Personality: Krieg is utterly and one hundred percent psychotic most of the time, especially in fights. Most of the time, he will seemingly be talking to himself, when in his warped little reality he is talking to the voices in his head that may or may not be the only thing keeping him from completely snapping and murdering every single thing in sight. His vocabulary is far from the best, and he generally doesn't make sense most of the time. Often times you can see him twitching psychotically to himself, staring from behind his mask with his one visible eye, glaring at everyone in the room. He is an extreme masochist, cause him pain and he will embrace it whole heartedly.
In those rare moments where he isn't a completely random psychopath, he is actually quite normal and a completely different person than his normal self. Despite everything, he is extremely loyal to his band of fellow murderers, often using his large and durable frame as a shield.

Bio: Krieg was entirely normal growing up, he had lots of friends, loving parents, nice house, etc. etc. Until that fateful day when he was mugged on the way home from work by a band of thieves and beaten to a state of near death. That day changed him entirely, after several months he recovered almost entirely. The beating he took disfigured his face entirely, no amount of surgery could make him look normal, therefore he decided from then on to wear some form of mask. If his fashion choices didn't ring a few alarms about his psychological change, what happened next did. He had remembered the faces of the group that had mugged him and nearly killed him as plain as day, taking the nearest blunt object he killed everyone in the hospital that tried to stop him before making his way out. He hunted them all down like animals, they tried beating him but he simply shrugged it off and snapped them like twigs, all the time while shouting various words and laughing madly. What the group hadn't realized is they gave him power, power he had always craved, power he embraced.
Years passed and along the way he found his Teigu, it bonded to him instantly and made him even stronger and even more psychotic. At that point he accepted any and every contract killing job, or even killing whoever looked at him funny. He is easily one of the most wanted criminals in the Empire just by body count alone. Eventually, he joined Night Raid and the Revolutionary Army. Why not? Only thing it changed was he now had a purpose for killing.
Imperial Arm: Kriegs Teigu is..unique to say the least. It is an evolving Teigu, wherein it has multiple forms as he fights. The more pain he causes or absorbs, the stronger both it and he get. I shall explain using ye old fashioned Accordion dividers.
- "I see rreed"(Basic Form)
His Teigu in it's most basic form, this is how it looks before he starts receiving or giving out punishment. Despite it's rather ugly outward appearance, it is an excellent weapon and grants him a few basic abilities in it's default state.
EMBRACE THE PAIN: The more punishment Kriegs' body takes, the stronger he gets and the deadlier his Teigu gets. Taking enough punishment will allow it to 'evolve' into it's next form. He cannot, unfortunately, embrace the pain from direct strikes to the heart, pierce his head, or getting his head cut off. His skin, however, is incredibly more durable than a normal humans which makes for an excellent pain cushion.
GIFT OF PAIN: The same as above, however, this is tied to the amount of pain and death he causes himself. The more his victims suffer and the more bodies that pile up, the faster he gets. Dealing enough punishment as well as receiving enough will cause his Teigu to 'evolve.
- "EXPLOSIONS OF LIFE!"(Second Form)
His Teigu's Second Form. It comes with all the benefits of the previous plus two more...explosive..tools.
EXPLOSIONS ALL AROUND: That little chunk of metal on the back of the axe isn't just for show. Each blow now holds a concentrated yet powerful blast of concussive force, exploding the flesh it comes into contact with and possibly stunning the afflicted in the process.
LET THE RED FLOW: Much akin to the added spikes on his blade, getting cut by this is the same as getting cut by a serrated knife. It tears the flesh more as well as causing the afflicted to bleed more than usual.
- "I WANT TO WATCH THE WORLD BURN!"(Third Form)
His Teigu's Third Form, while he loses his explosions he becomes all the more deadly. Might want to get a bucket of water.
FIRESTARTA: His Teigu catches on fire, quite literally. The blade is super heated with enough heat to cut through most metals with ease and through flesh like a hot knife through butter. The heat alone is able to burn flesh minimally just simply by standing near it.
IS IT HOT IN HERE?: Krieg is able to release concentrated blasts of heat or fire in either a wave or a ball that explodes slightly upon contact with solid material, any material, this includes a thick wall of water.
- "INTO THE DEPTHS OF HELL! I AM THE REAPER!"(Trump Card)
Kriegs Teigu evolves into the ultimate form, granting him the powers of the previous forms and making him nigh invulnerable. His explosion become bigger and his Teigu becomes hotter. This is a one time use, and despite him not being able to control when his Teigu evolves, he is able to control whether or not he uses this. His Teigu must be fully evolved and he must deliver himself a fatal wound by stabbing himself in the heart. This form lasts for thirty minutes(Ehh, six or seven posts, maybe?) before he violently explodes into a ball of fiery gore that can and will vaporize or severely wound anyone in a fifty meter radius. The closer they are to him when he explodes, the more chance there is they are dead.

