How They Discovered Their Ultimate: His pen pal praised his handwriting and encouraged him to try out calligraphy.

General History: Akira is the middle child in a typical family. He was not as confident before but after gaining courage and encouragement from his pen pal he decided to try out calligraphy and is rewarded with tremendous success. That was when his pen pal had already stopped contacting him all of a sudden. He created a social media page and gained quite a lot of attention, but in fact, his true intention was hoping that he would gather enough attention and would be contacted by his pen pal once again.

General Personality
Always takes the center stage when the need of leadership is required. If another person shows up wanting the job, she'll beat them into a state of near death, or threaten them with her pistol. She is brave, yet also not one to fall into traps that easily. Contrary to the Classic Banchou, she can be quite a good friend if she is impressed by whoever isn't intimidated by her. She still has time to order people around though, and she a gang of 14 'subjects' who follow her around and listen to her orders without objections.

• General Weaknesses Her biggest weakness is not running from a better equipped opponent than her. She is brave, but too brave to know when a rocket launcher or Assault rifle is going to be really effective against her 9 mm.

How They Discovered Their Ultimate
She didn't really discover it. She's just natural at it. She first started being a Banchou after her father died on military duty, and she vowed to herself she won't let herself be saddened over it. Her father was a great leader, so she decided to do just that....

General History
She was in middle school when she was made aware of her talent. A school bully would be taking other people's lunches, so Ryuko took it as her mission to stop him. She walked up to him during Friday afternoon, and kicked him in the face. It was then and there when the bully would stop being a thief, and start following her. She asked why he was following her, and he said she was the Boss lady from now on.

Similar incidents would occur later on in the year, and more people joined her group. The increase in violence had caused her to bring a 9 mm and a wakizashi, per the request of her followers so they wouldn't have to bury her if she bit the dust too early. She was their leader, and they didn't want to lose her.

  How they discovered their ultimate: Juzo was on vacation in Germany with his family as a child. They went to the Krones Circus while there and Juzo became obsessed with the clowns. The makeup, the funny acts, and just the idea of making others smile. He turned out to have a knack for it and joined a local troupe where he quickly rose up into bigger and bigger circuses and acts.
