Hm, well your CS is fine the format for personality strengths and weaknesses is different. I'd rather perfer putting it into a paragraph instead of seperating them into their different components. But the choice is up to you however. Everything else is alright with me, you're direct and to the point with the personal history and personality traits. Overall, it's a good CS in my opinion.
