I think if I feel a power is to strong I will come to an agreement with who ever's character has said power.

That's why we tend to balance things. Some people have a list of powers to outright ban, others use a scale to use.

There isn't just one universe, there is many. Each universe coexists with one another, side by side, never knowing of the next existents. This conglomerate of worlds is known as the Multiverse.
Between each world is another. But this world is not its own universe. This place is simply known as the Void. The Void can take many shapes, from a lushes forest to a vast ocean, the Void is anything and everything at once.
Until recently the Void was home to only one being, Nexus.
Nexus is the being that controls the Void and each portal that lays within.
After the boundaries between the worlds of the multiverse began to desolve a great evil arose. This evil is known as Vector.
Vector wishes for nothing more then complete anarchy and chaos. Vector uses figures of great power from conquered worlds to take over the next.
Nexus, unable to stop Vector alone, has gathered some of the strongest figures of power in hopes that they can stop Vector and save what worlds remain.
Only those gathered have the power to save, or destroy the Multiverse! It's time! But are our would be heroes ready?!
