Here's something interesting i forgot to add when i was making my CS. so there is a form of therapy for people with anxiety & other disorders including OCD that uses martial arts to help relieve symptoms of those disorders. so being that Evan comes from a military family one of his family members might know martial arts. so Evan's grandparents enrolled him in martial arts classes and although it did help a bit. it wasn't enough. He's never used it because his obsessive thoughts make him think if he does fight at all physically he will lose control & murder someone. even though he knows it's absurd.
