Backstory {*}: raven was the youngest of three kids in her house parents where scientists who loved there kids dearly until her father used a experimental drug on ray which turned her skin a charcoal grey.
Seeing this her father took her to the lab and saw she was a perfect match for a chemical they where creating after several days of testing the other scientists began to test her treating her horribly.
Soon she went insane from the chemical as a white substance formed from her back and began to slaughter them and once she was out she saw what she had done and began to sob. (More revealed in Rp)

The legs are also cylinders mounted to a metal sphere directly below the torso and end in metal boots.

Personality: Proto 1 is extremely loyal to the US, but that doesn't mean Proto is only loyal. Proto is heroic: it will willingly sacrifice itself to save a civilian and many more. Finally, Proto is noted to seemingly despise villains who go for civilians, attacking them first.

Backstory: The USA was very unsettled with the events on hand. Cities were vanishing. And now a doomsday craft had appeared on their doorstep.
The USA knew that a hero was their best shot to stop all this, but their old heroes were at risk of already being known by this new foe. So a new hero was needed.
So the government contacted NASA and the military to create the ultimate super soldier. And Proto 1 was created.
Relations: Loyalty to the USA.
Abilities: Able to jump high distances, soak up tons of damage, strong heat resistance, a robot.
Equipment: Proto 1 carries a heavy laser cannon with him at all times. Proto 1 also has heavy metal armor with ceramic plating under it and high power fists.

Weaknesses: Proto 1 is slow due to heavy armor and weapons. On top of that, the ceramic plating cannot withstand heavy damage and if it's destroyed Proto becomes weak to fire.

Personality: Sam is a bright, creative, and generally happy person overall. His morals and values align with that of his father's, and, grandfather's (Truth, Justice, Liberty, and Peace). While his rash—and raw— emotions can get the best of him sometimes, Sam is fairly happy and calm for the majority of the time. He respects people's boundaries and knows his place amongst people. Rather extrovert than introvert, Samuel Kent is truly the descendant of the great 'Man of Steel'.
Relationships:

• Kian Allen: A former friend and teammate, Sam and Kian were practically the definition of "Best Friends"; they were inseparable. Always trying to outdo one another, playfully, and become better together. However, as Sam's training for the role of Superman intensified, he grew distant from his best friend. Ultimately, the two would never speak again for five years, until now.
• Jung Tae-Kyung: A . . . rather different friend of Sam's, Jung Tae-Kyung is the successor to the Nightwing role, like Sam is to the Superman role. Feuds between the two have occurred, although they were mainly based on morals. Luckily, Kian was present for all feuds, and was able to diffuse the situation before it could escalate to something much worse. Through Kian's comedy magic, Sam and Jung have remained their friendship status at the same level. Despite their moral differences, Sam is still proud of his best friend for being able to assume the position of 'Nightwing'.

Backstory: Born under the Sol sun on April 14th, 2116, Samuel Joseph-Caleb Kent is the first kin to Jon and an egg donor—whom Sam still has not met. While Sam isn't quite the son of Jon—he's more of a replica, as the DNA of Jon was extracted and harbored for synthetic reproduction—Sam is still loved and cared for by Jon. Like his father before him, Jon has shown the same, if not more, love to Sam, and treats him as if he really was his 'son'. While Jon assumed the role of Superman, Clark, Sam's grandfather, took the boy and spent quality time with him. Clark spent much of his time enjoying life with his grandson, teaching him how to hone his powers and simply participating in daily activities with Sam. Now, however, it's Sam's turn to assume control over the title of 'Superman'.
Abilities:

• Formidable Combatant: Sam has undergone various Kryptonian martial arts training, he's learnt how to box by his grandfather (who was taught by Wildcat back in the day), and has learnt a few pressure point areas from his grandfather as well.
• Basic Psychic Barrier: While not to his full potential, Sam has trained under J'onn J'onnz in withstanding psychic-based attacks. Although, he only has a basic grasp in blocking such attacks.
• Intellectually Gifted: While Sam may not fit the description of a 'nerd', he is indeed a geeky person. Like his predecessors, Sam's mind works much faster than a human's, and due to his Kryptonian lineage, Sam is intellectually gifted.
• Journalism and Investigation: It runs in the family . . .

