My idea:
What if from the time you were young, you knew who you were going to be with. Maybe thats not the case, but it kind of is. On your sixteenth birthday you receive a necklace in a small silver package. This necklace will glow the same color as your soul mate. You have the same colors, and once you both have the necklace you need to find your other half. But what if there are still those who don't believe. You must decide if your going to let the necklace direct you to love or if you'll direct yourself. But either way, it's a journey for your heart, and your soul.
