[The Fallow]

Mason brushed back her hair, looking Takao in the eyes. "I don't know," she whispered. Along the shadows of Mason, the poisoned soul lurked, circling her mind like a vulture. She was already struggling to keep this weak girls body alive, and now she had the company of Takao. With a flick of her mind, she summoned the shadows of poison within Mason's mind, creating a wall that separated Takao and Mason's light side. Swarming towards Takao, she shadows pushed him from Mason's mind.

Takao is being pushed by the shadows. "NO!" Takao snarled and rips the shadows out of the way and stood in front of Mason.."I WILL NOT LEAVE HER, I WILL NOT LOSE HER AGAIN!!" Takao was yelling in a mix of crying and anger. He wanted Mason to come back..he wanted the light side of Mason..the Dark side was not her..It wasn't the Mason he fell in love with..He needs to get her back..

[The Fallow]

The wall had become an impossible boundary, the strength of the darkness toying with Tako with ease. This was her domain. Stepping from the shadows she faced Takao, her dress short along the front and long with lace in the back. Her ankles had closed two heels with a three inch wedge. Her hair was long but in a braided bun, crow feather and raven down lining the bun and clip in her hair. Walking up, her black eyes peered at Takao with curiosity.


"Now now, Takao, you haven't lost Mason, she has simply," she craned her hand in elaboration, "evolved!" She spoke with enthusiasm, and fake empathy. "Now, I recommend you leave the recesses of your little girl toys mind, before I do it for you," her tone fell flat and harsh, a scowl forming along her lip.

Takao looked down with his hair covering his face and he raised his hand before the direction Mason was in. "I..I can't win you Mason..I will get you back..I will fight..but for now..I will pray for the day I can see you again my love..I love you so much Mason.." Takao's white smile comes through his hair and he closes his hand. "SEAL!" Takao seals the real Mason inside of a barrier, nothing can touch her, not even her own mind unless Takao stops it. "Now i really will be back for you my love.." A tear streamed down his cheek and his blew a kiss to Mason, leaving her mind and seeing Jarius before him with green hair still.

Jarius looked over at Takao and Mason not knowing what their conversation was about or how it got to that point but he could tell that something big happened. He looked Takao in the eyes and saw him crying. He walked over and once before him he held out his hand. A flower hair tie formed in his hand and he gave it to Takao. "Give that to Shara once she is free from the ice. Tell her its from me. Im probably going to faint once I use flash freeze. It takes a lot of energy. Take this too." Jarius took out the necklace with Shara's soul from his pocket and gave that to Takao as well. "Once the release this time stop thing and keep Deus in place i'm going in. Hopefully you will be out of the flash freeze area by then. Ready for finish this?"

 

[The Fallow]

Mason forced Takao from her mind, looking down at the light Mason. "You may be safe for now, but I assure you, the future shall not be so promising," Mason faded into the shadows of her mind, the smallest glimmer of light swarmed with relentless shadows and fiends. She wanted nothing more than to escape this prison.

Takao sat on the ground in tears as he was handed the items from jarius. He didn't pay attention to that as Mich as he had wants mason back..he loved her and would do anything to get her back in one piece..he knew what he had to do..save the evil mason to get the good one back.

 

[The Suspicious Eye]

Deus laughed as he saw Takao cry in pain.


He had won.


Even if he died, ha! He had already won. Deus had his champion and she will dispatch of the rest for him. still frozen in time he laughed internally his laughter somehow could be heard from the others as Shara's body began to grow black underneath the ice. The power Deus had been sending to her was begining to swell up. She was overflowing with darkness her current body wouldn't hold much more.