• Kryptonian Hybrid Physiology:
  • Solar Radiation Absorption: Superman's powers rely on his cells' ability to absorb and metabolize solar energy from yellow stars like the Earth's sun. His Kryptonian body is a living "solar battery" that absorbs solar energies and converts them to fuel for vast superhuman abilities. His cells also store yellow sun energy so he can use his powers under objects, at night, in dark places, and in space. If placed under blue solar radiation, however, Sam's powers will grow stronger incredibly!
  • Invulnerability: At a younger age, Sam had difficulty with his power of invulnerability. For example, he could withstand the dangers of fire, but still suffered from the easy cuts of scraping his knee or even getting a concussion. Now, however, Sam has mastered his ability of invulnerability and can now withstand all Human weapons and even blunt force trauma (i.e. bullets, knives, fire, punches dealt by the opponent, etc.). Sam has yet to face-off against extraterrestrial weaponry.
  • Superhuman Strength and Endurance: As a result of his Kryptonian lineage, Sam has immeasurable strength and enhanced endurance.
  • Flight: Sam's ability to defy Earth's gravity, and practically the laws of physics, is astonishing. But like all Kryptonians on Earth, he is capable of flying past super-sonic speeds.
  • Super Senses:
    • Superhuman Olfaction: A heightened and highly accurate sense of smell; comparable to that of a wolf.
    • X-Ray Vision: He can see through solid objects...pretty simple. This does exclude lead, however.
    • Heat Vision: An energy beam that comes from both his eyes, Samuel is capable of vaporizing materials, and even singeing his father's skin.
      • Super Solar Flare: When Samuel unleashes all of his reserved solar energy, he generates a blast of energy that is equivalent to a solar flare (the precursor to this power being Heat Vision). Using this ability, however, is detrimental, and is an easy way to completely drain Superman of his reserved energy. After the ability is used, Sam is left 'human' for at least 24 hours, until he's recharged to a decent level.
    • Telescopic Vision: Samuel is capable of seeing objects at far away distances. He is able to see the Watchtower float in orbit, while standing at ground level. Once, a few years back, he witnessed a series of meteors strike the planet of Jupiter, clearly and visibly.
    • Microscopic Vision: Superman can see things clearly, even at a molecular level.
    • Superhuman Hearing: Capable of hearing far more sounds with far more detail and at far greater distances than normally humanly possible, including sounds on frequencies undetectable by humans such as dog whistles. Superman is able to mentally screen out most of these sounds to be able to function normally, even in a noisy environment, and can focus in on specific things, like a person's voice or heartbeat.
  • Superhuman Speed and Reflexes: Another one of Superman's signature abilities is his superhuman speed, allowing him to move, react, run and fly faster than most.
  • Superhuman Stamina: Sam is able to endure lone periods of stress and isn't so easy to tire.
  • Enhanced Agility: Sam is able to "rapidly respond or change by adapting his initial stable configuration"; simply saying, he's able to change his body's position efficiently and rapidly.
  • Super Breath: Through his 'Superhuman Strength', Sam is able to produce high-pressured, vicious winds by exhaling. This also grants him the ability to hold his breath for extended periods of time.
  • Arctic Breath: Through the exhalation of highly compressed air through a "valve" (his pursed lips), the temperature of said air is dropped drastically, creating a sub-zero temperature breath.
  • Healing Factor: While not able to recover any lost limbs, Sam is capable. of recovering from damaged tissue/cells, heal wounds, and withstand Earthly diseases.
  • Mental:
    • Telekinesis: Kent is able to move and manipulate objects and matter with his mind, with ease.
    • Telepathy: Kent can transmit and receive mental messages/thoughts—or communicate via the power of the mind. Though, Sam prefers to have the person's consent, and cannot breach their mind willingly

• Solar Exposure & Absorption: Under a yellow star, Sam is solar-powered to use the above-listed abilities. Under a blue star, his powers increase drastically

