Realistic or Modern Crows Academy For Boys

Lanious pouted when he didn't spot any of his friends. They must of slipped bast him. Sighing he leaned back in his seat and began ruffling through his messanger bag. He smiled when he found what he was looking for and happily grabbed one of the lollipops from its bag. Unwrapping it he plopped it in his mouth. It was so good!

Looking around he found the auditorium full and knew it would begin soon. Reaching up he tugged his headphones over his ears and after fishing out his phone began to play some music. He wasn't a fan of assemblies. Closing his eyes he crossed his arms across his chest and got lost in the world of strawberries and rock music.

Nick heard what Hayden said as they happened to be sitting next to each other. "Yea there's a pretty distinct smell to something like that." Nick laughed a little as he looked over at Hayden. Some blonde hair got into his eyes and he moved it to the side. "I'm nick nice to meet you I'm pretty sure I saw you around school last year." Nick smiled at him.

@Cami

"Kol" he replied simply with a cheeky grin. "It probably wasn't me you saw, I'm more of a room hermit really" he spoke sarcastically. Of course everyone recognised him, it was a matter of him not wanting to be known. He sung multiple times and played the lead cello in the school choir.

He looked over at the front with a sigh. "You know it's going to be bad when the students are here before the teachers" he murmured to Nick before chuckling and shaking his head. "Oh Jesus, I really screwed myself by picking a crap shoot" he said in a negative tone before looking over at Nick and gave him a grin.

"So Nick, is it? Tell me more about your beautiful self" he chuckled.

@Timv9

Nick laughed a little as Kol talked about the students being here before the teachers. "Yea I mean if it is anything like last year it shouldn't be that bad then." Nick sat there looking around the auditorium and then turned his attention back to Kol. Nick blushed when Kol said his beautiful self. "Well my names nick obviously, I live over at Roserie house and I'm a sophomore, also I'm kinda the best basketball player here at the school." Nick smiled as he looked at Kol, he was absolutely gorgeous and nick couldn't stop blushing.

Sebastien got a message on his pager. He stood up and gathered a couple of the teachers and then went to the center where a microphone had been placed. He tapped on it to make sure it was on, making a loud high pitched noise fill the Auditorium. Many students complained after the noise stopped but it seemed to have gotten there attention. "Good afternoon everyone. I am Sebastien Vallencourt, as some of you already know, President of Sallos House. We will begin in a little while though we would appreciate it if you would please arrange yourselves to where you are sitting by House." Said now the student's displeasure was even more apparent. He had received the page from the very top, if wasn't like he could just ignore it. "Valient to the Far Left, Roserie to the Middle Left, Sallos to the Middle Right and Litrim to the Far Right, the staff that are here will assist in making sure you are in the proper place." Long story short this was really just to kill time till the Head of the School and the remaining teachers arrived.

((OOC: This is really just to kill time. I could't find any other way considering the Assembly hadn't started.))

Ren looked up, he didn't really want to move. He stood and made his way to the far left and sat down again. burying his face in his book again. Last year the head of school was late and looks like that was not changing again this year. He wondered why they let Sebastian be the president of a dorm again, he was notorious for providing booze. Ren sighed as he continued reading.

"Well my names Hayden - but you can call me Kol because Hayden is just.. well, bad. I'm from Litrim home and I'm probably the most tragically whimsical and satirical person you will meet im your life" he said with an amused face as he turned his attention to the front. "I also have a tendency to cuss a little so if I do, don't be afraid to correct me" he chuckled as he payed attention to the front. As soon as Sebastien said they had to arrange places Hayden sighed and refused to move. He was already tired as it was.

"Do you think that if it's possible, I'll he able to make my way to the door and leave?" He asked half jokingly and half serious. He sounded like he wasn't even sure if he wanted to do it.

Nick sat there and listened to him. "Well it's nice to meet you and don't worry I cuss as well so it's all good." He then turned his attention to the front of the auditorium. "Hey if you don't move I won't move either. Then maybe we can both sneak out." Nick smiled at him.

Sebastien looked frustrated as some student's seemed to not be moving. Their uniforms were a dead give away. He nodded to the teachers that were present and he stepped back to the microphone. As he did the teachers moved to the doors and shut them. "Students your uniforms are a dead give away. Would you all please just move. I am just as sick and tired of being here as your are." He paused seeing a couple of his friends and smiled at them. He really hated having to take the responsibility but because he was Dorm President of Sallos House it was expected of him. He wished he could just end the Assembly but alas he couldn't. He went back to his seat and began to discuss the lateness of the Headmaster with two faculty members. "Can't we just let them go and do this tomorrow?" He questioned. One of them was in agreement but the other said to wait a little while longer. He just wished it was over.

"Well they seem to be having some sort of debate now so never mind" he said amused with a smirk on his face before looking up towards the ceiling.

"Do you ever feel like that when you look up, you look at the inevitability of oblivion, and how the universe and goddess must know all of our fates?" he said going off on a rant before he remembered where he was and raised his eyebrows.

"Sorry you probably didn't understand that at all" he laughed whilst shaking his head, sometimes he felt he was the only one who could make sense of what he was saying.

Nick sat there and listened to him speak. Nick did actually understand a little bit at what he was saying. "No I understand a little bit at what you're saying I just usually don't think of stuff like that but I do know what you're saying." Nick looked again to the front of the auditorium. "Hopefully they are just going to let us out of here soon."

