Something I just thought; since it is set in the 50's, should the cast hold the general issues had in the 50s?

The RP starts in late 1955. Mitheral's character is even locked into the dates as he served in the Korean War as a medevac pilot. He was known as St James. (The chopper pilots were often called Angels or Angels of Mercy. His name was James, so .... I kinda like the origin of the name Saint for him.) Although, technically he should be an antivillain, maybe. Hard to say.

And what do you think about adding Fourth Reich? They definitely fit the era. You would have to reverse engineer them to 1955 though. (Folks, that is a villain group created in 1945. The earliest they were used was in the 80's. They evolve over time. In 1955 they are deadly. But Fourth Reich (the character as opposed to the group) has little in the way of power. He's their commander. In later incarnations he is about like Homelander, but evil ... ie actual evil. He doesn't even pretend to be good.

Will do. The power list I have is for a Reptoid hybrid.

Great idea, but we need to review them for power levels. The Commander doesn't become OP until the 80s after he is reincarnated with superhuman body.

Also .. the LGM powers look wrong. The IQ range is for a hybrid. Regarding Greys, remember the main fleet doesn't arrive for several decades. And yes, the enemy of my enemy is still my enemy.

Spoiler Alert .. the Greys and Reptoids are at war. They have been for about 7000 years.

I have interest in a hybrid character perhaps, if you think it’s possible that a human and reptoid at some point hooked up to have a kid? Not sure if that’s possible. If it is do you have any resources on reptoids I could look at?

If not possible I had the idea for their sidekick character to be a human infected by a disease of some sort that causes abilities to start manifesting? Just shootin my shot in the dark feel free to veto there’s plenty of directions I can go if none of those work for you.

The MAIN reason I avoid telepathy is because in a TTRPG, you can talk face to face with someone and work the telepathy conversations out, or mind reading, etc. In an RP, that bogs things down. Plus it can quickly spoil mystery plots and make detective characters seem useless.

Ooo that makes sense, wouldn’t want to spoil plot. I guess I’ll opt to have them be highly empathetic or something like that. Can read facial expressions and the like- perhaps some sort of heightened smell. Pheromones and being able to hone in on the sound of someone’s heart or breath?

Mitheral We should tone down the descriptions of some of those. Iron Cross, for example, isn't so much invulnerable / unstoppable in 1955, as he is unkillable. Bullets still put holes in him, legs can be blown off, etc. But he can be restrained, etc by blowing him to bits with a grenade or mowing him down with an autocannon.

We should also remove Holocaust's teleport in 1955 and leave that as a later learned power.

You know, I just realized that you created Blitzkrieg before Dr Manhattan was ever introduced in the Watchmen. But the origin stories are so similar.
