it out.

Driver Ability: Equip/Summon
The Driver is able to take 2 discs at once. One to Equip, and the other to Summon. One for the user to be empowered with the character in the disc's equipment, powers and clothing although his appearance would remain the same, and the other to appear from the user's back similar to a Stand or a Persona. This summon lasts for a few minutes(2 to 5 posts). If a disc is summoned, it doesn't induce Ego Break or Death as only the Equipped disc is directly connected to one's being. At least, Werner thinks so.

Background:
Werner was a mercenary for hire on the dark web in order to keep using his skills long after the 2nd World War. He was a war veteran fighting for the allies. While glad that the war was over, his leg injury made him unfit for military duty. That's why he turned to becoming a merc. He wanted to feel the thrill of fighting again. He continued doing so until he was nearly caught by the police 50 years ago, he managed to escape with the help of both the Samus Disc and the Yakumo Disc. The latter of which opened a gap underneath Werner to secure an escape route to his apartment.

While contemplating what just happened, he subconsciously summoned Yakumo. The beautiful woman that bore within the disc spoke to him, explaining who and what she is. Though fearing for his life, Werner pondered about the things she said. She's able to control boundaries--manipulate reality as it is. He asked her if she's able to make him young again. Yakumo answered yes, but she wouldn't want to. As doing so would be unnatural for those in the Outside. Yet Werner didn't care. He wanted to be young and fight again. And with those discs everywhere, who knows what kind of people he would fight?

At that, Werner Equipped the Yakumo Disc for the first and last time, bending his body's age so that he looked and felt younger again--much like his prime. While doing so, however, he felt as if he was losing control of himself. Yakumo herself was trying to thwart him--trying to make it so that he failed to utilize Yakumo's powers and take over his body. An Ego Break within mere seconds of Equipping. He was unsure if she'd be able to influence him even as a summon, so even when Werner had a 2nd Disc, he would more often than not use Samus' Disc only.

25 years later, Werner came across the Lindow Amamiya disc during a hit. Due to him having 2 discs again, he Equipped Lindow and had Samus as a Summon. That became his usual loadout ever since.

To this day, he continued to work as a hitman with the discs he had. However, Werner was eventually discovered and recruited to a 'Defense League'. A Hitman whose job was to kill people quickly and cleanly joining a task force meant to stop all that? Quite the interesting turn of events, huh.

-Yakumo's influence can be seen in Werner's hair and effeminate figure. Werner suspects that when he used the Yakumo disc that night, she must've tried to make his body appear like hers to prepare for his Ego Death. Good thing he pulled out just in time.
-Summons don't have the memories and personalities of the actual characters. Yakumo, being the reality bending Youkai that she is, is the only one that can. Thus, she poses a threat to Werner's Ego Barrier and prefers to not use her. Werner also refuses to hand her over to the defense league due to the fact that she's rare and powerful and would one day make him a fortune.

PERSONALITY​

Percival is a slightly stressed out cerebral, and a very creative person. While still joining the defensive team, he studies for his university classes on the side as to not get behind in school. He always tries to work problems all the way through (and possible further), and try and find creative solutions to daunting tasks. He's moderately social, not exactly intro- or extro-, but enjoys going to public events, like house parties and carnivals. Naturally more defensive and agility-based than offensive.

BACKGROUND​

When the clouds opened up, Percival wasn't much affected by it. When he found discs of his own, he didn't mind, and didn't completely use them. He'd seen his friends use them for fun and get trouble in school, and seen the havoc some had caused with them across the globe, and just never found the time. However, on his first year at university, a Scratcher invaded the campus and attempted to hold his dorm hostage. However, he had hidden away, and felt as if he couldn't do anything, before deciding to use his Weeping Angel Disc. After turning off the power, he quickly incapacitated the assailant, breaking his right arm, before turning back. This was mainly the reason why he was recruited.

Shadow is who worked for Eggman, Rouge a thief, and E-123 Omega a super badnik made by Dr. Eggman. Shadow's title is the Ultimate Life-form due to the power he possesses when he removes his rings. When all four of his inhibitor rings are removed, Shadow gets unlimited energy from an unknown source but his body suffers from a huge amount of physical strain. Seeing as Shadow unlike Sonic doesn't have a dark form when Shadow decides to remove his rings he is referred to as Dark Shadow. Shadow wants nothing more than to keep the promise he made to Maria. To protect the planet called Earth.

• Super: Shadow's Super form a.k.a light Shadow is the first form Shadow ever achieved but not his weakest.
• Chaos: Chaos is the second form that Shadow achieved. His black quills turn red, and his red stripes yellow. This is Shadow's weakest form that he achieved in an attempt to turn Super without the seven Chaos Emeralds.
• Dark: Shadow enters this only when he removes his rings. This grants Shadow unlimited energy with the only limit he possesses being his body.
• Zombot: Originally achieved when Shadow was infected by the Metal Virus. This caused Shadow to become dumber and slower in return for huge amounts of durability and physical strength. When he uses his Driver though Shadow maintains his mentality, speed, and everything else. Though his strength, and durability increase greatly. Though the durability increases more than the strength due to the fact that Shadow becomes 'in a way' a "robot."

• Kawaki is a human being who was taken by Jigen, to try to gain Karma so Jigen may have a host.
• Background: Kawaki was supposed to be the vessel to Kara until Uzumaki Bourto's team found him. He stayed with the 7th Hokage, Uzumaki Naruto, and even grew to respect Naruto. Kawaki mainly wants to get rid of Karma and kill Jigen!

I think you misinterpreted what the Drivers and Discs are--the fictional characters themselves *are* supposed to be the discs which contains the powers of said characters. Unless your characters are already Ego Broken, in which case, I'll allow it if you provide me a brief description of who they were before--original characters with simple backgrounds, if you don't mind.

• Appearance: think mint choco cookie from cookie run but as a girl.
• Personality: the bubbly happy go Lucky person of the group, she will fight for what is right, even if she has to lose a limb or something else
• Driver Ability: magic thunder sword, and slight immortal
• Discs: 1. Dark choco cookie from cookie run kingdom, can summon a sword once a day for two hours. Also conversed in fighting with normal swords.
• 2. Dr.bright from the scp foundation: an amulet that has her consans in there. She doesn’t even know how she came apon the disk, but believes it crashed into her back yard
• Background: my character wants to live a slightly normal life, but wants to make it a better place for everyone, which is why she joined forses with this organization
• Etc: she likes to play a guitar and knit in her free time

By Immortality, you mean that she cannot age anymore, right? Also, I'm gonna have to ask you to put some more backstory. What was she like before she found the discs? How did she find the Discs and Drivers? What did she do with it before joining the Defense League Vinyl? Stuff like that.
