My eyes flutter open and I sit up, clicking off my alarm and walking to my bathroom,. After taking a shower I blow dry my hair and put a clip into it. I pad over to my closet with my towel still wrapped around my body firmly and open my closet door, quickly trying to find something to wear, I decide on a purple and brown floral shirt with a jean mini skirt and some black tights. I l straighten out my bed and pull on my brown boots, then my purple velvet jacket. After I was satisfied with my look I checked them time and put in my flower earrings in and feed my fish.


I check my schedule for this week and the time again "Its 7:15 you guys!" I yell and walk out to my mom's car, with my sister Casey trailing behind me. "Did you get the list for Mrs. Currilor?" My mom asks as we reach the school sidewalk "Oh. I've already done it" "Ok great!" my mom exclaims "Of course you have.." and then my sister starts to rant about how im the good child and she's the bad one. "Hey, stop it! I'll be coming home around 5 or 6ish, any dinner requests?" I shake my head "Anything's fine" "Alright, bye honey I love you!" I open the car door.

"Come on geez Emma, your gonna explode if stay being this tight!" my best friend says, "And speaking of tight".. "Hey Emma." Steven Sullivan says and walks away "Oh my god.. 'Hey Emma'? he knows your name! " "I guess " " Freaken, Steven Sullivan knows your name!!" she exclaims really loudly "Ok, can we go to class now? please, where late" I say, clearly worried about missing some of the information about our trip to Trinidad. "Will you sleep with him, please? just for me? ".. "What?!..Im not gonna do that!?" she laughs as we get into the classroom.

*beep beep*


I mumbled and grumbled around, swinging my Hand around trying to find the damn snooze button, trying to get a couple extra minutes if sleep, but that didn't happen..


"BRENTON! GET YOUR LAZY ASS OUT OF BED!" Screeched my mother.


"Alright! Fine!" I yelled back, getting out of bed. As I got out of bed, I grabbed some clean clothing and made my way to the shower. Hopping into the cold shower I did my regular rooting; washed the hair, brushed my teeth and so on. As I got out I dried off my body and got into to my clothing, now making my way down the stairs.


"Finally you got your ass out of bed." My mother muttered again, as she fed my little brother, who was only 8 months old.


"Good morning to you to.." I sighed, than roughing up my baby brother Coles hair. " I'm heading to school, by family!" I closed the door behind me and didn't worry about anything else but getting into my car and making my way to school.


Once I got to school, I walked into the class that had the presentation about the trip during the holidays or something. I thought it would be cool so, why the hell not right?
 
I stop as the teacher says my name, and this guy rams into me "Hey watch it!" "Sorry Prom queen.".. "What?" I say and walk to my seat behind my best friend. " Alright class! The bus will be leaving at 7:45 sharp! Don't be late! We won't wait for you!" My teacher exclaims, while my friend talks abut how Brenton could even get on this trip, from the many times he's been in trouble.

I laughed, there were so many different people in this room "Man this actually maybe fun"I stated looking at one of my buddies, I then saw the princess of this school 'Emma'. "Man Jason, we could totally screw around with that one." I laughed jokingly. Really I wouldn't even touch her, because she's far from my type, though I must say she is kind of cute.


Soon I saw the teacher point to the board mumbling everything that needs to be done, for this trip.
 
After the teacher explained everything to us, they said that we could go home to everything ready that we needed. I mean we're only going for a week how much stuff could you possibly bring?. I smile as my friend Lizzie drops me off at my house and I start to walk up my driveway and into my house. I walk up to my bedroom and collapse on my bed. After a few minutes I walk over to my laptop and print my list for what I need to pack, I grab my suitcase form under my bed and put everything from my list in there, I check and recheck for everything and laid out tomorrow's outfit and change into some soft pants and a t-shirt. When I was finally done I decided to do some studying laid out my text book and notebooks and turned on my favorite music and started to study.

I wondered off home, with nothing really to do. I packed everything already and there was only a few things I still needed, swimming shorts, some extra t-shirts and other odds an ends. Once I got home, my mother greeted me "How was the meeting?"She asked as she cooked supper.


"Boring. It seems like I'm going with a bunch of prudes." I replied taking a seat at the island located in the middle of the kitchen.


"Well, make the best out of it. At least go finish packing supper should be ready soon." My mother smiled, I gave a nod and went up stairs walking into my room, noticing my little brothers there.


" Don't leave!" They shouted together, I laughed looking at them. They were both sitting on my suite case hopping that that will help me not to leave.


"I'm only going for a week, I won't be long. I promise" I smiled looking at them, my little brothers, were definitely annoying but I must say I will miss them.
 
After two hours of studying my mom called me down from down stairs to tell me that dinner was ready. "So.. Emma you all packed for the trip tommrow?" My father asked and smiled." Yup! Already to go." I state while taking a bite of my food. " Like always.." My sister Casey mumbles. I roll my eyes and smirk "I'm sorry what was that?" I ask in an innocent tone. "Stop fight you to!" My mom says and drops her fork, bringing her fingers to the bridge of her nose "I'm sorry mom.." I say and take my plate to the sink.


