Richard just smiles innocently at her, he tried to act normal about it though he gestured to the table."But the food Kilian and the stories, we'll leave soon." He assures him.

Raven sat up in her seat and recognized the other two as Kilian's brother, they were identical and she checked to make sure Kilian had that bracelet she had given him."I am sir." She nods.

Tim pushes his shoulder."Which you're suppose to be helping me fix you know." He mumbled and set down his fishing pole."If Jason and Barb let me near them." He tells him.

Bruce sighed."I know though Jason does have some issues he has started to become more mature." He sits down with the tea."Damian is trying then we got the other two." He tells him.

kyle gets to the fish pond and sits there after tossing the hook , he didnt feel like teaching anyone anything , just wanted to stand there and watch the fish move around .

clark walks over to where bruce and alfred where giving them a small wave " kids are like that bruce , they dont all grow up at the same speed "

"No more stories please." Killian says and he gives his brothers a smirk as they sit down "I do however, have one about just these two, concerning a swamp, gator and a lot of screaming." he says and crosses his arms.

Rose smiles slightly "Right." she says and looks slightly confused at Killian, she didn't know that story. She watches Leo sit down "Sorry if Killian's brothers caused you trouble." he says and adds "They're just jealous."

"I would, but I can't convince them you won't do anything to her again, you need to do that yourself." Conner says and he sighs at Tim "They let you near them though, the kids don't want to be near you."

Alfred chuckles "Well I think they turned out fine, master Jason has changed a lot for miss Barbara." he says and smiles slightly "And master Richard has become a better person since meeting miss Rose. Master Tim... well I'm not too sure how he will turn out."

Richard leans back and puts an arm around her shoulder, he chuckled."Oh do tell Kilian." He smiled at the man, putting his head against Rose's."Once dinner is done let's go." He whispered.

Raven waved her hands."It's no problem, I haven't actually met them formally but I do get told alot about them from Kilian here." She placed her hands in her lap.

Tim folds his arms as he goes on to say things he already knew."You could try to help out and act like you're on my side." He mumbled and he stands up like he going back to camp.

Bruce lifts a hand."Clark I don't need parenting advice from you, I know you have such golden children." He was meaning Conner and Jon."You think Conner can bring out the better in Tim, Alfred?" He asks him.

"im not saying that bruce , im just saying people grow up at different speeds , you cant expect everyone to become mature by the time they're 18 " he says handing bruce a can od soda " want some?"

Bruce held up his tea."I've already got something." He refuses the soda."What makes you such fhe expert here with that? You have better behaved children anyway." He tells him.

"not an expert on anything , bruce , and im greatfull for conner and jon being good kids but kids just need a little guidance , i mean you threw dick , jason and tim to fight crime at the ripe age of 10 , and most of them turned out great , damian was basically born an assasin and you still managed to make a good person out of him , he's atleast now like ra'as" he opens a soda can open taking a sip before continueing " jason took a bit of time to get his stuff together but he's got a family , im no expert but i say you did a good job on somethings"

"Sure." Rose says with a smile and she says "Yeah tells us, I wasn't there for the gator incident, as mom has dubbed it.".

Killian chuckles and he says "Well we were near a swamp to look for potion ingredients and then dad turned to me to help out and then next thing we know is those two screaming in fear. So naturally we walk over cause they'd been trying to prank the entire time only to see them stuck in the swamp with a gator closing in on them. Dad took care of that before dragging them out. I was too busy laughing to help out, not gonna lie."

"Maybe, I can't say for sure." Alfred says and he looks at Clark "Master Conner didn't grow up, he was grown in a tank, which isn't the same as Jon growing up." he says and adds "And master Jason died, that will mess with everyone's head."

"I am on your side, but I can't help you anymore then I already do Tim." Conner tells him "You have to do most of the work here."

clark frowns "i know , but jason still managed to fix up his situation ,and even if conner was grown in a tank he managed to get himself a good life , jeez has anyone in this place lived a normal life" conner says wiping his brow.

Richard does finish his dinner as he goes on with the story, he let out a small laugh at the end before exusing himself from the dinner table and held his hand out to Rose."Ready?" He asks her.

Raven quietly eats the rest before pushing her plate away and grabs her glass to finish that before turning to Kilian with a smile.

Tim tries to give Conner different bait to try and catch the bigger fish."I'm already giving it a try but it's hard for me to get close to Julie and Jake gets in the way as you know." He tells him.

Bruce folds his arms."Yeah but I've always had Alfred to help out as well ans that's probably what helped them be who they are otherwise I wouldn't have good kids like them it'd be chaos." He explains."Conner mostly takes care of himself sure so you only have Jon to worry about and he well behaved while Damian is well I'm working with him." He tells him.

"i just hope they turn out good , now you got me remambering the days when dick used to be robin, such a long time ago" clark says " i wouldnt trade anything for conner and jon , it used to be so empty without them"

Rose takes the outstretched hand and she gets up "Yep." she says and adds "And they could've taken a gator.".

Killian smiles as his brother go red with emberrasment and he looks at Raven "You ready to go see some more of the castle?" he asks with a smile.