  Despite taking the tittle of Nighwing, Jung is, in fact, quite different as a person from the former Nightwing and his own mentor, Richard Grayson.
  - He is more uptight and serious whenever he's put on the mask or not. His motive is justice for the weak and innocent who has been harmed by crime, like he once was. But despite so, it doesn't lead him into being over-violent and ruthless again the criminal.
  - As Nightwing, he tends to work alone more than with others and usually thinks that he perform better that way. His confidence about his own ability and skill is something others cant surely miss. But this doesn't mean he despite any of his team members or any help, he just wouldn't ask for once directly and if he ever does so he wouldn't admit it.
  - As a person, he's was not so different. A rather introvert person that rarely shares his thoughts and opinion to others unless it's important to the mission and he has to. He wouldn't open up and shares his feeling unless its someone he completely trust.
  Relationships:
  - Samuel "The Boy Scout" Kent: A former teammate and long time friend, Tae-Kyung knows him from the time they're in the Titan together. Even though their methods conflict timely, they're good friend when the masks are off.
  - Kian "Smart Ass" Allen: From time to time, Tae-Kyung cant deny that he sometime has problem holding up with Kian's chessy joke. But without Kian's help, Tae-Kyung couldn't have adapted himself to the new environment when he was first coming to the Titan. Kian himself also had to step between sometime when Tae-Kyung and Sam have any conflict.
  When Tae-Kyung had to return to BludHaven and Sam was offered a position in the League. They said their good bye to each others and still remain friend from distant. Tae-Kyung was happy for Sam not just because he got to become a Leaguer first out of the trio, but the fact that now Tae-Kyung will have an insider in the League that can help him with top-classified intels... Even though this hasn't been working out the way he thought.

  Biography: Tae-Kyung was born into an American-Korean family as his father was a Korean professional ballroom dancer. The young Korean child soon took his father profession as a hobby and practiced it days and nights. With talents and great determination, he learned and advanced to master his skill with incredible pace. Just when Tae-Kyung was 10, he started to show his talent to the world by winning his first Amateur Latin Dancing tittle. After the victory, his names was known well in competitive dance sport as he conquered more tournament around the city in both Latin American and Standard. Through out the years, his talent kept advancing and titles were won.
  
  When Tae-Kyung was 18, he was old enough and ready to make a debut as a professional dancer. But on the date of his debut, his car was intercepted and he was assaulted. There were more than 4 men with baseball bats, they dragged him out of his car and started beating him. It was the most painful and haunting experience in his life and before he could've remembered more than being bashed with baseball bat, he was unconscious. His last thought was that he's already dead.
  
  Tae-Kyung woke up in a hospital bed. Most of his limp were severely injured. They said that he had been in a coma for quite long before he woke up, that he was so close from meeting the Grim Reaper himself and if it hadn't been for a vigilante to save his life and brought him to the hospital on time, he would've died. His body healed eventually, but it wasn't that easy. the doctor informed that most of his injuries would leave permanent results, all the broken limps would healed in time but they wouldn't be the same anymore, his flexibility wouldn't. He would recover from this, but there were no way to come back to being a professional dancer anymore. It was a devastating blow to his life as the young, talented dancer forced to give up to his dream.
  
  It was later he started realized the assault could've been set up by someone and he wanted to find out who it was. From that thought, he started a private investigation on his own. He wanted justice, to make them pay for crushing his dreams. He went back to that frightening day, searched through the horror for everything he could use, their place numbers, their faces and voice, witnesses of the assault,... For months he followed his leads until there was a day when he finally knew where the men who assaulted him were. It was an old warehouse, he came prepared, a loaded pistol.
  
  When he arrived there, there were the men he wanted to find, but it was not the scene he expected. They're all on the ground and their hand were all tied. But more importantly, Tae-Kyung saw him for the first time, Nightwing. The former Boy Wonder recognized the boy who he had saved before and the same time was impressive how he found his way here, a meeting place of dangerous group of criminal. Having saw the hopelessness and thirst for vengeance from the young kid, he saw some of himself in Tae-Kyung. Dick then told him that justice was served and these criminal was taken care of by the Nightwing, Tae-Kyung should move on with his life because there was still hope for the young man. As Nightwing vanished, Tae-Kyung was left confused, he couldn't get the image of Nightwing off his mind, on the other hand he didn't knew how to continue his life after this.
  
