{ all students are in the TRIAL ROOM. We are skipping the part where they walk there so we can speed up time. }

Monokuma looked around at all the students that were placed in their appropriate spots. Two new photo stands stood in the places of both Akaiko and Masahiko, signalling they had been dead. "Greetings students! Today we'll figure out who was the bastard that killed the cook and actor. Or you'll all die and the blackened will be free. Eh, anyways. Begin!" He said before adding his signature giggle.

Ludovica stood there still a bit in shock over what happened, but she already had some people in her mind who were possible murderers... it didn't change the fact that she would beat the crap out of them before execution of course.... it may not solve anything.... but she felt as though she had to take it out on something...

Chiya looked at the photo stands of all the students who had fallen. She frowned as she remembered the fallen students, even the ones she barely knew. 'Akaiko. Masahiko. I will find out who did this to you, but I will not let Takeo die. I promise that.' She thought as she clenched her fists.

Ayumi listened to the bear as he then started the trial. All of this...it was bizarre. Why must they stand here over their fallen friends? Why couldn't everyone just get along!? Though now it was too late for that. She was going to find the killer, and she was going to make sure they got the punishment they deserved. Even if the murderer was her friend, that all stopped now. During this trial...no one but Hibiki was her friend. Everyone else was suspects...with Ludo and Chiya being first on her list.

Takeo stood at his stand and began to go over the evidence in his head, 'Akakio died first, then Masahiko. The likely cause of death for Akiko was a blow to the head and for Masahiko it was bleeding to death from a stab in the stomach.' He thought before taking a deep breath. "So who wants to start off this trial." He asked calmly.

Hibiki stood with his hands in his pockets and his hood up, his long bunny ears hanging down from the sides of his head as he had a blank stare, determined to solve the murder. He had let every murder happen. He would make sure this was the last one.

"Um..I want to." She said softly as she raised her hand. "Shall we discuss the scene first or something else before we say who the culprit is?" She asked.

Ludovica sighed and spoke up," lets start with the obvious first-- what happened to them, and what the possible murder weapons are, then analize the information and see if there are any holes in what we've got." she bit her lip and crossed her arms, although I have a clear idea of who it might be," she muttered under her breath

"You know?" Ren said his voice echoed through the courtroom like ice ,"Could it have been Ludo? Maybe she wanted revenge?" He said out loud, Of course he knew it was ludo,"And she took Chiya's Hair clip so that way they blame it on the poor girl who wouldn't murder." he said, his plan was to fuck with the crowd,"It has to be, doesn't it make sense?"

"You know?" Ren said,"Could it have been Ludo? Maybe she wanted revenge?" He said out loud, Of course he knew it was ludo,"And she took Chiya's Hair clip so that way they blame it on the poor girl who wouldn't murder." he said, his plan was to fuck with the crowd,"It has to be, doesn't it make sense?"

"What the hell ren?! I trusted you!" She burst out in anger and slammed her hand on her stand, "How can we trust you!? You've never said anything till now! Maybe YOU were the one who did it to blame Chiya for all we know! You don't know anything about Akaiko or I! So shut your damn mouth and quit throwing random accusations everywhere!"

"We haven't discussed anything else... Why are you jumping the gun. Don't you know how reckless that is!?"


Hibiki said angrily, Not is calm self. He was still angry at himself and lashed out on the boy.

Ayumi's head tilted forwards Ren. Was he suggesting Ludo...? Though she wanted to disagree, she couldn't. Ludo was just too much of a suspect. She's the only one who could have gotten that close to Akaiko to kill him.

"Now, Why would I have a reason to Kill the two? Ludo, you have a reason? he was close was he not? You could have easily averted suspicion of yourself, Me and chyia were the last ones in the stage room as well, but you could have easily used that to you advantagee." Ren smirked everything wasgoing how he wanted it too.

"I can make accusations too Rin..."


He said with a smirk and raised a finger,


"I suggest the killer is Rin, Why else would he try to throw blame onto someone THIS quickly?"


Hibiki suggested. He saw the Evidence pointing to the killer being Ludo but, He couldn't accept it. He trusted her.

Ludo glared daggers at Ren and eventually found it hilarious that he really thought something so stupid as that could be enough to frame her, "So what you're trying to tell me is that YOU and CHIYA were the last ones in the Music room? But that's where the bodies were found, right? That means you could have easily lured them there and killed them! I'm not making any accusations just yet, but if anything else can prove it was either of you I'll beat the hell out of you!"

Ren smiled,"Chiya was with me, I have a witness to where I was." He paused,"Now on the other hand....Do you Hibiki, Or even ludo? You could have easily been the Murderer. I have nothing to hide, But here you are telling them I did it...just cause I stated a simple fact" he smiled. It was clear he was so calm, He couldn't have killed them both. he would be acting like he did, but no he kept calm, He didn't do it.

"well of course I have an Alibi! I was with Oshiro in my room the WHOLE NIGHT right after that fight I had with Akaiko and Takeo! I didn't go anywhere else other than my room! Oshiro can tell you too! Besides, that doesn't mean anything! What I'm saying is that you were in the music room where they were killed-- for all I know, you two could have worked together to kill them!"

Ayumi's brow twitched in anger the moment Ren said Hibiki's name. "Don't you even fucking suggest it was Hibiki. He would you never do that!" She responded to Ren.

Oshiro blinked out of thought at the mention of her name. Ludovica did have an alibi, but the reasoning itself was terribly embarrassing. The thought of it festered in her mind almost enough to make her panic out loud, but she was at least able to keep her conflicted feelings in check. This is a trial, this is a serious moment. There's no time to be doting on such silly emotions. "She is correct, I was there...but besides the point, that's no excuse to be twisting it out of proportion. Teaming up is a dumb move that no one should resort to...however it's possible."

"Ha, well then You could have killed them WITH Oshiro. You don't have an alibi for that do you? Since you had that fight you could have been mad and killed them both, And Oshiro could have helped because they hurt your useless feelings." he said with a smile, he then glared at Ayumi,"Now now, your not in this converstaion Yumi" His stare was a threat to the girl

"M-Me the murderer!? What are you trying to do here Rin!? Why are you just going around suspecting everyone! Let us look at the evidence before we do anything else!"


Hibiki yelled, clenching his fists,

Takeo sighed and rubbed his head. "Guys, this is our forth trial, we should know it is useless to just through random accusations. Now lets start off with the scene of the crime. Did anyone notice anything intresting?" He asked as he began to think of the scene. "

Right now, anger and rage was building up inside Ayumi. How dare Ren even suggest Hibiki?! He doesn't even have the right to say his name! She clenched her fists in pure hatred of the jazz player. She wanted him to be the killer....he deserved death more than anyone! With a sigh, Ayumi decided to let it go for now. "Hibiki is right, we should look at the evidence."
