1. Rogue Time-Snart steals a S.T.A.R Labs Cold Gun, and uses it to commit robberies and threaten the "yellow streak". Of course, Barry has to stop him.


2. Things You Can't Outrun-Barry is faced with a teleporting metahuman, something even he can't outrun. He needs the S.T.A.R Labs crew to help him devise a plan, but they are captured by the teleporter.


3. The Sound And The Fury-An ex-member of the S.T.A.R Labs crew comes back for revenge, armed with sound-wave gauntlets. Barry can't outrun his attacks, and ends up seriously hurt. Meanwhile, the Reverse-Flash threatens Joe for investigating the Nora Allen murder case.

His left eye is still organic,and bears a brown iris. His left eye is cybernetic,and is amber in colour. He wears synthetic flesh,and at a distance,it looks real enough. However,it will never stand to close inspection,and as a result subconsciously unsettles most people. His arms are left uncovered by the synthetic skin,as a silent warning to his reconstruction. He used to wear a wig,but has since discarded it,for it was more trouble than it was worth.

His cybernetics are tough,and durable,affording him durability,and they also offer peerless efficiency,allowing him to push his body far beyond what any mundane human,even Batman and Robin,are capable of. He is harder,faster,and stronger than most other humans. Those that are harder,faster,and stronger than him,are not ordinary folk.
  
  
  Armament: Victor has a single internalized weapon; His Plasma Rifle. Semiautomatic,it has a one second firing cycle. It has a rather short effective range,and conventional bullets are faster,but the bolts dissipate upon contact with any solid mass,and are guaranteed to defeat any armour they strike.
  
  
  Armour: Unmodified cybernetics; Superior in durability in every way to human flesh,but not durable enough to survive anything bigger than a 7.62mm round. Of note,he is EMP-proofed,just like all modern technology.
  
  
  Future Weapons: The Plasma Rifle will eventually get upgraded to a Gatling Plasma Gun,offering a huge boost to rate of fire. Afterwards,he will develop a Microwave Emitter,which will project a constant beam of microwaves,which will heat up anything caught within over time; Humans will almost instantly flee from the heat,and machines will suffer component failure in short order. If an organic doesn't flee from the beam,then they are doomed to being cooked alive. Next,he will develop a Core Dump feature for his plasma batteries; An emergency purge of all energy in the batteries fuelling his integrated weapons,creating a sustained fusillade of energy; The Gatling Plasma Gun will fire a beam of plasma,while the Microwave Emitter will operate on overdrive.   What is the nature of a man?
  
  
  At a young age,Victor Clayton Stone was enamoured with the concept of superheroes. People with extraordinary powers,or simply the means,to go out,and combat those that seek to undo the ordered way of life that the people of the world lead. Ironic,then,that it was at the hands of a negligent superhero that Victor's life was upended.
  
  
  Victor never knew of the hero or villain that was responsible for the incident. However,he was home alone,eight years old,during March Break,when his home was caught in the brutal crossfire between the two godlike beings. His home was left a twisted husk. His body was so savagely damaged,that his family didn't immediately recognize him in the hospital. A government initiative is the sole reason why Victor lived another day; The Collateral Victim's Assistance Program.
  
  
  Most of his body was beyond saving. However,thanks to the wondrous technologies provided by LexCorp,WayneTech,and others,he was reconstructed. Over the next few years of his life,Victor began the long road to adapting to his new body. However,he was changed. He was angry that this happened. He felt that he was robbed of the normal life he was entitled to as an ordinary human being. This eventually coalesced into a desire to keep such a fate from being forced on others.
  
  
  From then on,Victor threw himself into learning the technology that now keeps him alive. This soon branched off into an obsession with plasma,both as a power source,and as a weapon. By the time he was sixteen,he developed his first prototype plasma weapon,and began his career as a full-time Super. Now,two years later,he's almost a different man. While he still has the ideal of minimizing collateral damage,Victor has abandoned any compunctions in regards to the suspect's health; As far as he's concerned,if he's pushed into violence,they deserve the death that a hot plasma bolt will deliver.
  
  
  Today,Victor has assumed the title of the Cyborg,and is now taking the first true step to becoming a full-time Super; Finding a team,to divide the labour.

  C'est que fuck is a Speed Force?
  
  
  

I'm afraid superhumans are only just starting to come around, so the backstory will have to change. A crossfire didn't maim Victor, and he hasn't been around as a vigilante for TWO YEARS. However, that's my only flaw with the character, and you are accepted once you change that. Maybe the shootout was just between a more careless police officer and a crook?


And, among your arcs list...Big Brother is a no, because ONE, the 'exiled heroes' thing is technically happening right now, the police/military don't exactly LIKE these superhumans, the arc would be redundant...And two, I'd say everyone being exiled a SECOND TIME, even if you did wait, would be a major, world-changing arc, yet small compared to things like the Justice League forming, or the Darkseid invasions. In general, I would like for you to ask permission for world-changing arcs next time. Besides that, I approve of any arc other than Big Brother.


I would prefer against the arcs with heavier material, like Anticitizen and The Ultimate Cowardice, but i guess it's not in the rules or anything, and for all I know, there's a lot of people who like that sort of arc. So, I guess they're okay.


And, for the Extra, the Speed Force is what powers Barry Allen and the other DC Comics Speedsters. The first flash, Jay Garrick, doesn't get Speed Force until the two meet in Earth-2.
