Yuri shook his head. "There are some things that we can't control. And are you hungry?" He asked her as he stood up and stretched his legs.

Yuri shrugged. "What ever you want, and I'll see if they have it." He told her.

"I just want an egg white omelet and some orange juice. The omelet doesn't have to be anything fancy, just made out of egg whites."

Yuri nodded as he walked down to the cafeteria. A few minutes later he returned to her room with a omelette and a orange juice. "Breakfast is served." He told her.

Yuri nodded as he took a second cup from the tray. "I'll take that." He said softly as he sat back down in his side of the bed.

She sipped her orange juice. "On the bright side, things are only going to get better."

Yuri nodded in agreement as he took a sip of his drink, which was coffee. "Yeah, you can go home from work to a nice and peaceful home." He said with a smile.

Yuri chuckled at her as he took another sip. "Well, I could use a place to crash for a while." He said sheepishly. "If I were a true pal I wouldn't ask, and I have no idea how you made it this far without me." He said jokingly.

She giggled. "I've got a guest room, so I have no problem with sharing my house with you. You're chipping in on groceries and doing your fair share of cleaning, though." She gave him a stern glance, yet her eyes were playful. "Am I understood?" She asked sternly.

Yuri nodded in agreement he took a longer sip of his coffee. "Sounds like a fair deal to me. But I'm not sure if you'll screw up my check on purpose, taking out my portion for food and bills." He said with a joking smile.

"Three," she responded. "They're pretty great. Been around so long we're like a family."