Lanious was curious when some time passed and loud shouts and cheers didn't inturrept his dar dreaming. Cracking an eye open he found that the damn thing hasn't even started yet. That means he will be stuck here longer until it starts and ends.

Scrowling he tugged his headphones down and around his neck. He wanted answers. Now.

Leaning forward he tapped one of the boys in front of him on the shoulder though they seemed like they were busy talking."Hey do you guys know why it hasn't started yet? I wasn"t listening."

@Timv9 @Cami

Sebastien scowled at the two staff he was talking with. "We are ending this, it is already getting kinda late. Most have been sitting here for at least an hour. We will just have to do it tomorrow." He said. The two staff agreed and Sebastien stepped back to the microphone. "Students can I please have your attention?" He said waiting for them to quiet down somewhat. Once they did he continued, "Given to the lateness of the Head Master, we have decided to go ahead and postpone this until tomorrow. Students, please make sure you have your room assignments. Other than that all of the facilities will be open on the grounds, no student is allowed to leave the ground... Whatever you all know the rules and know that we can't possibly enforce most of them." This warranted some laughter from the students and some nods from the faculty. "Please just have a good rest of your day and enjoy yourselves." He said turning away from the microphone, he quickly stepped back to it, "You can all leave now," he said.

"It seems like it's ended now so we really don't have to care" Hayden said with a grin as he stood up from his seat and stretched. He looked around and wondered what the heck he would do now. He could go for a drink or he could just sleep the rest of the day, either way he wasn't a very productive person.

"I'm Kol" he said to Lanious with his hand out to shake the other boys "And you are?" He asked with an eyebrow raised. So far it seemed that not all if the kids here were complete tossers. Though he could definitely spot the many who were but he was glad he met good people on the first day back.

Nick turned around and looked at lanious. "Well looks like it's over now." Nick smiled and blushed at him as he was now talking to another cute boy. "I'm Nick from the United States. Nice to meet you." Nick out his hand out to shake

Ren was not really surprised by this announcement. He walked up to the stage and spoke to Sebastian, he had a class with him last year.

"so just like last year Sebastian? When will the headmaster learn that these assemblies are important."

He somehow was still reading his book.

"Great." Lanious smiled as he stood. He was pleased he didnt have to be in this crowded room any longer but wished he hadn't had to come all the way here in the first place. "I'm Lanious. Its nice to meet you."

Beaming he grasped Nicks hand and shook it. He liked meeting new people. It usually meant new friends."I am kind of from..well...everywhere."

Sebastien turned and saw Ren. "Yeah, never seems to learn." He said with a slight smile. "Least it leaves more time to just be lazy and relax, so how are you doing Ren?" he asked trying not to sound to cheesy. "Do anything fun over the break?" He noticed that many of the students were desperately trying to get out of the Auditorium as if the Head Master would walk in and call everyone back... not ever going to happen.

Alton scrambled to the exit. He took a breathe of fresh air when he got out, looking around at all the other students around him. He decided to go on a walk around the campus and see if he could make any more friends. The kid he talked to earlier didn't seem to exited about his presence. He scoped out his surroundings looking for someone to have a conversation with.

Ren actually looked up from his book, a rare occurrence when talking with him.

"I am doing fine. As for my break, it was mainly filled with chess matches against my grandpa and sketching flowers for my mom. I thought it was fun but, that is how most of my brakes are spent. How was yours?"

Ren was trying to remember how conversations like these worked. He wanted to actually make friends this year instead of the list of people he had brief conversations with.

Sebastien smiled, "You will have to show me your drawings sometime." He said. "As for my break... managing my damn family and trying not to drown under their ever present values. Mostly spent it back home in Monaco. It was fun, I was able to really get out and sail... well when I had free time." He said still smiling. It was true the break had been nice. Though his family continued their efforts to instill in him the same cold and self serving values they held. He was destined to be the next leader of his family upon the death of his father... if that ever came. They were wealthy aristocrats and in Monaco few things went on without a hand from the Vallencourts. That also seemed to be the case wherever Sebastien went. It was just another way of his father making sure he knew who was really in control of his life. "Also what book is that?" Sebastien asked trying to see the cover.

Nick smiled and blushed as Lannios grabbed his hand. "I'm pretty sure I saw you around school next yearI'm happy to finally talk to you." Nick looked Lannios up and down. "So what do you mean you're from all around?"

Ren smiled.

"Sounds like a deal."

He had never been to Monaco but, it sounded cool, especially if there was sailing involved. It meant there was things to sketch.

"Sounds like my kind of vacation, minus the family."

He nervously laughed a bit.

"I have never been to Monaco, just here and various areas in Japan. Is the scenery nice there?"

If it was Ren knew where he wanted to vacation next.

"Oh..ha." Lanious released his hand and rubbed the back of his neck nervously. He loved traveling while he grew up but he found it embarrassing to talk about it much. He knew others didn't get to travel much so thought of it as bragging."My dad is a writer and he travels all over the world to get insperation for his stories. Growing up he always took me with him. I never had a set place to say I was from. So when someone asks where I am from I say everywhere."

Sebastien smiled hearing Ren's response. "Monaco..." he paused. "It is the most beautiful place on earth. An entire nation confined to the limits of a city. Situated on the southern coast of France on the Mediterranean in the French Riviera. I would go there in a heartbeat. If I had something to do other than be annoyed by family." He said. "You should really go with me sometime. I mean..." he blushed some, "If you would like that that is." He nervously rubbed his arms trying not to make himself look stupid.
