Marius's smile wavered. Had he been that wrong? He could only sense two in the area. There were no more and he was sure of it.

"Then why don't you check it out yourself before we go? Besides, I need to make sure the rooms are ready in case we bring back any special guests." he chucked cruelly. "I also need to see who is the culprit behind this hairbrained plan."

He snarled, the metal snakes all congregating around Titus again. He stalked over to the alcove situated in the wall, and fell silent when he saw a pink-haired woman curled up in the corner. He wasn't silent for long as the daimon directed the metal into the alcove to wrap around the woman and drag her out, a thump heard throughout the room as she slammed to the ground. Titus dragged the woman behind him, his forearms aching with the strain of controlling the metal to drag a full grown woman.

Cassopea was still sleeping unknow to her surrounding that someone already discover her and have been drag her out of where she was hiding but who know's maybe the person who was dragging her was a nice person? as her eyes flutter open and look around and saw him as she felt silent and froze to somewhat she was scared, just to think that a goddess , afraid of a mortal seems super weird in a way yet she was and she dont know what will happen "h-huma-" she stop for a moment she know,she saw him from the time he was killed the god of death failed to get his soul becuz he was stop by some monster what are they called again a yes Diamons as she try to stand up but the metal as she look at it and to the metal as she shacke in fear she heard the humans have said that the diamons were such a killer she wonder what would happen to her if she dint escape.

"We'll see about that." Draven smiled with fiendish delight as he sent a signal for his Daimons to move in. He went straight after the female hunter, electricity buzzing at his fingers. He made sure to give the other a nice, solid *Bell clap along the way to scramble his sense. The other Daimons in the area followed suit in heading towards the Hunters. Their orders were only to try and capture them for now. It was a strange one but to Draven it seemed far more impressive than just killing them.

As she was shacking in fear from the diamons she look at one who was talking at she try to break free from the metal she cant talk from fear thoe she could only do was to heal and levitate things as when she was in the Greek school she was a failiur to magic cuz she was afraid to hurt someone she cant even kill an insect the last time she was with the god of death she fainted when he got a soul from a dead human she was in a situation with a diamon she have to be careful but ...wait ... this might be her chance to show that there can be great hope and end this forsaken war? wait but what if they dint like it and cut her head... maybe if she try? .... no shell die... maybe a little talk... no she will die. all witch becuz she fall asleep!.

The blonde woman eyes were focused on Sparky, but the fact that a daimon has dropped from the roofs above them and the gutter below them hadn't escaped her notice. Nor the fact that the passed out woman down the alley was actually a daimon and that, well, almost everybody here was a fucking daimon!


She rolled her shoulders and cracked her neck, loosening her body for the electrical beating it was no doubt going to endure, and she pulled out a gun that had been tucked between her boobs, clicking the safety off before spinning on her toes quickly and letting off three shots, two of the bullets finding their home in two daimon hearts, the third impaling itself in another's shoulder before the gun found it's way back between her boobs. Chaylie used the momentum of her spin to pull out her bow, pulling out an arrow and nocking it, the tip of the arrow aiming itself at Sparky's chest.

Titus sighed in agreement, tightening the metal around the chick's middle pinning her arms to her sides, before releasing it - the metal instantly hardening. The daimon stretched his arms out in a fluid manner, pulling one behind his head and stretching, and then the other.

Marius yelped loudly in shock and pain. Stumbling backward he waved an arm rapidly in front of him to keep any who dared approach away. He was almost completely blind thanks to that stunt. The loud ringing in his ears was taking all of his focus away.


Draven grumbled as several of his men were taken out by her. Why was he always surrounded by so much incompetence? "Try not to get killed you morons. Take on one at a time!" He barked at them. Tearing their attention away from the flailing hunter and turning towards the woman. "Come one sweetheart, you really think that little twig is gonna hurt me? I'm not stupid you know. especially in battle."

from the tight hold of the metal to her soft skin made a painful sensation as she shiver more and that's that she try to escape real hard trying to escape the metal ass she successfully destroy the hold of the metal and ran at her best as she ran but the metal fell down to her foot as she feel down the floor as a sharp thing got to her foot as the color of maroon smoke came out of her (something like blood cuz god and goddess cant bleed) but thats not stooping her as she try to crawl escaping them she was so scared she was very scared she want to go to the Goddess to athena so she will calm her fear as small tears fell down to her cheeks with no sound she was so scared so scared she cant think of anything but fear.

