Military: The soldiers of the Heer, while comparatively few in number to those of contemporary armies, is overall the most innovative, tactically minded, and well-equipped and well-trained of all the European powers. The Kriegsmarine is similarly advantaged, but it's relative size to foreign navies makes it a particularly troubling nuisance at the best of times. The Luftwaffe combines the technological sophistication typical of the Wehrmacht with well-trained and experienced pilots. The Waffen-SS is the Aryan fist of the Führer, and, while not always led by competent leadership, is the best equipped, trained, fit, and experienced, of all four branches. Fanatical in their service, there is little they would refuse in order to secure Germany's people a brighter future.

Military: While fairly well trained and equipped they are not incredibly popular with the people after putting down a fascist march with force, killing 13. Despite their training they have not served in any major engagements or conflicts and have not combat experience. Some members of ths military also serve in Rome as the Pontifical Swiss Guard but are forbidden from serving in any other military. Its air force, while small and untested is incredibly well trained. The Swiss navy is non-existant but the Lakes Flotilla, a section of the Swiss Army, is ready to defend the large lakes to the north of the country.

As of 1936, Poland can field almost a million in their Land Forces, who, due to the extensive military history of the country, can call on young volunteers or count on existing veterans to hold lines during bitter engagements. A significant portion of these troops are actually not foot infantry- artillery, supply and fighting cavalry, as well as armoured vehicles all serve their roles in Polish doctrine. Naval power is almost nonexistent, as the cost of any particularly powerful ships is kept instead for the development of the air force, with a large focus on fighters and medium bombers capable of defending themselves.

These two branches have already spent years as rivals of each other, and have gained semi-autonomy from the Japanese government. The army currently has over 34 divisions with hundreds of thousands of troops and the capacity to mobilize hundreds of thousands more. While their equipment has never been at the forefront of advancement, their nationalism and Bushido code can make up for this, intimidating enemies unfamiliar with the concept of Japan's radical take on honor. The Type 95 Ha-Go light tank is one of the best tanks currently and began production in 1936, with good speed, armament, and off road capabilities. Due to the fact that infantry has small arms, and tank engagements largely depend on who finds the opponent and fires first, the thin armor mattered little. The IJN on the other hand is extremely competitive and has many times in the past made ground breaking achievements, especial in aircraft carriers. If the United State's and Great Britain's navies shrunk or halted expansion, they would soon find that IJN would becomes the world's largest and most advanced navy on the face of the Earth, with battleships and carriers capable of dominating the pacific, granted that the Japanese can find enough oil to supply them.

Military:
The Manchukuo armed forces is divided into three branches: The Manchukuo Imperial Army, the Manchukuo Imperial Navy, and the Manchukuo Imperial Air Force. The Manchukuo Imperial Army is poorly trained and considered mostly unreliable. Most of it's members were former National Revolutionary Army soldiers that were not loyal to the new regime, and a high proportion of them were opium addicts. A large number of local bandits were also conscripted into the Army. The unreliability of the Manchukuo Army is further evidenced by the fact that they are prone to join the very enemy they are fighting against, and their dismal performance against local bandits. As in 1936, the Japanese government is still attempting to get it up to shape. The Imperial Air Force was in no better shape, merely a paramilitary airforce that is consisted of nothing but a few passenger planes. The Imperial Navy is also a bare-bones navy only formed for legitimacy instead of actual coastal defense. With it's flagship being a mere destroyer, and the rest of the fleet being surrendered Chinese gunboats, the Manchukuo navy could barely defend it's own coastal areas. However, their sailors are considerably more well-trained than their army counterparts, with Japanese officers commanding them. Considerable Japanese forces were also present in the country, with the Kwantung Army being the actual backbone of the Manchukuo army, and the coastal defense are largely handled by the IJN.
