Hibiki tries his best to regain his composure, a determined glare upon his face.


Who did this? Why? I don't care... I'm going to solve this. We have to... I'm not going to let two of my friends die and them have that MONSTER escape here! I have to do this!


He thought to himself, half encouraging and half furious. Hibiki stood by the bodies, examining the area a bit. Not exactly wanting to start the investigation fully by himself. As much as he wanted to he needed the others. Which wasn't a bad thing. He exited the room and stood by the door, waiting.

Chiya looked at Takeo and Ludo with sympathy. She felt a little touched by his words to Ludo at the end. She knew that he was right. She shouldn't stand there and look. She have to find who did it. She rubbed the tears away and looked serious at the two. "He is right, you know? We have to find the culprit for their sake." She said as she looked at Ludo sadly. "I may not be helpful for some of them, but me and the others will try our hardest to find out."

That annoying voice of the bear filled Ayumi's ears, alerting her of the deaths. Fear became present on her face once the words registered. "Hibiki!" She exclaimed to herself in a silent whisper. What if something happened to him? No...she wouldn't be able to live with herself of something had happened.


Her feet ran as fast as they could to the scene of the crime. She need to make sure he was okay and not one of the victims. Slowly her run came to a stop once her eyes spotted him. A small sigh of relief escaped her lips. Outside the door stood Hibiki, alive and well. Thank God. Relief filled her body knowing he was okay. "Hibiki-" she addressed him, walking to him. "Is...is the scene bad?"

"I can't... move..." she found herself unable to stand up-- it was as if her whole body had shut down right there and wouldn't let her get up. She was chained to the ground where Akaiko's soul left the body, and she couldn't leave the corpse there. She shivered in attempt to move, but her senses seemed to have completely shut down, and found herself in more pain.


Why was this happening?

"Huh?" He looked to his side and saw Ayumi, happy that she's safe. Even though he already saw the two bodies he still felt worried about her. He looked at her and tried to smile but it was shaky and easily seen through, "W-Well..." He closed his eyes and looked down, saddened. Despite pumping himself up to find the murderer earlier, "A-Akiko and Masah-hiko... They're b-both.... Both dead..." He admitted, frowning.

"Chiya, I'm going to take Cutie out of here until she can calm down. I'll be back to help soon." He said as he gently picked Ludo up bridal style. "Don't worry Cutie, we will get whoever did this." He said to her as he began to leave carful from disturbing any of the evidence. "I promise."

"O-Okay. But I'll let you know about the evidence we found." She said seriously as she saw him walk away with Ludo. 'Poor Ludo. She really is in so much pain. I have to find out who did it. For her and for everyone.' She thought in sympathy.

Green eyes blinked at his response. Akaiko....Masahiko? It was true she wasn't close to either of them, but she never wanted them to die. They didn't deserve to die...not Masahiko, not Akaiko, not anyone here.


Ayumi's head shook slightly, her voice stuttering out a few words. "N-no....this...this can't be." Tears began to surface on her eyes which she quickly wiped away. No. She couldn't break down. Not here anyways. The red head knew she had to be strong... For Hibiki. "I'm sorry I couldn't be here sooner. Are you alright?"

Hibiki got closer to make sure Ayumi was feeling okay, "I'm fine Ayumi... Are you okay? Your well-being is more important than mine." He said and leaned in, seeing her somewhat red face from shedding the tears I leaned back again, "It'll be fine. I promise. I'll find the killer, I assure you. I'll keep you... A-and everyone else safe!" He added that last part with a somewhat shaky voice, kind of forgetting about them in the moment

Was she okay? No, Ayumi was far from okay. No one should be okay after seeing their friends and classmates slowly getting killed off. "I...I'll be fine." The lie slipped off her tongue. She wasn't going to be fine. To protect Hibiki, she needed to lie.


"Thank you, Hibiki. But please, you need to be worried more about yourself. I can take care of myself, besides...I wouldn't be able to live with myself if something happened to you." She admitted, her eyes wandering to the ground but then back to him. "If were going to protect everyone, we need to start the investigation..."

After taking Ludo to her room Takeo, went back to the music room where he saw Ayumi and Hibiki. "Are you guys ready to investigate?" He asked depression evident in his voice. 'I hope Cutie is okay.' He thought.

"I-I feel the same though!" He announced with a blush, "If anything happened to you or the others I wouldn't be able to live with myself... I can barely do that now... Letting the murders happen... So all we can do is investigate as you said... So, Ready?" Hibiki asked, reaching his hand out towards her to shake her hand. A sweet smile on his face.

A light blush filled her cheeks as she accepted his had. With a slight nod, Ayumi agreed. "Yeah, I'm ready." She replied to both Hibiki and Takeo. They needed to find murder and make him(or her) pay for his crimes! "Let's start."

Takeo nodded and walked into the music room. "Who should we start with first?" He asked as he looked at the bodies. "From the Monokuma files Akiko died first then Masahiko four minutes later." He said as he looked through the files thoroughly.

Hibiki followed inside the room alongside Ayumi, "Well... What about he have one person examine each body then the remainder look around the room?"


He asked, making sure it was okay with the others.

Chiya walked to the others and looked at them. "Well we can split up. It would make it faster to find the evidence and to find out who the culprit is." She said as she looked at them seriously.

Since the two seemed to be in deep thought Takeo decided to check Akaiko first since he was the first to die. He walked over and began to inspect him, but stopped and bowed his head as if he was doing a small prayer. After a few seconds he raised his head and began to do a quick inspection.

Chiya walked down to Masahiko's body and kneeled down. "At least no one can hurt you anymore." She whispered as she looked at his stomach wounds and the weapon next to him. 'The knife must be the weapon then.' She thought as she examined the knife and the wounds. She then looked through his hair. 'No wound on his head, but why is it wet?' She thought confused.

Takeo looked at Akaiko and right away noticed the wound on his head. 'He was hit with something blunt, but what?" He muttered as he continued to look around. He saw that Akiko's cloths were soaked with blood. "Odd why is there so much blood on his shirt?"

Chiya then moved his body to see if there are some wounds and indeed there was. She noticed a small cut wound at his neck. 'Hm. He must have barely missed that. It is a small wound and not deep.' She thought as she examined it.

Hibiki got on one knee as he got closer to Masahiko's body. Inspecting it Hibiki nodded, "There's multiple wounds to Masahiko's stomach, but sharp, Not blunt..." He added continuing to inspect the body

"Intriguing... blood in his hair but fatal wounds in his stomach with no wound on his head? How did this happen?" He looked back, tilting his head a bit.