Bio: Her entire life Sera hasn't really cared if she lived, died, or if anyone else did the same. For all she cared the entire Empire could explode and she wouldn't even blink or shed a single tear. Lightbane is, without a doubt, a rather interesting Teigu. It seems to grant its user a variety of 'holy' abilities, so to say. Lightbane grants the user the ability to heal any wounds a person may incur this includes: fatal wounds if tended to quickly enough, poisons, and everything inbetween. The more fatal the wound, the more energy it takes from its wielder. This can be done with or without direct contact, though it much faster and less strenous with direct contact. The maximum range is 15 ft at which a target can be healed.
The wielder is also able to shoot orbs of light that can do anything from blind a person to burn a hole through them. On top of that, the staff makes a formidable melee weapon both for slashing and for a blunt weapon. Depending on the angle the weapon is turned it is possible to cut and clash or bludgeon.

Ferra is 4'7 and weighs 80 lbs, a stark contrast to her behemoth guardian Torr. She is never seen without her claws on, she does however usually store her helmet on a hook on Torr's back.
Personality: Ferra has a very childish outlook on life, pretty much everything is an adventure and there is always fun to be had somewhere. Whether that be in the form of mass murder or hunting danger beasts. She is extremely sadistic when it comes to fighting, however, often times torturing her opponents while Torr beats them senseless.
Sexuality: Bi-Sexual, prefers men.
Bio: Ferra doesn't remember much of her past at all prior to being 'adopted' by Torr. All she remembers is that she obviously had parents somewhere and that they might live in the capitol. Ferra lived alone on the streets murdering the random passerby and stealing pretty much anything she could get her hands on to live. At one point, however, her actions caught up with her. She was surrounded and beaten to near death by angry townsfolk that caught her thanks to her lingering a bit too long. They were just about to deliver finishing blow, but that was when Torr in all his massive glory came along and laid waste to the village.
Ferra thought that surely she would be the next victim once the villagers were slain, but very much against what she thought she wasn't. Instead, Torr picked her up and placed her on his shoulders and began speaking to her. The two traveled for a while before eventually she found out he was a Teigu, at that point he became hers and the two bonded in a symbiote-esque relationship. From then on she was never seen without Torr and vice versa.

Torr is 7'6 and weighs roughly 355 pounds of mostly pure muscle. He is never seen without his sack over his head, his true appearance is unknown even to Ferra.
Personality: Torr is very much the strong and silent type, very much against his outward appearance he is not insane in the least. While, he isn't exactly worthy to sit amongst the high class of society, he is actually pretty normal. He is also overly protective of Ferra and would do almost anything for her. He rarely speaks to anyone but Ferra, don't expect him to be a conversationalist.
Sexuality: Doesn't care nor want anyone.
Bio: Torr is, without a doubt, an ancient being that has served many masters of all kinds. He has been anything from a servant to a gladitor fighter for those he serves. Recently, however, he has bonded with Ferra and now serves her.
Abilities:
It wasn't an exaggeration when it was said they share a symbiote relationship. Ferra is very much an extension of Torr. Using his inhuman strength he often uses Ferra as weapon, to which she gladly agrees. The two fight perfectly in sync, making them a deadly foe to combat. He grants Ferra slightly enhanced strength and massively enhanced speed so long as she stays within 75 foot of him, once again furthering their symbiote relationship. His body is built to be a shield of sorts, shielding the rider pretty much fully, his skin and muscle mass is thick enough that normal bullets nor arrows would pierce through fully and harm the rider. He is, without a doubt, a meatshield in every capacity.
Also grants the user the ability to communicate with them telepathically.
Trump Card:
If Ferra stabs him multiple times it will cause him to become enraged, granting them both further increased speed and strength for a limited time(Gunna say..4 posts). The drawback is, both of them are launched into a berserker like stage, Torr even moreso than Ferra. Making them much more open to attacks, and thus easier to kill.