  Having saw the Nightwing defeated those criminal who did him wrong and encouraged him to keep hope, Tae-Kyung was inspired. For the next few months of his life, he spent tracking down the Nightwing, he wanted to see him again. After a long time, he was proven to be smart and determined to make enough noise to catch Dick's attention and the same time was able to track him most of the time. To a night when he really had Dick to pay attention to him and had met him in person. Tae-Kyung was onto the point, he wanted to help the people like him, like how Nightwing had done to him. He wished to follow Dick's footstep into crime fighting. By the time, Dick Grayson, who's already at his older years, accepted Tae-Kyung as his apprentice.
  
  On his first year under Dick Grayson's wing, Tae-Kyung was trained for combat, crime investigation and stealth tactic. Dick was already quite old at the time so as soon as his apprentice got the basic, Tae-Kyung was sent to the Titan where he could learn more and have some real experience for himself. It was there where he met and became friend was Titan members such as Samuel Kent and Kian Allen. For 2 years he stayed within the Titan as Robin, competing again the Blitz and Superboy but the same time learning from them what's like to be a vigilante.
  
  It would've been his third year in the Titan, but as the time come, an already aged Dick Grayson was having a lots of problem keeping himself fit to be the Nightwing. Tae-Kyung was summoned back to BludHaven by his aged mentor to assist him. He stayed by Dick Grayson side for a time before Dick himself was too weak to keep showing up the street every night. He asked his mentor to finally receive the cowl as there was no other way. Reluctantly, Dick still accepted the idea and stepped back.

  - The Nightwing Stealth Combat Suit: The former Nightwing suit has been upgraded by Wayne Tech to give the wearer many advances in hand combat and stealth operation. It has many features that when activated would consume the suit power and when the power is off, it has to be recharged to activate any of the suit function:
  
  • - Night Vision: One of the most useful feature, this gadget help read heart beats, conditions, see through walls, and display skeletons, re-wind a crime scene to see how the death/crime was committed.
  • - Cloaking System: When activated, the suit instantly renders its wearer invisible, helpful for stealth combat and falling back, especially again organic enemy. However, this still leave its wearer's heat still sensible for synthetic enemy for other species that can sense heat from human body to discover regardless of being unable to see the wearer visually.
  • - Stealth System: When activated, the suits instantly turns the heat of the wearer similar to the background environment temperature. Specifically, the outer layer of the suit cloak the wearer body with the background temperature while the inner layer balances the temperature within so that he doesn't feel the change of temperature. However this leave the wearer fully visible to organic eyes.
  • - AI Operating System: New Oracle (or N.O for short) is currently the suit UI language that's also programmed by Wayne Tech. It has a female voice, helping Nightwing analyzing environment, mission, data retrieve or sending data to a larger computer as well as communicating. Tae-Kyung prefers it as a "she" and "mom" sometimes for her over-suggesting and controlling in missions sometime.

  He is a sadist and always enjoy the sight of his enemy suffers. He never refuse to see a brutal sight of his foe yet ready to add more to it. He would be ready to tear them apart, even fond of drink the blood, the blood excites him.
  Tino's already to be cunning and unpredictable enough on his conquest over the underworld of Gotham, when he swept over all of his enemies in Gotham and unified the all the crime organization into one.
  But what make him becomes so danger is one little unique personal trait. Valentino believed what happens in the world is for him and his great conquest, everything and everybody in this world are created just to be part of his story, to be his weapon, his allies or his fallen enemy to his victory. He understands that if he dies, the story would end and everybody would just vanished. He also believes that in his own conquest, he can't die until he truly conquer what he wants, and that idea drive him forward stronger than anything.

  Biography: Tino was a son of Giovani Vinci, the consigliere of the Falcone family in Gotham. Raised among one of the largest crime family, Tino knew everything there is to know about the underworld in Gotham, the money, the power and the people. He understood that in Gotham, if you want something, simply you must fight for it, power is everything.
  
  When he's 20, his father died of sickness and he became consigliere for Don Falcone. This was when he gained more power in his hand. In higher position, he could saw Gotham crime world better and made more deals. And that started Tino's hunger for power, he did not want to be Carmine Falcone Jr's number two forever, he wanted power, for the fame in his name, for seeing the man who had been above his family for years going down, and then... just to see a few pile of blood. He started to plot again them, not just Falcone, but also The Maroni, Fish Mooney and every single top tier criminals there are on the map.
  
