Fandom Daredevil: Year One (Canons and OCs allowed)

I've just finished Daredevil season one and thought of an interesting plot idea. Daredevil is starting up his vigilante career (shortly after the battle for New York). Meanwhile, vigilantes are springing up all over New York. Now, superheroes are on a world stage and Kingpin is ready to seize the city for himself.


3 roles available-


A Hero/Vigilante


Heroes and vigilantes would either be "ordinary humans" (E.g. Hawkeye) or have mostly benign powers (E.g. Daredevil) Just because you're a vigilante doesn't mean you're unkillable, in fact, the opposite. Unless you're careful about what you do, you will die.


Criminal


Someone who wants these Heroes and Vigilantes dead so they can sit atop the massive throne of New York. Criminals have a little more plot armor than Heroes/Vigilantes, but not much, so watch your back because in addition to fighting these heroes, you'll be up against the cops and other crime lords.


Civilian


Y'know who reports on these bizarre exploits? Civilians. Y'know who patches Vigilantes up when they've punctured a lung? Civilians. Y'know how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop? I don't, but civilians might. Civilians will be filling in all the blanks along with encountering Criminals and Vigilantes (maybe)

As someone who is almost finished with the Daredevil Netflix show, this interest thread caught my eye. I haven't done a lot of gritty realism RPing, but I'll try my best. If this gets enough interest to become a things I'd like to use Black Cat as a cannon character. For the most part her skills are just enhanced to beyond Olympic athlete level.

Don't expect a ton of blood and gory realism, but wounds will take a while to heal.

Naturally. Since I take it that a healing factor is band, the only way to heel up faster would be meditation and/or being patched up by a doctor, but even that would heal up the wound overnight.

A spider-man esque healing factor would be okay, but not a wolverine level of healing.

When I think of healing factors I tend to think more of Wolverine's xD , I forgot about Spider-Man's.
