I guess Emilia could be used as a stand-in officer.. prehaps the local PD is getting overwhelmed and so non-human officers get deployed on their own to help ease the workload?

I am thinking of giving Issac a interesting storyline that will certainly get your character's attention ;P

I was planning on having Emilia be a deviant - detection officer. She is made tp be better than human officers, she is build to work without them or having them support her.