  With the incidents lately, Gotham was a paradise of the mafia as they expanded their territory without anyone could control them. That, for certain, led to another mob war between the two biggest family in Gotham, Maroni and Falcone. The war turned the already terrified Gotham into a war zone for 4 years until both side were exhausted. They decided to call it a truce and Tino, who had been cunningly acted as a peaceful and silent figure during the war, was trusted to set a meeting between the two bosses to make peace. However, they're just all lies from both of them, Don Falcone ordered his consigliere to whack the Maroni boss while Don Maroni himself also contacted him to do the same thing to Don Falcone... To none of them knowledge, Tino accepted both offers. There are no longer Falcone family or Maroni family anymore, there is just one big Vinci family, drink the blood of whoever in their way.
  
  The meeting for peace in the underworld between the two crimes family took place in a famous restaurant in Gotham, where they rented the place for the meeting. Every big shots in the underworld appeared to pay respect and confirm this important event between the two families. As they sat to each other, both of the Don waited for Valentino to kill another... but nothing happen. When suddenly, something else happen, they heard an explosive sound, they felt pain and burn through their skin as they faded away from life.
  
  It was a bomb by Tino, one big enough to take the whole building down and to make sure everyone who would be a threat to his throne would die. The hit was a success, the two Don corpses were burned so bad nobody couldn't recognized it, along with the bodies of Mooney and many other high mobs figures in the explosion. With nobody left to compete with him, Valentino took everything left into one end, unified all the men and profit from both family into his own.

  - Knifemanship: As a knife is his favorite weapon, Tino is amazingly skillful with a knife in his hand, he fights with ruthlessness and with a desire to see his enemy bleed. In many of his fight with vigilante like Batman or Nightwing he has found many way to hurt them with a few stabs before.
  - Markmanship: "Never leave home without a gun" - Though he loves a decent knife fight, Tino always wears a Colt 1911 pistol under his waist and he's excellent at using them.
  - Indomitable Will: With a strong belief that he can not die and would ultimately win at the end, he would keep up again an enemy over and over again despite being thrown down the first time. As he fights, he usually fight his with instincts, with ruthlessness and the meaning to make his opponent suffer pain as much as possible, he is deadly in combat.
  - Hand combat: His hand combat has been proven to be an expert even though he just fights with instinct and doesn't know any kind of martial art. He's proven to be a worthy opponent again many vigilantes sometimes when he holds his stand again them for along time with just literally everything he can find in his reach (furnitures, broken bottle,..)
  - Charisma: He has a way of dealing with people that many would not expect from a psychopath, include ruling over his lower gang members and motivate them and faking his emotion in public. One of the biggest proof for this is that he was able to lure the two bosses into his trap and killed both of them.

  - Sadism: Being a sadist and enjoy torturing can sometimes make him lose his mind over the bigger goal.
  - No superpower: He does not have any superpower and always have to do all the beating with his own hand... As it's his favorite way of doing business.

Personality: A natural wise-cracking, witty, nutcase, Kian imbues the spirit of 'The Flash' in to his own speedster persona. Like his grandfather, Kian doesn't hold back when it comes to cracking a joke, to either keep himself focused or to irritate his opponent. A good mix of introvert and extrovert, Kian likes his alone time, but isn't afraid to be outgoing and kickoff a conversation with a complete stranger.
Relationships:

• Samuel Kent: A former colleague and good friend, Sam & Kian used to be the 'Best Friends' of Best Friends. When those two were together, they'd spend countless times competing against each other on terms of speed, intelligence, and wise-cracking jokes. Nowadays, the pair drifted apart. When Sam was recruited into the Justice League, his role and attitude completely switched, but is now retaining some old habits and persona.

• Photographic Memory: Unlike other speedsters, Kian has a true photographic memory. He can permanently remember everything he has ever read, seen or heard (other speedsters generally lose that information almost as fast as they gain it).
• Fighting: Years of experience and training with his super-speed has allowed Kian to understand and form a unique style of CQC. It combines his speed, perception of time, agility, and strength.

