Not a ton has happened. The only “major” thing that has occurred was Seraphina, a helper of Nexus, appeared and explained the situation to all those present in Harmony Plaza. That caused several people to ambush her and ask questions about it. Besides that, there hasn’t been much other than a little bit of talk between other characters
