Fantasy Crimson Yin: Forbidden Love

Kai tried to open his eyes, he could feel pain from his back. He stretched out his hand to touch his wound, it was stitched... badly and ragged, but at least it had stopped bleeding and he felt better. Kai looked around him, a simple room, kinda girlish. Girl room..? he assumed.

He heard steps outside his room and when he looked out to the door, he saw a man walked pass the room. Kai squinted his eyes to get a better look, seemed familiar. Kai tried to remember where he ever saw that man.

Prince??!

Kai jumped from his bed, a tingling pain felt from his back. He ignored it and went down the stairs...

---

Lyza saw the broken arm man eating,
he must be so hungry, she thought.

"Not so far, maybe we can get there in 5 minutes," Lyza stood up and looked at her foster father who had been watching her the whole time. Lyza gave him a sorry face, she promised she would tell about all of this after she got back, she told him mouthed.

Lyza was going to head out until she saw 'her man' walked down the stairs,"Good morning!" She run to him and checked out his condition. Better than last night, she thought.

"Umm... do you want to go and meet my friend too? She is a doctor, she can treat you too," Lyza could feel her face blushing when she talked to Kai. Kai just smiled and nodded, he then looked at the prince. Kai smirked and a plan just popped out in his mind.

Standing up slowly from her bed, the wooden floor creaked as she gained her balance enough to be steady. Looking in the mirror, it seemed that all the blood as been whipped off her skin and her clothes had been changed. Although due to the poor cloth wash obviously given to her, Jewel could feel the stickiness from her hair and her skin. Such a gross feeling after been on her skin for hours, "I better go bathe.." mumbling as she headed slowly to the bathroom connected to her own bedroom.

Her intuition told her that she needed to rest and walking around wasn't the best choice of action at the moment but being the stubborn girl Jewel is, she simply pushed through the pain and dizziness. Drawing her bath out, she took a long nice soak which seemed to calm down her nerves and reduce the headache pain. Letting out a sigh of relief, she was in complete serenity. It didn't take long before the bath water turned a tinted pink color and that told her she was done for the day.

Getting out of the shower, Jewel examined her body for wounds or scaring. It seemed that the minor wounds turned into scabs but the fatal wound to her stomach seemed to leave only a scar as if from a sword. After her self examination, Jewel carefully put on a light set of armor and her sword. For some reason, her sword rested in its sheath on the foot of her bed when she awoke. They most likely retrieved it out of the dragon's neck while she slept.

Unable to stand there, Nayome spread her wings and flew off. She had to keep moving. If that human Jasper or her Uncle Kai.... Angling her way to Brevun Down that she knew was north, the silver dragon flew, making sure to not go anywhere near Afoss Wasteland. Freezing to death or being torn apart by the predators of that place she knew would be better than anything that human and her uncle had in store for her if they caught her.

Storm stared impassively at Lyza before sensing other people in the room and his eyes slid from Lyza's foster father to Kai before getting to his feet and leaving the house. What was five minutes more with a broken arm when he could see the ocean from the human lands?

Lyza saw the broken arm man walked outside the door, maybe he wanted to go to the coast alone, she run to door and shouted, "Don't wander too far, okay? Come back here when you are ready to see my friend!"

Lyza turned back to the blue hair man, she smiled and led him to the table, "You should eat something... Do you... remember me?" Lyza asked carefully, afraid that he might have forgotten about her.

@eclipsehowls

Kai sat down and took a bite, he then glanced at the girl and smiled, "Of course I do," he could see how her eyes glowing happily. He remembered the first time he met her, she was just a mere human, but somehow he could feel different vibe from her. Despite of his hatred toward human, Kai decided to approach her and talked to her. He remembered how her face turned red when he smiled at her, she was talking haltingly. For seconds, Kai was dazed because of her sweet smile and laugh, but he managed to pull himself together and walked out the pub, parting without saying goodbye. He never knew he would meet her again...

"We haven't tell our names before, right? I'm Lyza, and you are?" she asked. Kai thought for a while, he assumed that she was the one who saved him.

Being saved by human... Kai knew he couldn't getting more involved with this girl, "Lucenn, I'm Lucenn." That name just popped out from his head. As long as she didn't know his real name, everything would be okay, he hoped.