"Because you hurt his little sister, how about you try gaining his trust back first?" Conner says and he sits down, still keeping an eye on the line.

"When master Richard was Robin I'm afraid master Bruce wasn't that good in parenting yet." Alfred says and he adds "Otherwise he wouldn't have dragged him into the vigilante business."

Richard gives her hand a squeeze."Since you know where this tree is then you should lead the way." He sheepishly smiles, going with her to find the tree.

Raven uses a napkin to wipe her mouth, she stands up and gives Kilian a nod."Sure let's go." She held out her hand.

Tim leaned back into his chair, since he had brought one."I could always just shove fhe kid aside." He points out."Or you can distract him but his trust should be easier then Julie's." He tells him.

"I've dragged all those kids into vigilante business so your point Alfred?" Bruce says as he raises a brow."For some reason the kid liked you Clark and stop sending him puns to use." He tells him.

clark laugh slapping his knee ," puns are great , yeah , dick took his name from a hero that used to be on krypton , i told him that story , now i think he deserved that name"

Bruce just smirked a little bit."Oh he told me, some hero in a story a Kryptonian story you would tell him anout and he took a liking to the name." He tells him.

clark just smiled " you know after all these years i think we accaully did something right " clark laughed a light laugh .

Rose leads him to the tree and she smiles slightly, the flowers were just opening, giving the tree its glow "This is actually the last and oldest tree." she says "We're planting more of them, since this wood is used for the coffins we sleep in." she says, smiling as one by one the flowers open.

"Or do you want to spy on those two?" Killian asks mentioning outside and he smiles, he could take a guess why Dick was interested in seeing the tree.

"You shove the kid aside and Barbara will skin you alive." Conner says, maybe nothing that dramatic, but Barbara was protectivecof both the kids.

"Do I need to remind you that you neglected master Conner at first?" Alfred asks while drinking some tea.

Richard follows her over to the tree and seemed in awe at the tree, he smiled at her when she starts to go on about the tree."Oh do tell me more, it's fascinating." He let's her distract herself so he can get into position with the ring box.

Raven raised a brow though she caught on to what he was meaning as to why he'd want to spy on them."Let us be swift then and not ruin it either." She tells him.

Tim pouts."You're not wrong there...so you could always try distracting him for me though." He nudged him before pointing to his line as it was being pulled on.

Bruce gestures to Alfred."He's not wrong, you did neglect him and still kinds do which upsets him and Jon too." He tells him.

"that i did , and im sorry , im sure , they can hear me" clark says purking his lip

"Well... I'm not sure why you find this tree so interesting all of a sudden." Rose mumbles and she smiles slightly "But... the flowers glow even if you pick them, but only at night." she says a she asks "But... why the sudden interest?"

Killian nods and he pulls Raven along and he moves quietly, but quickly "I can also guess why he needed to speak with Lilith." she says and chuckles.

"And that won't work either, the kid's smart Tim." Conner says "Just try to earn their trust and not take shortcuts. If Julie sees that Jake trusts you she might follow his example."

"You'd better tell them that straight to their faces." Alfred points out, he looks at Jade "How are you feeling?" he asks.

Richard gets down on one knee and opened the box then held it out, he felt nervous doing this."I suppose I do have a good reason, just turn around." He tells her with a smile.

Raven follows his lead, she starts to float instead to be quiet and faster."I suppose I can figure it out as well, if he chooses to make a move." Shs shrugged a little.

Tim pokes his tongue out at him."Whatever just reel the fish in." He points to it."Yeah but Julie is a stupid toddler why would she follow his example in trust?" He asks him though Julie was smart which she does get from her mother.

Jade kicked her feet as she sat in the chair."Huh? I suppose I feel out of place here..." She tells him.

"you're right about that one " clark says before stepping away from them.

Rose turns around, not too sure what to expect and her eyes widen, now it made sense he had to talk to her mother when they got there.

Killian hides nearby and smiles slightly, he was right and it's a pretty good spot too, with how the trees' glowing in the moonlight.

Conner reels in the fish and he says "Why don't you call Julie stupid near Barbara and Jason huh?", really, Tim wasn't doing himself any favors here.

"That's to be expected." Alfred says "But master Richard and miss Rose will be here the day after tomorrow."

Richard took in a deep breath then let it out before speaking."So Rose, would you marry me?" He smiles again sheepishly.

Raven stays close to him, she did think the tree was a pretty one and one she hasn't seen before either though she watches the two of them and ruffled Kilian's hair.

Tim shrugs."What, they aren't so smart this young are they?" He raises a brow, he didn't think it was insulting."You can put the fish in the bucket." He tells him before he starts packing up his fishing gear.

Jade bites her lip a little before she smiled at him."Yeah, then maybe I won't feel so out of place..." She tells him.

Rose smiles brightly "Yes of course!" she says and hugs him, nearly causing him to lose his balance.

Killian smiles and he sweatdrops seeing a bat in the tree, it was too early for that "Found Vlad." he whispers to Raven.

Conner nods as he puts the fish in the bucket "Do you think we can move to another area?" he asks as he gets up.

"Maybe." Alfred says with a kind smile "Do you know why you were send here?" he asks, holding out some tea for her to drink.