• Blitz Suit: A graphene-Kevlar compound plastered into the form of a suit, able to fit Kian's physique. It's able to withstand blunt force trauma (to a limit) and can protect the suit bearer from small firearm rounds. Also noted, the suit is lightweight, allowing for easy movement.

• Speed Force Conduit: Like the majority of other speedsters, Kian has a connection to an extra dimensional energy called "The Speed Force". This exact energy is what powers him and his abilities.
  • Speed Force Generator: Like all of the past Allen's, Kian is resistant to anyone stealing his speed, and generates/fuels the Speed Force with every step he takes. This is an inherited ability from his mother.
  • Superhuman Speed: Speed Force conduits have one main ability above all else. Conduits are connected to the barrier and accumulation of all Speed known in their universe. These characters immediately understand how to run at superhuman speeds and their bodies instinctively understand how to react at high-speed situations. At his best, Kian was able to slightly pass Mach 131, or 100,512 miles per hour.
  • Superhuman Stamina: Speed Force conduits have to access the Speed Force for a number of different tasks. Most Speedsters use their superhuman speed and react at superhuman speeds; therefore, they must run for extended periods or operate for a large amount of time. Their bodies can handle the stresses of superhuman racing without noticeable distress.
  • Superhuman Reflexes: Kian's reaction time is enhanced to levels far greater than any normal human being. They are able to easily perceive the movements of other speedsters, and react to danger and events.

  • Accelerated Healing: Speed Force conduits are able to recover from and sometimes even regenerate from injuries far faster than any human. Any wear and tear damage to their bodies are almost instantly healed.
  • Aerokinesis: By running in a circle at a certain speed, Speed Force users are able to create a vortexes with a variety of effects. One effect is pulling the air away from the center in order to suffocate an enemy. Another effect is levitating whoever and whatever was in the center. They can also create powerful gusts of wind by rotating their arms at super-speed
    • Centrifugal Force Manipulation: Kian can utilize the rotary effects of directive forces in order to become a living twister, changing the direction of their spin in order to kick up gale force winds that can shift the trajectory of an object in motion.
  • Electrokinesis: Speed Force conduits bodies generate Speed Force energy that manifests itself as electricity. This Speed Force lightning varies in color from the more common yellow, to red and blue. The lightning's properties are either identical or very similar to common electricity, as it reacts magnetically to metals and can shock people on contact.
    • Lightning Throw: Some users of the Speed Force are capable of projecting bolts of lightning from their hands, as well as forcefully discharging a large bursts of lightning from their bodies.
    • Electromagnetism: Due to the large amounts of electricity generated from their body, some Speed Force users are able to magnetize and conduct metals near them.
    • Energy Construct Creation: Certain Speed Force conduits can focus their Speed Force energy to create constructs.

    • Intangibility: By accelerating their molecular frequency to a high enough degree, Speed Force users can make their body intangible and allow projectiles to pass through him.

    • Stationary Invisibility: Kian can vibrate his body so fast that that he can no longer be perceived by the human eye. A downside to this, however, is that Kian can not move, or else he'll risk tearing his molecules apart.
  • Speed Mirages: Speedforce users can generate illusions of themselves to make it appear as if they are in many places at once, when in reality they are simply bouncing back and forth too fast for the human mind to perceive the difference. They can create dozens of after-images, allowing them to disorientate their enemies and then catch the opponent off guard.
  • Self-Sustenance: Speed Force conduits travel at incredible speeds which cause their bodies to work overtime. In situations where their bodies may be too fast for them to breathe they may impart on the Speed Force for sustenance. However, this almost always results in the conduits having an increased metabolism at all times requiring them to constantly refill their energy supplies.
  • Speed Force Aura: People who are propelled by the conduits during high speed situations can survive the harsh conditions associated with mach speeds. When the conduit must rescue an individual from a burning building these individuals will be protected while within the aura.
    • Superhuman Durability: Due to their body being surrounded by a protective "Speed Force aura", Speed Force user's durability is heightened to immense levels. It protects them from injury from high speed impacts such as punches they delivers and receive from opponents.
  • Super Sonic Punch: By moving faster than the Speed of Sound, Kian can vibrate his hand to increase the density of it; when used, it could knock the wind out of a Kryptonian.
  • Speed Force Absorption: Some users of the Speed Force have been shown to possess the ability to absorb Speed Force energy from other conduits.
  • Vibration Manipulation: Users of the power can control their own molecular motion to a point which they can utilize a slew of different effects, key among them is the ability to emit counter frequency pulses to generate earth quakes and shatter people or objects.
    • Molecular Acceleration: By vibrating at different frequencies speedsters can accelerate potential energy causing matter to violently explode around themselves. Most users can make anything effected, be it matter or energy violently rupture in a burst of speed energy.
  • Decelerated Aging: Some Speed Force conduits have a slowed aging process. This power can be imparted on their most intimate loved ones by extended contact rather than distribution. Others have the opposing accelerated aging process.
  • Speed Force Sense: Some users of the Speed Force are able to sense the location of other conduits of the Speed Force, and use their connection as a homing beacon.

