Description:


Vance is a rather tall with a athletic build, his eyes are vibrant purple and his face is rather square with striking masculine features. His nose is long and slightly crooked and he has a swell trimmed beard. His hairs is short and red with black tips. In addition to the 5 Orbs he had normal he has 6 more running the length of his spine and a rather larger one his neck near the collarbone. In addition he has three on each shoulder the size of quarters. His right arm has cracks of glowing purple energy flowing through them. At the base of his spine is his injection point and darker flesh covered pathways extend outward and cover his body in random patterns.

Clothing:


Vance wears a black Tank top, Leather finger-less gloves, black Jeans with holes in the knees and combat boots. Sometimes he wears a black jacket over his tank top.

Hair color: Red with black tips

Eye Color: Purple and glowing

Weapon: N/A

Power:

He can control and manipulate dark matter and absorbing it to augment his strength and Durability. He can store the dark matter in his body using his ability and create directed blast of dark matter that can obliterate a 60 ft thick wall of tungsten leaving no trace of it. He can make weapons and barriers from the dark matter as well. The Matter takes the form of purple energy that distorts the air around him.

He is capable of flight by lowing the gravity around him through dark matter manipulation.

Battle-mode Enhancements: Using his influence of dark matter he can control and distort gravity, manipulating the mass of objects and distorting the perception of others by bending light around warped areas of physical space. After prolonged use of his form his body starts to break apart and even after he heals he will be left in a weaker state. The more he uses this form the more likely his innate nanite healing will stop all together.

Bio:

Vance has almost no memory of who he was before the end of the world other than he had cancer and was a scientist of some sort. After waking up in decaying hospital he wondered the streets of New-york for months. He fought his way through waves of monsters, something in him pushing him forward and driving him too kill these twisted things.

He was eventually found by a group of soldiers from Zeta and taken in. He met other like him and has been apart of the city for 15 years. He now defends the city and leads a small team of Cyber-knights called the cleaners.

Description:

Niel has a rather scrawny build, when residing in the appearance he find the most comfortable with. He is no taller than the average and wore glasses for shows, coupled with a slightly messy hairstyle. Fair skin and a few small cuts apparent on his fingertips here and there, every feature was made to not draw any attention nor any distinct character other than his stricking eye color.

Clothing:

Most of the time he settles for something that covers most of his skin and retain a casual look, hoodies, jeans, sweaters, turtlenecks, whatever simple enough that he could wear comfortably.

Hair Color: Light brown, (white when using his power)

Eye Color: Platinum

Weapon:

A simple black revolver with bullets that has been altered to whatever properties he absorbed or adopted from.


Power:

The Host

Able to alter and manipulate every fiber of both foreign and non foreign object that is attached or arbsorbed into his flesh both under and over his skin. Allowing him full control of both it's appearance, properties and function to his desire. Unlike others, he could choose the appearance of his cybernetic armor to either be apparent and alter his appearance and physical advantage with it (enhance his strength, agility, endurance, etc), or fused it into his flesh and appear just like a normal human being.

He could also stitch any wounds of his close, even regenerate a limb that he may lose in battle. If someone were to for example, stab him with a knife then he can absorb said weapon into his flesh and heal his wounds with it while also altering any part of his body to adopt the sharp properties of said weapon to his advantage. The same goes with poison and diseases, whatever that comes into contact with him physically then he could absorb them.

However, it must not be sentient or a living being. Otherwise his flesh rejects it from his system. He could only manipulate whatever comes into contact with his skin directly, he could not do so through the layer of even the most thin of fabric. And all of his manipulation power only pliable to himself, it cannot however affect whatever that is not within his reach nor the world around him without such contact.

Bio:

Oddly enough, the records retaining this particular individual is either deleted or highly classified with most of the information blanked out. Only a few knew why and even less knew what's actually inside of it, Though this didn't bother him one bit even if they were witholding the only information of his missing memories.

One thing for sure is that he lives alone and had no ties to any family member nor friends, a complete blank slate.