Cassiopea feel the metal as shy try to grab something but fail as she was send back w a dragging way as she squeal as another metal go to her throat as she try to get it away almost choking her from the grip as she try and did her best to break free and also from her wounded feed as she sat down to the ground and heal it fast as another metal go to her wrist as it brought them to her throat "p-please l-let m-me go" she said to her softly beautiful and echoing voice "im scared" she said the last part almost as a whisper.

"Shit." Connor muttered as he saw the two go into the alley, leaving him out of position. Screw subtlety, he needed to be in a spot where he could be of some use. Like not here, for example, and somewhere that he could see down into the alley and get a clean shot. He did manage to find a position, it was on top of a roof where no one would really see him, and saw Chaylie use a gun to blast one daimon, one that he was aiming at. Quickly switching targets to the ring leader of that group, he lines up the shot and pulls the trigger in quick order.

"As are most lackies." He shrugged with a heavy sigh. "I bet your boss thinks the same of you too. Or at least most of you." His glance went to the flailing hunter behind her whom his men where overwhelming quite easily for a moment before suddenly snapping to the direction of more gunfire. He ducked out of the way just in time to be grazed by several bullets. "Sneaky sneaky sneaky, you've got yourself a coward on the rooftops huh? Why don't all of your friends come out and face me like the warriors they're supposed to be?" He mocked. His cocky smile only growing wider. On the inside his temper was as burning as the wounds the bullets had torn open on his chest and shoulder.

He watched for a moment longer before turning to leave. "I will meet you there Titus. You take care of that woman and I will make sure not all of our group is killed off." In the snap of his fingers the door to their realm opened and he stepped out into the town. He could sense hunters nearby and some of his own who were dropping off like flies. Idiots. He had an idea of who was behind this and was hoping not too much damage had been done.

Cassiopea look at them with fear yet she heard about some kind of group getting killed of made her cry silently as she look at them yet she have a heart maybe it would be fine to place some barrier around them, yes she know she was afraid she might get killed yet even thoe she forgive them as she close her eyes and place a seal around Cassius as she open her eyes and an invisible barrier was place around him the good thing about it is that the barrier can also heal him and everyone the is around him this can only last about an hour if he could get lucky enough the only way to break a barrier that she cast was pure hatred so she wish she wont get mad as she look around. the place this world is making her weak if she dint find any hope,kindness or anything that was given with pure heart she might die as she and her power will no longer exits she will be a powerless immortal if soon fate has been lost to everyone and she hope it doesn't happen for she fear her death will come to rise soon as she look at the man with the metal such thing has he have done just to gain power and immortality what ever shall they all receive with such desire of power that is what she will never know, or maybe.

"You're a fast one, aren't you?" Connor whispered to himself as he replaced the rounds he had shot. If only he had a rifle, better range on it then with his revolvers. A good Winchester would wipe the smirk off that daimon's face in no time. But at the moment, he would have to make do with his revolvers. And from the looks of it, he'd have to clear out some of the grunts before going for their boss. The ones that were mobbing Marius took priority, so he unloaded his revolver into them, each shot accurately aimed at a different target.

"Mmmm, I just think you're slow hunter. Maybe even the slowest I've ever met." Draven grinned devilishly as he cracked his knuckles. Electricity popped from his fingertips as he snagged his metal baton from his side. "Why don't we see how good you are at close quarters combat eh?" With an evil laugh he lunged forward at both of them. With his minions close at his heels.


Marius took in a deep breath as he was relieved from the pile of Daimons. "Thanks!" He shouted loudly, blood was dripping from his ears. Stupid Daimon had really done some damage and frazzled him, but he wasn't quite giving up yet. Fighting through the pain he refocused his powers to get a readout on the auras around him. Everything was blinking like a bulb about to go out but he would manage. These fools couldn't match his agility no matter how hard they tried.

"I need to get to my men before they all die and I'm left picking up the pieces again. Do you know how hard it is to train new recruits? or even find them at all?"

Cassiopea gasp a little as she look at the man with a slight of anger in not trusting her unknown offer "Dont call me a snake mortal and no u dont have to interpret that barrier i cast u can save them to save your team trust me i know what i am doing just accept the offer u can get into your portal and save then the barrier have magic to heal them and it might help u since the barrier can share barrier to other of your crew so take it" she said as she remember were she was position in "i-i mean i-if u like.. that i-is" she said as she move her eyes left to right it was a good thing they have not killed her yet even thoe she know only the blood of a Dragon can kill her or the lost of their fate.

