Digimon: The New Adventurers

Sakura swung back and forth on a tire swing. The day at camp had gone quite slowly, nothing interesting had happened and that had made the adventurous young lady quite restless. She tugged at her gloves and blew a strand of blonde hair out of her fair face. She didn't know why her parents sent her to a summer camp when she could have been with her parents at their summer home. They claimed it was so she could make some friends. She was excited about that, never did have that many friends. She tugged her jacket around her it was starting to get chilly thats when something hit her nose. 'A snowflake? In June?' she thought with a confused look. She looked up at the sky and it was starting to rain down snow. "What in the world?" she said outloud

Dan blinked as he snorted himself awake from his sleep, the noise making him jump in surprise. Looking around, Dan grimaced when he felt the uncomfortable tree trunk digging into his back, almost like it was poking holes in his muscles and bones. Making a dissatisfied grunt, Dan picked himself up, stumbling a bit as the sudden need for balance caught him off guard. Steadying himself, thankfully not falling completely, Dan started to walk towards the cabins the campers were assigned to, knowing the beds in there were probably leagues better than some off the mill tree trunk. It was a saddening thought that he was even here, a fact that he couldn't change, and had to live with. His family had told him of how it would be a great chance to get out and assert himself more, his father even hoping it would tighten the mind of his youngest son's otherwise flighty and dreamlike state. Yet, Dan did not appreciate the "help" at all, knowing that they were only sending off due to convenience, not having the time to deal with a son that apparently thought was not worth the time of day.

Dan stopped himself from continuing the train of thought as he trekked towards the cabins, instead focusing on the dreams he had had, and the dreams he would have, those times while asleep being one of his only safe havens. However, as Dan came to the cabin, he stopped as he felt something hit the back of his hand, sprouting into a small cold and wet feeling that seemed to affect his hand more than seemingly would. Looking down, Dan's eyes widened as he saw the droplet or little ice crystals, something very familiar to him, but never in the hotness and warmth of this climate. Looking up, Dan's mouth opened, his mind wondering if he was dream, which wouldn't be a ridiculous thought, as he watched the small crystals of snow fall from the sky, bundling up together in the ground and quickly making a sheet of snow at an almost impossible speed. Dan stepped through the snow, his need for sleep gone at the sight, and ran around, hoping to find another camper who could explain this too him.

Running over to the physically influence parts of the camp, Dan scratched his head as he tried to find a camper or helper that could explain this too him. Looking around, Dan's eyes lit up in success as he saw a girl swinging on a swing set, although she looked about as confused as he did. Running up to her, Dan broke into her line of sight, and quickly made his biggest point present, "Ok, so this isn't normal right? Its the middle fo June!" Waiting for the girl to reply, Dan cocked his head as he was finally able to see the girl in detail from close up. Her hair a nice shade of blonde, and with a slightly older looking face, Dan smiled at the simple beauty of the girl. He wouldn't have been bothered by an ugly girl, however, asking the help from a pretty girl still came with the added bonus of being able to talk to one about something other than....well anything really. He had never made it a goal in life to talk with a good looking girl, but apparently it was happening anyway.

Hanako and Ryuu where both sent to a Summer Camp. Ryuu was more excited about it than his little sister until nothing happened. Well, yet. Hanako was sitting in the field, watching her brother kick around a soccer ball. Hanako couldn't understand why her brother was so happy about camp. She was young, not stupid. Her parents only sent them to camp so they didn't have to worry about them and can work all day. Ryuu thought it was an opportunity for them. He one somehow that this summer was going to be memorable.

Hanako sighed, watching her brother unto she felt something wet hit her cheek. Looking up she spotted the snow as it hit her face. "Ryuu!" Ryuu looked up, feeling the snow hit his face.

"Hana, lets head to the cabins." He said running over to her, the soccer ball tucked under his arm. The two made their way to the cabins where they seen two people in the middle, watching the snow. "It's odd. Snow in June.." Ryuu said, pulling Hanako with him near the others.

Dante was practicing his floor routine at the summer camp and loved how a few kids were watching him in amazement. Ya he was good and ya he was going to show off. He was doing a routine for a senior in highschool. He was just starting high school. He suddenly felt a chill go down his spine and he looked up at the sky and noticed that it was snowing. "Hmm this isn't normal is it?" He walked up to the closest person and asked them what was happening and they had no idea. He started to ask around.

Jericho sat beneath a large oak, quietly reading a light novel. The world around him melded with his thought on the story that takes place in the world of Remnant, which is filled with supernatural forces and shadowy creatures known as the "Creatures of Grimm". Prior to the events of the series, mankind waged a battle of survival against the Grimm before discovering the power of a mysterious element called Dust, which allowed them to fight back against the monsters. In the present day, Dust is used to power magical abilities and weapons. Those who use these abilities to battle the Grimm are known as Huntsmen or Huntresses. What he loved most about the book was the fact that it's use of character development along with having it's dark and light moments. He was brought out of his musing when a small snowflake landed on the page he was reading, melting instantly. "No!The book isn't the same anymore!" He closed the book angerly before realizing what was wrong with the picture. "Snow? In June... Don't see that everyday."