After dinner my mom sat us around the couch and gave me a present. Which I don't know why.. I'm only gone for about a week. I open the resent and it's a new swim suit and a pair of flats, plus 100 dollars "I'm sorry mom, I don't deserve this.." I say and hand her the stuff back but she doesn't take it "No...No don't be silly! I'm not taking it back." She states and smiles. I smiles back and head up to my room to put my money in my purse and put my new clothes in my suitcase.

I sighed, after tonight I'd be gone from my family. Kind of sucks, but should be fun! After I finished packing I laid down in my bed, and without realizing it I passed out.


Morning came quicker than I thought, "Brenton! Brenton! Wake up! It is time for you to go!!" Scooter yelled as he jumped on my bed, soon Alex my second little brother came into my room making his way to jump onto my bed as well.


I moaned and groaned, putting the covers over my face "Come on guys! Let me sleep just a little bit longer!" I stated, but I couldn't keep a straight face. I burst into laughter and made my way out of bed, showering, and than changed into a clean pair of clothing. "You two are going to take good care of my room, right?" I asked Alex and Scooter. They both gave me a nod. "Good!"I laughed, ruffling up their hair.


"Morning son." My mother stated smiling at me, waiting at the door with a piece of toast with jam on it.


I smiled taking the piece of toast, "Thanks mom." I stated giving her a hug, "I'll miss you." I said as I put my shoes on.


"I'll miss you too, Brenton!" My mom yelled as I got to my car, "Love you son!"


"Love you to Mom!" I waved, I soon saw my two brothers pop up from behind my mom both waving good bye. I smiled as I threw my suitcase into the back of the car. I was now off. I hopped into the drivers side of the car and began my journey to the air port, where we will meet everyone who is going on the trip.

I woke earlier than usual today. I toke my shower and wrapped my towel firmly around body and walked to me closet. I picked out a ivory shirt and my navy blue skirt with pink little flowers on it, I smile putting it on and throw on my tan loafers and walked to my bathroom.


I applied a generous amount of makeup on my face and finished off with some pink sheer lip gloss. "Emma? Are you ready?" My friend voice carried through the hallway. "Yeah! One sec!" I yell and brush my newly straightened hair and pull on my brown pea coat.


"Bye mom! I love you!" I say and kiss her on the cheek "Call me as soon as you get there." She says and smiles hugging me and hands me my carry on bag. I walk down to Lizzie's car and Wave to my mom, while getting in Lizzie's car.

After the short drive to school, it was 7: 30. "We have 15 minutes what do you wanna do?" Lizzie asks me and takes a small sip off her Starbucks coffee. "Uh. I don't know.. How about we just sit down and talk? " I suggest and Lizzie laughs "Boring how about we spy on your lover!" I spit my coffee back in my cup as she said the word 'lover' "He's not my lover! I've never even.." She smiles and laughs and stops me on my sentence. "Okay, okay.. No need to say that.. " "Okay everybody! Time to get on the bus! " the teacher yells and smiles. We both laugh and grab our bags getting on the bus.

I got onto the bus with everyone else, "Yo! Brenton! Got a seat saved over here for you!" My best friends yelled together.


I laughed "Alright, I'm coming." I stated, I than noticed that Emma was in my way, "pardon me." I stated shifting around her trying to make my way to the back, where all my friends were.
 
Brenton walked past me and couldn't help but stare. "Emma? Back to earth?" Lizzie said while pulling me into the seat next to her. She pulled out her magazine and paged through it . "Ooh! Look Taylor swift is dating a guy.. Again" we both laugh and I pulled some gold fish that I packed and grabbed a small handful poping one in my mouth.

I laughed around with my friends, really didn't know what to do considering we couldn't do much, being contained in a small bus.


"Yo. Brenton." Carl stated looking at me.


"Yeah?" I replied.


"Did bring anything to eat?"


I laughed, pulling out a bag of chips. "There you go." I looked out the window bored, and wishing we were almost there.
 
Once we arrived at Trinidad, Lizzie and my others friend were practically screaming as we reached the parking lot. 'You are gonna bust my ear drums!" I yell over their screams, the stop and laugh. "Im Sorry. "Lizzie says as the bus stops and grips her suitcase. I grabbed my suitcase to and get out of the bus, with my friends eagerly trailing behind me. "Alright class! we have a few hours before we have to go on a nature trail! you may go to the pool and hang out!" she smiles and hands us our room keys.


~ (After they get unpacked and there at the pool area now)


I drop my towel and bag on a pool chair and unwrap the skirt off my body and lizzie pushes me in the pool, "What.. The?!" I yell "Oh, shush.. sometime you need a little push " she laughs and jumps in after me making a big splash. I laugh and smile, looking over at the balcony to Breton, I send him a wave and Steven pushes me underwater.

I was by the pool where everyone else was, I was wearing my swimming trunks with a t-shirt on. I really didn't want to go swimming by my friends wanted me to hang out, so im just here watching.


I soon noticed, Emma waved to me, I gave a small wave back before she got pushed under the water. "Strange girl." I muttered.


"Hey! Brenton come into the pool! Quite being a party pooper!" Stated one of the girls that was in the pool.


"I'm goo-" before I turned around they splashed me getting my clothing wet. I groaned taking my shirt off and jumping into the pool, tackling one if my good girl friends.