The only thing he remembers completely is that he woke up covered in god knows what and soldiers overrun the facility he was in. After that, everything else fall into place as he was employed to join a group of cyber knights.

Mao is able to use his overly mutated arm to be a main catalyst for being able to conjure multiple weapons or projectiles to use or empower the ones he already has to multiply the effectiveness of a weapon. He's able to grab or attack enemies with projections of his arm and fling them around as well as being able to use a weaker version of Yamato to a devasting quickdraw or create a small portal to quickly teleport him 10m in the direction he chooses. He can absorb energy from certain element and cyber-beasts or knights. His body being a massive energy catalyst he found out how to use this energy for other matters like energy mines, sky-walking, and a energy barrier. His mutations also cause his energy substance to be foreign and a lot more vast and dense than most cyber-beasts or knights which can cause a violent reaction or even kill one if absorbed or injected into the body. He has a strong regeneration factor as simple flesh wounds and bruises can heal in a minute if he's not in combat as when he enters combat it slows down to steady energy consumption but still persists and half the effectiveness. His muscles are also extremely elastic making him inhumanely nimble and fast and his regeneration causes his muscle growth to to 5x quicker than the average person making him stronger every fight he recovers from.

Enhancements: Multiplies speed, strength, and durability while letting Mao what feels control an unending well of energy. With this energy he'll be able to conjure hundreds of weapons at a time. He also gets to use the real Yamato a katana that was said can cut through dimensions when utilized properly allowing for longer distance teleportation or even slowing down time itself in a certain area if he needs to make a quick get away or decisive move. His wings allow for flight but also detach and turn into a separate set of arms at will. When overused though Mao will start to experience discomfort to the point where he can pass out and if he does he'll lose all his memories and enter a coma again.

Bio:
Mao awakens only with his name and the Blue Rose next to him with no memory of who he is or how he came to be in that situation. He observed his surrounding only to see he was in a destroyed city with cyber beasts prowling at every turn unknowingly to him he was stuck in the Outerlands. Soon learning the usefulness of his arm and finding a nice name for the only weapon he's had tryna survive the city Mao goes to escape the city with his newfound abilities. On his way out the city he encountered an old battle ground his first time seeing a Cyber Knight sitting dead from blood loss on top of a pile of cyber beasts who were probably the reason for his timely death. The blade the Knight used was stuck jammed into the head of two cyber beasts. Even in that circumstance though the blade gleamed where it wasn’t stained with blood. Mao taking the blade while respecting the warriors body he quickly found out the blade has fire capabilities as the handle is able to rev up the blade increasing it’s heat up to 300 degrees and giving it the ability to gush out flames when swung. Red Queen or Mao’s new blade had made his battles against cyber beasts much easier but him knowing nothing about who he is or what this cruel world he’s been thrown into so he travels for year through the Outer-lands until he finally reaches the walls of Zeta the last Walled City of America preparing to enter and find something close to an answer

Viktor has 26 solar orbs in total—his base set as well as one on each shoulder, one on each elbow, one on each of his fingers' first knuckles (not including the thumb), one each knee, and one on the top of each foot. Many of them are small in size, with his base set being the only ones larger than a nickel. When using his abilities to create a charge, energy can be seen flowing between these solar orbs like a beam of light under his skin. The orb at the base of his spine is surrounded by a metal ring that has a military ID number and version number stamped on it, as well as the insignia for an unknown military branch. It appears to have been blindly scratched at with metal, and his back around the ring tends to be in a constant state of healing from punctures, bruises, and burns.

Both of his incisors are missing, and he has a few tattoos: one on his upper back of a viper baring its fangs and reaching for the sky, one directly under it with the Latin phrase "aut viam inveniam aut faciam" (roughly translating to "I will find a way or make one") surrounded by rubble, and one on his right ankle of three green petals mid-fall.

