Are the government actively searching for deviants by checking houses ?

Is there going be a equivalent of 'Markus' in this RP ?

Would it be okay to create a Deviant Hunter-esque character, like Connor pre-deviancy ?

1: Not really. I mean you can always NPC them into the story, but that's about it.
2: Not unless someone requests to be.
3: Of course! Be whatever you want.
