ah thanks, right udnerneath the attack roll, forgot it for a second but put it underneath it, rolled a pretty good 11, for early levels good anyways.

ori best to always roll damage along with the attack. otherwise you have to post twice, always, and goblin always has to answer twice.

Why aren't the non-combative prisoners huddled safely in the iron cage cart?

the old man is safely inside while the guard is inside as well. since no one rolled perception to see if the prisoners are still there or not they tried to run and are paying the price

If there is something like that, either you prompt a perception check, or you roll it without telling us. Else I'm going to have to roll a perception check every post, just in case.

These guys are honestly meat shields, the characters of any importance are the crazy old guy and guard, that's why the two prisoners are being "feed" to the wolves