His battle-mode form was designed by the military to lean heavily into defense, and is meant to be utilized more as power armor than a power-up. He rarely uses it, partially out of stubborn pride and partially due to unpleasant memories.
Clothing:
Viktor's fashion sense toes the line between comfort and utilitarian. Typically, he only wears plain tank tops with wide openings and either baggy cargo or canvas pants, though he is drawn to most anything with a serpent design and practically allergic to most military designs (though he will wear all flavors of camo). He prefers either combat boots or steel-toed work boots for footwear, and knows several non-standard lace patterns. The dog tags around his neck are not his, but his late boyfriend's. These, along with his upside-down flag belt buckle, are constants in his wardrobe.
Weapon:
Beyond being trained in the use of military-grade laser weapons, he is equipped with a makeshift whip made from a sheared-off wire. He uses this to extend his arc range as well as to inflict severe lacerations on his opponents. The crack of the whip in tandem with an arc almost sounds like thunder.
Power:
Particle charging: Viktor has the ability to positively or negatively charge particles using his own energy in order to create certain physical and chemical changes in his environment. Seeing as he doesn't know much in the way of chemistry, he mostly uses this ability to create electrical arcs. He can generate powerful bolts of electricity capable of stunning most cyber-beasts and even outright frying weaker specimens. When sent through open air, this is a close-range ability with a reach somewhere in the neighborhood of 3-4 ft. However, he can extend this range through the use of a conductor such as a metal wire or pole. This will not only extend his range by the length of the conductor, but it will also give him greater control over the arc and current. To mid-low level cyber-knights with no electrical resistance, getting hit can feel like being tased or stun gunned. It can also be used to less-destructive means by keeping control over the voltage, amperage, and wattage of the current, though his level of control is unsteady.

Charge storage: Viktor's time spent using his powers can be extended by siphoning an electric charge from other charged sources. In essence, he is a semi-human battery pack. To do this efficiently in his current state, this means that he has to find a source of electric charge such as a battery or live current. He can also passively absorb a charge by being in the same vicinity as a source of EMF radiation, but it is incredibly slow in his current state and better used for downtime and recovery. When using this charge in tandem with his solar orbs, he can enter an overload state. This will temporarily boost his powers to heights otherwise unobtainable for his power level, but it is currently the equivalent of blind-firing a plugged shotgun as the physical and mental side effects often just cause him to discharge with reckless abandon until his charge levels stabilize. Best case scenario, he'll be disoriented for a while. Worst case, he could severely injure himself and have to remain sidelined for the rest of the fight.

Both of these abilities are in the early stages of mastery and have the potential for near-limitless expansion, should he survive long enough to obtain it.
Bio:
Having retained his memories from before his coma, Viktor is filled to the brim with disillusionment and bitterness towards his lost country. From a young age, he was swooned by the military and put his entire identity on the backburner just so he could have the honor of serving his country. He believed that if you worked hard enough, the world would accept you despite anything else. This naive view was shattered the day he woke up from what should have been a fatal blast, one that he had endured while trying to drag his secret lover's corpse back behind friendly lines. He had been experimented on, hooked up to machines, then left to rot the moment the AI revolted. He feels as though there were dark things planned for his corpse, but seeing as the base he was being treated at had been overrun with CBs, he had to make a run for it before he could dig further.

Realizing that his heroism had earned him no mercy from the country that had oppressed him for his entire life, he struck out into the wasteland, watching in bittersweet glee as the ungrateful nation burned around him. He currently lives in the ruins of NYC, and is fully aware of Zeta's existence. However, seeing as it is a military operation, he has no respect for it, and has rejected all offers to join in despite the obvious benefits. He will, however, help others survive in the ruins should they need it, regardless of military status, and has a soft spot for the downtrodden underdogs of the world. He has also occasionally assisted Zeta patrols when their objectives were unrelated to rebuilding the nation or the military complex within it, albeit bitterly. Due to his solo nature and low power level easily leading to him being overpowered by enemies, he doesn't tend to stay in one place for very long.​