Connor tipped the brim of his hat in Marius' direction, knowing that some form of gratitude had come his way. 'Alright, now that a couple of them are cleared out, let me see what I can do about zappy there.' he thought to himself as he calmly reloaded his revolvers. He was a fast one, but no one was faster on the draw then Connor, and for good reason. As he lined up the shot this time, everything seemed to slow down to almost a stand still. Zappy was on the left of Chayle, perhaps he could persuade the demon to go to the other side for a brief moment. Yes, just a moment, that's all that was needed. So, firing two shots at the daimon, he fires a third to the right of Chayle, where zappy would hopefully be.

(Sorry for not posting earlier, I've been swamped with school work!)


Chaylie


(this part is back when Connor first shot at Draven and he ducked, I've had this part written for a few days now and didn't want to get rid of it)


"Too true, too true." She watched his gaze snap to Connor's position and it was like time had slowed down, each second felt like a minute. The perfect moment to kill Sparky had presented itself to her. Keeping her eyes on the daimon as he stared at Connor and then ducked, she aimed at Sparky's throat, and pulled the trigger, and again - and as the second shot fired time sped up again. Chaylie wasn't sure where she had hit, because the daimon was still standing, but she hoped that it would cause him to get the fuck out of here. Somewhere deep in her brain she actually wanted Sparky to survive, he was fun - if a daimon could be called that.


(aaaand we'll speed back up to the current rp time, when Marius can once again fight semi-properly!)


After glancing at Sparky once the blonde hunter focused on the other daimons in the area, her attention being caught on Marius finally being able to fight the way she knew he could fight. A wicked smirk found it's way onto Chaylie's lips when she felt the bullet whiz past her neck, and she moved forwards, spinning around to kick her leg up in a high roundhouse kick aimed at the throat of the daimon immediately behind Sparky, quickly bringing her leg down after hearing the snap of a spinal cord.

Draven slowed down greatly when the bullets struck him. He managed to avoid one that would have gotten him in the head and one that would have surely gotten him in the heart and offed him, but the others definitely hit the target. "Grah!" He slid to a stop and gripped his neck. Her bullet had dug in deep, close to his jugular. The cowboy's had planted themselves in his chest. "Filthy vermin, I'll kill you all." He growled and swung his baton at the woman in front of him.


"Connor, behind you. Chaylee, to your left." Marius called out as he took out as many as he could around him. He didn't have time to get a weapon out to kill any like his companions but he was doing a great job at incapacitating them. "There are a few more hidden away but their heartbeats tell me that they aren't going to try anything soon. Too frightened and too weak. So it looks like we're in the clear."

"I will call you whatever I like when you get in my way like this!" He snapped at the woman, his eyes full of fury. "I don't have time for deals like this! My men are dying! Take this thing down and we can talk and decide on a deal when I get back." He paced back and forth impatiently. He had no time for this. He could feel it now, some moron had dragged a lot of his men into some nasty situation and he needed to get there fast.

Draven slowed down greatly when the bullets struck him. He managed to avoid one that would have gotten him in the head and one that would have surely gotten him in the heart and offed him, but the others definitely hit the target. "Grah!" Cassiopea grip her hand together how can a moratl monster can even deny such a healing grace from a goddess can he not see that this can heal his men and they would all come back to safety? or he is just plain it all on his way as he lift her right hand to his area and snap his fingers as the barrier dissapear "i hope u were clever on your choice" she said to him with a fit of anger cuz he know by the time he will get there nothing will heal them and nothing will save them only him and he have nothing to do to get them all but she hope he could save all of them... what will u know? maybe he got a plan for it , as she look at the chain and look down she forgot she was trap.

Connor whipped around, and fanned his revolver to unload the last three shots into one of the three daimons sneaking up on him. 'Three,' he thought to himself, 'I'm starting to lose it.' But that was for another time, as it is now he had two rather angry daimons staring him down. Holstering his now empty pistol, he takes out his other one and points it at the closest of the remaining two. Two shots for that one, and another two for the other. Then depending on how the situation was after, a few more shots to the one that looked better off would perhaps put the odds more in his favor before he closed the gap with his knife.