He must focused on the prince, his mind suddenly came back to sense. Prince was the main priority now, after the incident last night, he couldn't make another mistake. He needed to find a way to save Akata too... Too many things he must handle, this girl would only stand in his way. Kai took another glimpse at Lyza and once again lost in her sparkling blue eyes...

(sorry for the long post! (':3) Because there is two characters in this post, Lyza and Kai, hope you guys don't mind)

I walked out of my room then slowly down to Jewel's room. I softly knocked on the door before opening the door to let nyself in. "Does anything hurt?" I asked her, putting my hand on her forehead tesring for a fever.

Arwynn sat by the makeshift fire she had made last night, holding out her hands to absorb some of the heat better. Curled around her in a furry heap was none other than Shahe, his sides rising and falling as the great cat slept. On the opposite side of the fire was the dragon Akata, still passed out from the loss of blood, but breathing nonetheless. Arwynn had removed the sword during the night whenever a group of villagers came to see what had caused the commotion, who once asked, agreed to take the princess and her guard back to the palace.

Arwynn looked at the dragon's closed eye, "if she tries anything, ill put an arrow through that eye..." she thought.

She sighed, every rational though was telling her to slay the beast, but she knew that the dragon was the only way she could learn more about the man who had sent her... "A man!" she thought, "so this means that dragons and humans are working together? no... this man sent these dragons to kidnap the princess, what is he up to?" Arwynn glared at Akata as if by glowering at the beast she could figure out the answer.

@Juju

(From time on can you guys tag me? because i get lost in all theas post)

Akata was on the other side of the fire Inconcius but slowli she seem to begine turning back in to a Human,her tusk dissapear,her scales submurge and soon she was human again wearing black armore similer to her dragon,she grone unable to move her head as she just laid there infront of the fire,she would look up and see...the Huntress just starring at her "what do you whant?"

(Have to go seeya)

Storm sniffed the air, detecting the smell of salt and headed off in that direction. Just like the human had said, it took him five minutes to reach the coast. Of all the places I could have crashed near, he thought with a smile. He stayed there for half an hour, just staring out at the vast expanse of ocean, disappointed that it didn't seem to look any different then from the royal castle back in the kingdom. Eventually the pain got too much for the Prince to take and he made his way back to the home before walking inside without bothering to knock.

@Azula Cross

Nayome shivered as the cold winds of Brevun Down hit her scales but didn't let that stop her from flying. She'd been flying for a few hours now and had finally reached the frozen wasteland. It was a vast difference to Afoss Wasteland. One extreme heat and one extreme cold with the rest of the planet in between. Not that she knew what a planet was. The female dragon eventually began to descend to the earth below as the winds from the sudden gale became too much for her and she landed on the ground before looking around. Nothing but snow and more snow for as far as the eye could see. Sighing she began walking before catching the faint smell of blood. Startled she looked down and could see a blood trail. What...? she wondered before lowering her head to sniff at the frozen red against the snow. Dragon blood....

Nayome let out a roar, calling out to anyone who might end up being there and began walking towards the source of the blood.
@ScaraByte

Jasper had eventually retired to his chambers for the night when it became obvious that Akata and Kai weren't returning. Utterly annoyed that the Discontented Dragon Leader of Blood Yang Order couldn't even manage a simple task correctly, he had sent Messengers to inform him if the two ever bothered to come back. For all he knew, they had left for good though where they would go he wasn't sure and to be honest he didn't really care so long as his existence wasn't leaked out to the other humans and human royal family. Jasper was back in the throne room with the new members, both human and dragon who had joined the Blood Yang Order in the past few weeks. With him were members of his Guard, including some Elite Guards. @Yonsisac

( sure thing @Yonsisac and bye; happy fathers day)

Arwynn looks across the fire towards the now human-formed Akata, "I see you survived...hmmph." Arwynn then stands up, causing Shahe to stir with a yawn, "well considering you are not going anywhere soon, I'm going to assess the damage you two brutes caused". Motioning to the mountainsaber, she then says "watch her will you, Shahe." As she walks off, the cat lays down with his head resting on his paws, watching the dragon.