Katsukou's regular outfit. Because Avyn's ability leave him soaking, Katsukou prefers to wear lightly and wears a rain jack.

He has a wide range of water containers. Some are large to be slung across his back and some are small enough to be stored in his pockets. Some are very durable, made from metals, and some are flexible and retractable and are light when emptied of water.
His favorite water container is a long metal staff that can double as a weapon. One end is tapered slightly and as a clear strip. It also has groves for grip.
Personality:
Katsukou is a brain over brawn type of guy. He rather leave the beating up shit to his biological weapon, Avyn. He likes to keep his hands clean and watch conflicts unfold quietly as much as he can. If he has to, Katsukou will help as much as he can without exposing himself. He has to be careful after all, especially being so close to the corrupt palace.
Katsukou also prides himself to be an intelligent man, he also have a sense of justice and care for others.

Bio:
Katsukou is a fortunate individual who grew up under two very intelligent and loving parents. He was taught to be kind and grateful and be selfless around others, even though he finds the last part to be a bit difficult. Because of the way he grew up, he is painfully aware of the corruption in the Empire.
His family has a knack of traveling. It also helps that they are financially stable and strong, that is until a year ago. Katsukou’s mother have caught a disease that have rendered her weak and unfit for travel. There is no known cause to why this happened but because of this, the family was forced back to their home back at the capital. They are hoping to move their home to a quieter town, far from the capital soon.
Katsukou hates their stay at the city. He swears he can feel the depression and sickness that swells around the palace, but not until his mother becomes better, he has no choice but to stay. In his spare time, he has been selling goods that he have gathered over the years of traveling and has volunteered his time to others.
In his private time, Katsukou has been looking out for the Assassins. He have heard of their actions and their stir for change. Getting accurate information about them is like a hobby for Katsukou in the Capital. Feeling a bit adventurous, he has been slipping out from his home to maybe see a glimpse of the infamous Assassin.

Aside from her face and fingertips, her body is covered in smooth but tough scales.
A biological water type teigu. The teigu has a mermaid form but is able to travel by air, floating around her master like a sprite. As expected of a mermaid, she is strongest in the water. She is physically strong but because she is out of the water most of the time she is not as effective as she would be in water. Without the water resistance and general struggling of her opponents in the water, she is of equal or above average strength with other Imperial weapons.
Above water, she replaces her melee attacks with her ability to manipulate water. Being 900 years old and have partnered with many interesting masters, Avyn has many tricks up in her sleeves when it comes to her watery ability. Even if there is no water around, Katsukou will carry some amount of water with him so that she has accessible weapon at all time. Her preferred sources, however, are large bodies of water
Her core is an elegant jewel that is pinned to her head. Her core is moveable so sometimes her core may be around her neck like a necklace or be a bracelet around a wrist.
This tiny jewel was one of the few imperial arms to find her way outside of the Empire. For years, Avyn’s core have traveled from hand to hand and only to found herself in a desert merchant’s stand, gathering dust and grime. Here, Katsukou’s parents have found her core and bought her. It have been decades that Avyn found a compatible master and to be suddenly surrounded by a family worth of suitable masters, she was overwhelmingly happy. She was also heavily spoiled by the family with lovely things and adventure with the family.
Trump Card: None that Katsukou is aware of, but he thinks that whenever Avyn floods an area with water, he thinks that can be her trump?

