Chelsea Cooper, a detective from Washington, has been transferred to the Kanto region of Japan to work on the Kira case. She was hired by the greatest detective the world has ever seen, L, who she has looked up to ever since she became a detective. Clues will be solved, battles will be fought and feelings will develope.