Clouds of soot stirs as Arwynn walks through the forest. All around her, flakes of ash slowly fall from the charred remains of trees, as if in a mockery of the snow that is doomed to fall during the approaching months. In the heat of battle with the she-dragon she was not able to observe just how much damage the fleeing dragon had caused. Most of the forest on this side of the valley was nothing but ash and the skeletons of the trees and animals who had failed to outrun the dragon flames. Kneeling down Arwynn flicked her fingers through her quiver and carefully selected the straightest and sharpest of her arrows and made a small cut on her hand, allowing some blood to sink into the wood. Taking a handful of the ash, she rubs it onto both the arrow and into the incision on her hand. Standing back up she looks past the blackened horizon in the direction Kai had fled and silently vowed that this arrow would someday pierce that dragon's black heart.

Walking back through the greener side of the valley, she soon arrived back at Daggerpeak village. Stalking through the streets, she was pleased that the few people she did see did not bother her with any questions. Finally, she stopped at a manor near the outskirts of the village, the hunting hall of the Dragonbanes.

Walking through the dim hallways, she soon came to the room she was looking for. Surrounded by the mounted heads of dragons was the ancient skull of a dragon, the crown of it's head as wide as Arwynn's arm could stretch. "Mylanth..." She muttered to herself. As a little girl she had heard the tales of the great dragon and had often shied away from the empty glare of the beast, which even to this day held the same ominous fury as those eyes once did hundreds of years before. However, she had not come here to look at the remains of a dragon. Held in the jaws of the skull was a bow, the heirloom of the Dragonbane family. Taking the bow off of its resting place, she looked at the delicately carved details in the bow but dropped it suddenly and withdrew her hands in pain. When she had picked up the weapon, it had suddenly became searing hot, but when she held her hand above the bow to check for the heat, it was no longer there.

"I knew this would happen..." she said as she looked at the bow, "only a true Dragonbane may use it..."

Aero shivered and some snow shot off him. He sat up and started to dust the snow off him. "It's so cold" He muttered as he rubbed his arms in hopes of warming up.

(Just woke up, hope you all slept good. or stayed good)

Nayome continued following the trail of blood, sometimes having to dig through the snow to find it as it vanished in spots but finally stumbled on Aero and looked down at him. "Why are you out here by yourself? This place is a frozen graveyard," she said. @ScaraByte

"J-j-just because" Aero said as he shivered and looked at her. His heart was still confused and torn between the two girls, Which one could I love? He thought to himself very confused. His current state made him look like he fought with a bear and lost so he tried to stand up and winced on his way up.

Nayome sighed as she stared at him before looking around her but all she could see was endless snow and ice on a flat landscape. Lying down, the silver dragon pressed herself against Aero, allowing him to share in her body heat so he wouldn't foolishly freeze to death. The fact that she would end up freezing to death out here wasn't lost on her. "Why don't you go home?" she questioned.

Lyza stared at Kai's eyes, she loved his blue yet lonely eyes. He seemed lonely, he tried to be strong, but she knew something kept bothering him. She could sense that he still put a big wall around him, not letting her to come closer inside. Lyza stretched her body and smiled, "Lucenn, right? I'm gonna call you... Luc! Yes, that's sound good!" Kai just nodded and smiled, didn't want to argue with this girl.

Lyza danced happily and suddenly someone came from the door. Ah the broken arm man has returned... No more romantic scene with my dear Luc.

"So... Mister not-so-happy-face, are you ready to fix your arm? You sure not talk too much... Anyway, what is your name? I can't keep calling you mister this and mister that, you know."

@eclipsehowls

Star would be outside walking in the dessert enjoying the heat,as she walk 2 large Orange winged Bugs followd her,each with glitering wings like Mirrors,they flew behinde her as she walk,a sigh escape her mouth as was so silent thea days Honestly,nothing but plain silence,one of her"comets" as they are calld would land on her shulder and look at her,she smiled and would pick up the one thing that searves her in her hands and sofly pet its head "You are cute one......hehehe....we better head back befor dad gets mad again"she said as she would let the small bug go as it flew around but not to far from star,as she started to make her way back towards the headquarters.

as she walk she would make it back to the Ruins Of the castle a she would walk inside and as she did the Moment she enterd the Throne room she sigh with a smile as she sees Jas "
Hey dad!....something wrong? you seem down today"she said as she would aproche Jasper placing one of her hands on his shulder wondering if he was alright.

(post akata once im done im still busy but will try and remain here for a Little)

"It's because, I can't exactly" Aero said as he felt her warmth around him and his face blushed. He put his hand on his leg and the wound started to engulf in flames healing as he winced a little. He looked out into the sky his eyes going glossy as he worried about the others, Where was Storm yesterday? He wondered since he hadn't bothered to tell him he was going to the human kingdom.