When traveling the dangerous road of the land, it is a good idea for the traveller to know how to fight to survive. Although Katsukou leaves all the hardcore fighting to Avyn, if he must fight, he prefers fighting with a weapon like a staff or a light spear.
Avyn can form some sort of watery weapon extension for Katsukou. On one end of his metal staff that doubles as a water container, she sometimes form a blade to make it a spear. If she is doing this, Avyn for some reason, is not fighting.
Ever since he and Avyn became partners, he has become a very good swimmer. He is able to hold his breath for a long period of time, but if he must, Avyn will give him a kiss of breath.
Other:
Katsukou tries to be secretive when looking around for the assassin group. Whenever he goes, he carries a turtleneck scarf to hide his face. He would usually wear a different set of outfit and stylize his hair down when he is searching for the rebel group.
Avyn has no need for clothes and have been free from covers when she and the family have been traveling, but because they are now in the heart of the Empire, Katsukou wants to hide the fact that Avyn is a Imperial weapon. Hiding Away in broad daylight is impossible, so Katsukou makes her wear clothes to appear human. Her blue skin would be covered all the way up to her neck. The dresses Avyn wears are long to cover her tail (though sometimes she has to curl her tail when she move.), and she wears gloves. She also will carry an umbrella to complete the look of a high class lady and also to cover her strange colour hair.
To eliminate all possible suspicion, Katsukou have made sure that Avyn walks like a human. She has to remember to sway her hip in a way that makes her look like she is walking and look like she has legs instead have a fish tail. She is still getting used to it and it is a pain in the ass, but Avyn understands that Katsukou is just looking out for his family including her.
To make up for her hard work to disguise as a two legged beast, Katsukou would hike to a secluded lake or river and let Avyn strip to her natural form and swim around freely. If he cannot do that, he will shop around the city with Avyn, seeing that the mermaid enjoys such activities.

Avyn is pretty tall, standing head to tail at around 5'11" or 155.8cm. She is taller than Katsukou by few inches.
Personality:
Avyn is a cheerful and bubbly Teigu. She loves to have fun and play around with others. Her sense of play can be a bit devious but her intention is usually good. Sometimes (may be all the time) it is easy to forget that Avyn a lot older than she appears and acts. With age, she have seen many things, some the Teigu does not want repeatings of.
As a Teigu, of course she is deadly loyal to her master. However, Avyn is a sentient being and may and will sometimes act on her own.
It should also be noted that the Yanaki family have somewhat, tiny bit, may be spoiled the Teigu, and the mermaid is in love with all things luxury and pretty and wow! Look that those dress!
Powers:
As a Teigu that looks like a mermaid, it is not a surprise that Avyn is strongest around water. She can manipulate water: change currents in multiple of direction, suspend water in air, stop rain droplets in their descend, split water to fine mist, create bubbles of water of any size, and so on and so forth. Alternatively, Avyn can take control of other liquidity substances as long as the concentration of water is high (like wine, very liquidity mud, watermelons).
One thing Avyn will not do is take water from animals and humans, take control of their bodies like puppet, or do any inside reorganizing of organs or tissues to live captives. That is a line the Teigu requested her master not to cross. Avyn also cannot turn water to ice, take water from it, or directly move ice unless water is sweated off from the ice already. Water must be either liquid or, in extreme cases, gas form.
With may be 900 years of experience under her belt (metaphorically speaking) and have partnered and served many different masters, Avyn has many tricks up in her sleeves. The Yanakis have also been very creative with Avyn’s ability, creating water bombs for her to control and making up cool and fun moves like “Slip and Slide”.
Avyn’s body is tough and is agile to bend and turn sharp corners without losing any momentum. Her body and tail is covered by smooth scales that protect her from getting clean cut or fed bullets and arrows, but all of her physical damage means nothing to her. Avyn is a biological imperial weapon. If her core is not destroyed she will regenerate and come back with thrice the excitement. Poison and other ill affecting attack does not work on the Teigu like any biological imperial weapon. Electricity may paralyze her for a while, however.

Another note: Unlike water, Avyn cannot carry very heavy things when in air. Her speed may decrease and her ability to float in the air may become no more than couple of inches from the ground and no fancy, mermaidy stunts. Katsukou is heavy, so wow boy. Loss some weight.
Trump Card:
There is a reason that Avyn’s current master does not know of her trump card. If she can, she would like to not reveal this secret to the young Yanaki heir and never have to use it.
Her Trump card allows her master to directly use her abilities. Her master would be able to control water, float in air like she can, breath underwater, become extremely powerful, have unimaginable speed and stamina. He will become her. He will wear her like the teigu she is meant to be. Her existence will disappear and he will be left alone. Only when he dies will she return to her form and self. Alone.
