  After many years of growing up, your parents told you you were destined for something big, correct? Parents from all over the country have been dreaming of big and bright futures for their children with the hope that they will reach their achievements with great success. In the performing arts industry, many parents put their children in vocal, dance, and even acting classes as they hope that their child will make it to the big leagues, and maybe now, they will.
  
  Los Angeles of the Performing Arts has started enrolling students from all over the country for the upcoming year as they dream of attending this prestigious high school and making a name for themselves. Thousands of students audition every year, but only so many make it into the institute while even fewer than that survive.
  
  Whether you are an actor or actress, singer or dancer, musician or whatever those that are talented enough are usually the ones that make it into the musical and theater programs. Most people work hard all year to perfect their talents so they can put on one final performance that will either make or break them. But let's not forget that even though they are destined for greatness and just like every other high school, there is bound to be a little drama.
  
  There will be hookups, breakups, heartbreaks, friendships, and let's not forget about the parties that will be thrown, most of which are off-campus. Numerous auditions are held every single year at the Los Angeles of the Performing Arts and people are even called back.   This bunch is probably the best dancers in the school. Some naturally-born choreographers and others a tad bit more flexible, they all are talented individuals that can express themselves through their body. Whether it be ballet, hip-hop or whatever genre, a lot of people have made it far from this department and the newer generation only aims to raise the stakes.   This group is filled with individuals whose vocals range from various degrees. Some simply perform on their YouTube channels every other day, hoping to one day be heard from the internet. Others try to perform at whatever cost and at any location. A few of them are actually close, but this is the one group everyone should be scared of.   This group is probably the most ruthless of them all. Appearance is everything! They are the primadonnas, the ones who can fool you into believing in and everything. They can manipulate you without you even realize it and are probably the most ruthless when it comes to getting what they want.   The last but certainly not least group is probably the most looked-over and underestimated group of the entire school. However, people need to recognize that it is, in fact, the musicians that pull everything together and this group is ready to prove themselves. Most mastered at least two instruments at a young age and have only improved. Romance is welcomed and encouraged but please do not make it the focal point of your character's story.   This roleplay will be semi-literate to literate, so be able to post at least two and half paragraphs of non-dialogue each post, per character. You will be able to make two characters for this roleplay. I will think about opening up for more if we can handle them. This roleplay will be mostly character driven, which means that the actions or interaction of your character, dictates their direction in the roleplay. Time skips will happen in this roleplay and I usually do small time skips (next day or two) about every two weeks in real time and major time skips (month or semester) every month depending on when we start.
