Fandom Dangan Ronpa Roleplay - Mechanics

Upupupu, this ain't just a regular roleplay you know? We got gimmicks very similar to the game's plot. I explain them below.


Time:


There will be "day phases" and "night phases" like in the games. Every time it switches there will be a "Monobear P.A."


Day Phase- During the day phases everything is accessible to students with no limits.


Night Phase- Some areas are locked during this time and there is no running water. While students don't get punished for being out of bed, most everyone is usually falling asleep by now. Be sure to lock your door, upupupu.


Kills:


Monokuma (me) knows who dies and how, but for his own amusement he lets everyone figure it out on their own. When a body has been found by 3 people, a class trial will commence soon after, but first comes an investigation phase.


In game there is no communication but there has to be out of character to make it work. Murder chan will simply contact me at night with their victim and means if they wish. Anyone can do this but don't get caught by other students ;) (If I get more than one PM I'll use random.org or something)


Class trial:


Okay I'm going to try to make this work because I'm not rolling with the whole "everyone else gets mass executed" at wrong choice. So here's what we're going to do. After it has been deemed there is no more debate left, I will deem a voting phase. During this time everybody sends votes to me on who they think did it. Whoever gets the most votes, right or wrong, is the one who gets executed. If it's the wrong choice everybody's memory is wiped to think they did it. So someone's gonna get killed off either way and nobody leaves. Sorry about that guys upupupu. I'm not a fan of mass killing and I sat for 20 minutes thinking of other options


Despair Fever: When a character begins to panic, rage, or depress too much over their situation, it is likely (30% chance specifically) they will be overcome with "despair fever". It is very hard to cure but it'll cause the victim
