Rainy glared at him. "Well at least if I have someone to carry me you won't have to here my whining the entire time." She said with crossed arms and a frown.

Axil stopped and growled. "If you need someone to carry you I can carry you. Just tell me." He continued walking, sniffing for signs of unwanted visitors.

Rainy laughed "I'm not that desperate!"

"Hmph. Fine. Don't complain then. I offered my help, you didn't want it. Remember that." He grumbled. Man he grumbled a lot. He thought back to when he first met these guys and he actually tried to be nice. He shook himself, nope those times were gone. He was way to nervous of the thought of going back with one of those groups to worry about being nice and worry more on staying away.

Rainy sighed "I know I said I'd stay but.........A whole like five days with you guys sounds like a bit much."

Reed rolled his eyes walking back to her picking her up by the waist then slinging her over his shoulder. "Onwards Axil!!!" He shouted enthusiastically

He grinned. "Now that's the spirit!" He felt a little happier at the prospect of no whining for a while so he whistled a little to himself and walked onwards.

Rainy was quite surprised "Hay wait! This is not what I meant! Unhand me!" She began hitting his back with her fists but eventually gave up. She sighed "Oh well, at least I'm not walking...." She mumbled. Could be worse........could be wolfy carrying me She thought with a slight smirk.

"Go on. Keep pounding away. I have a knot on my shoulder if you wanna get that" he told her jokingly. "We can pick up the pace Axil. Wouldn't want to inconvenience the poor girl"

Rainy scowled "I refuse to speak until I am put down."

Reed laughed then tossed rainy in the air now she was sitting on his shoulders. "Better?" He asked sarcastically

Rainy huffed "Yes, Thank you." She said. She looked up at the sky and noticed it was dark "Shouldn't we stop for a while?" She asked.

What's the matter? Tired of walking, your highness?" He says jokingly as they keep moving along

She looked down and flicked his head "I'm concerned about you, My knight." She said, playing along with him.

He swats at her hand missing wildly. "Oh how generous of yoy. Giving a lowly man like me the title of knight. Surely I thought I wouldn't get better than a travel pony. But thank you. I am honored" he says sarcastically. Taking a huge bow bringing her forward and very close to the ground. He rights himself and starts laughing as they continue the journey

Rainy struggled to maintain balance when Reed bowed "I consider myself generous." She said with a sophisticated tone. "But we've been walking for at least an hour or two and you've been carrying me the whole way, aren't you tiered?"

He shrugged. "When I'm tired you'll know" He said matter of factly. It had been a long time since he even spoke to other people human enough to converse. He was enjoying himself, and the hybrid proved to be very entertaining. They kept walking for a while, the terrain started to change. The moon was getting higher up into the sky. Soon it would begin it's descent

Rainy smiled "Ok." She said simply. This might not be as boring as I thought.....She noticed there surroundings changing and soon got tiered. I wonder how long it'll be before we stop. Her eyelids slowly drifted closed, but she refused to fall asleep I'll show them I can be just as tough as them. She thought with a smirk.

He felt her dozing off. So he shrugged her off and carried her in his arms. "I think we should stop in about another hour or so and let them sleep properly" he says to Axil. And I'm getting hungry.....he thought to himself. I'll go hunt when we stop. He said making up his mind. Maybe the girl can join. See what she's made of he added with a smirk

Rainy was grateful to be in his arms so she could actually sleep. She didn't care how tough they thought she was...as this point she was to tiered to care. "Thank you." She whispered before falling completely asleep.

He held her up another two hours before they found a spot good enough to camp out at. We're gonna stop here Axil. U can go ahead if you want. I'm sure we'll find you again" Reed says in a low voice trying not to wake her. He sat down his back against a wall and closed his eyes falling into a tranquil state. Resting but alert

Rainy woke up after three or four hours. She never slept for too long. She slowly sat up and looked around. She saw Reed resting against a wall but she sensed he wasn't completely asleep. "Reed." She whispered. No response. She crawled over to him and leaned in close. "Reed!" She whispered.

He faintly heard a voice calling his name. Once, then again. "Who is that? Nobody should know me." He thought to himself unmoving. He didn't sense danger, so there was no need in moving

Rainy sighed at his unmoving form. She sat next to him and almost gave up until she came up with an idea. She laughed and started flicking his forehead. If this didn't work she would revert to Magic~

As the first flick connected his body changed. He grew scales up to his neck, he doubled in size and his head changed to that of a black lion with gold eyes he roared jumping up and knocking her back.