Backstory {*}: The speed force is what helps generate the speed of almost all speedster. But what if you were born with it defectively? That was the case for Louis. Born without the ability to generate speed properly. Having to rely on others to give him his abilities. His was almost parasitic, having to drain the speed of others to allow him to do the same. It was miserable. Friends turning on the young child in fear of his ability taking their energy. Rumors spreading that he was some kind of vampire, not only draining their speed but their life force. So, he kept to his books. The boy was an avid reader and while not good with his social skills, had a bright mind. Another factor was his love for the most popular speedster, The Flash. A man of power who never let it go to his head, rather doing charity works and helping others when needed. To Louis, he was the truest form of what a hero should be. So, he tried to mimic him, attempting to use his speed to help those in need. However, since his power was only strong when it took that of a speedster and his large lack of friends, it was a hard task. When he actually was able to get this energy, he’d attempt to use it as little as possible to save. Always having a little left over in case. It became his life goal to become The New Flash. Power(s): Speed robber: Like most speedsters, Louis runs on the speed force to use his powers. However, it’s used differently than most. The user must physically touch a person through hand constanct to drain their speed and use it for himself. Personality
Titus sees the current state of Humanity as a joke. To him it is a scorn upon the foundation his empire set, but he does not hate Humans. Much to the disbelief of people his hate and anger veer towards those who would seek to lead Humanity into the stagnation of a dying species. Cowardice is one of the many traits that Titus lacks, along with mercy. He would much rather see this world resculpted and protected, rather than crushed under his heel.

Backstory
In his time Titus was an Emperor of Rome. He lead the empire to great victories and great expansions. Yet he had many enemies who were funded by the corrupt and weak minded. On his deathbed he brought in a Germanic Shaman to curse his enemies for eternity. The curse was simple and very weakly lined. Titus would be bound in stone until the final heir of his enemies was stricken from Earth by fire or by blade. Titus would emerge from stone with the power to command the armies of his creation, with the strength to match Atlas, and the reach to take hold of all the rising Earthly Empires. It took two thousand years for his enemies to die off, they had forgotten their duty. When Titus shook from stone skin and felt the beating in his strong heart he knew it was the day of his return. The return of the Tyrant, no the Emperor, no the Conqueror of Man.

Titus was a great artist and sculpture, he often sculpted his own works of art for his courtyard and chambers. Titus is skilled with the throwing of javelins, darts, and spears. His ability with his gladius is very adept. While he isn't very skilled with steel or iron smithing his abilities with bronze are second to none. He wasn't ever a very skilled archer but he uses a bow nonetheless.

The Strength of Atlas: Titus is much stronger than one would assume of a 2000+ year old man. While he can't nearly hope to overpower the likes of a Kryptonian he can surely hold up for a few punches.

The Reach: Titus has a power over all the common Humans, people will see and hear Titus and will want to embrace him, do his bidding, to obey him, to submit to him, to be conquered by him. While it is a very weak and subconscious feeling it is a feeling nonetheless, the weaker the mind the stronger the feeling to obey.

The Power to Create Armies: The Shaman's magic was a magic formed in blood, and through blood is how Titus will create his armies. Titus can turn inanimate objects of his creation into his minions, but the cost? From the smallest fly to a human. The cost of his creation depends on its size. His Imps? A rat or two. The Golden Eagle? Two dozen humans. Titus attempts to make sure that his minions only capture and kill criminals.