Jewel's eyes moved with the movement of princess's hand which she had placed on her forehead. Glancing back down at her with a soft smile, "I'm okay, thank you for worrying. What about you my lady? Are you hurt in any way?" Despite asking, Jewel was already studying her body with her eyes for any injuries.

Storm just stared at Lyza without comment. "I'm Timothy," the only herb he could come up with on a moment's notice. The Prince just rolled his eyes at the question. At least the slaves back home weren't this useless. He wondered if Aero had gotten his letter yet about the dragon Hunter in the ruins yet. "Of course I'm ready to get my arm fixed. I don't fancy it being broken for the rest of my life," he said, resisting the urge to growl at her. The annoying twit of a human.

Jasper looked to the Guards and Elite Guards who bowed and left the throne room with the new recruits back to the barracks before leaning back in the throne. "Kai and Akata have not returned yet from a mission that will advance the plans for the war," Jasper said in annoyance. "It shouldn't be that difficult considering how they left last night. Did you enjoy your walk around the wasteland?" he questioned. @Yonsisac

Nayome didn't understand why he couldn't go home but decided not to push for fear that he would begin questioning her. "Well no sense freezing to death out here. Maybe there's some shelter we can go too," she suggested. If any dragon found out she was the daughter of a rogue dragon and the niece of Kai she'd probably be killed.

"I saw a village over there" He said as before coughing causing blood to trickle down the side of his mouth. He turned and looked at Nayome and smiled, "It's good to know that you're up and well" He said still having the blood from the side of his mouth dribbling down his chin. His leg ached but it was just about healed up, his shoulder was ok and pretty much healed minus a small scab.

I can sense it........ She squinted her eyes and stared at Storm, that Timothy whatsoever doesn't like me. What a waste for his pretty face.

Lyza took some bread and put it in her not-favorite bag since her favorite had gone missing, "C'mon, my lo... I mean Luc, we gotta go... and Timothy, right? Let's see, I'm gonna call you Tim! Make it short so I can remember it well."

Lyza walked toward the door and waved to her foster father before she got outside.

Kai looked at the prince and raised his brow, Timothy? I don't remember his name is Timothy, maybe he is trying to hide his identity just like me.

Kai followed Lyza outside, but before he left the door, he looked at the prince, "Hello, Timothy, nice to meet you, I'm Lucenn by the way," he smiled, "I think we are going to stuck together for a while, so please bear with me and her."

"I was unconscious most of the night," Nayome said as she stood and began walking, taking it slow for Aero's benefit. "Ended up hitting my head on the rocks and then left this morning when I regained awareness," she said with a shrug, looking toward the direction of the village that Aero had mentioned. "Thank you...for finding me," she said.

Storm looked at 'Lucenn' for a few seconds before nodding. Not that I have much choice, he thought hoping all humans weren't completely useless like Lyza. "Sure," Storm said and followed 'Lucenn' out of the house and towards the doctor.

"It wasn't a problem finding you, and you should probably return to human form so we don't attract suspicion" Aero said as he put his hand on Nayome's body. His smile stayed there even though internally he was torn in so many ways it wasn't even funny. He felt happy he could talk to someone who didn't end up trying to kill him directly afterwards, but his feelings were still a storm of constant change.

Nayome nodded and closed her eyes as her body shifted into her human form, a heart necklace hanging around her neck. The necklace had been a gift from her mother, the only dragon in her life who ever actually cared for her and loved her. Not like her father and uncle and she shivered at the thought. Shaking her head, she started walking again. "It was a good thing you saved me. I probably would have died eventually," she said and and she did look rather skinny despite the food she'd eaten last night.

"Well I'm glad I could be of service" Aero said with a bow as they continued to walk his leg giving him less of an issue. He took his sleeve and wiped the blood from his chin, "I hope they have an inn or something here" Aero said as he looked at Nayome. She is cute but still He thought to himself before turning away and looking at the ground, snow crunching beneath the feet of a white wolf a distance away.

Nayome gave Aero a smile before it faded and the two dragons continued towards the village. A haunted look appeared in her blue eyes as she walked and she wrapped her arms around herself as snow began to fall on them.
