Backstory
Marisol was the light of her parents' life despite coming unannounced. Growing up she was in love with how lively the streets of New Orleans however, none beat the love she had for the sea. True, there was a drive to the nearest beach but it was worth it to see the smile on their daughter's face. Across the street was her other family where her younger cousin was born. Marisol may have been young but as her baby cousin rested in her young arms she instantly built a bond with her. To protect her. Growing up, they were like the sun and the moon, navigating through chaos and lively streets.

She and Teagan were total opposites but they did not live without each other. Marisol always made it across the street to make sure she can rope in her little cousin in her happy mood to lessen the burden that was in their home. Especially knowing her cousin's shyness to social interactions and lack of understanding of emotions and figures of speech. It was evident to her aunt and uncle, but to Marisol, she saw her intelligence, her sense of otherness about her. It is what helped Marisol see things in a different light. Sol found solace in her younger cousin and she made it a point she was a safe space for her. She became her confidante. As things seemed to go down south with her parents, Tea always sought refuge at her house from her parents as they tried to 'fix' what was wrong with her. Marisol often fought with them, telling them there was nothing wrong, even though she was diagnosed. Having her back enough that Tea returned to her parents from time to time.

From time to time, Marisol would often go on run-around to the beach, often taking Teagan with her to simply escape from the horrors she was facing. The horrors they were both facing. Life at Marisol's house was simply not all good. Her parents were constantly arguing and it always put Marisol in a foul mood. It was why she always ran out whenever they hit the fan. She put all her energy into protecting the one person she cared about throughout life at home, school, and even outside. Embracing her uniqueness and offering a sense of comfort, shelter, and acceptance whenever she needed it.

Once she got accepted to university, it was a safe space. No arguments. However, whenever she was not home. It pained her to leave Tea back home but when she came back - It wasn't until her father cheated on her mother, everything went down south. It broke Marisol. It managed to break her and that set her cousin on a frenzy that even she couldn't tame.

Muse was an escape from hell and it only gets worse every time she returned. After her second year, she came back to her grandmother's tragic passing. True, Marisol was distraught but how her cousin reacted was nuclear. It was only so much that Sol can do and it was about time that she took her with her. With their mutual love for art, Teagan belonged there. They needed to be off and done with their home back in New Orleans now that nothing is tying them back there. It was a turning point in their lives, leaving them both scarred and searching for a way to heal.

Their passion for art remained a constant. Mateo is the second born and only son to King Caspian and Queen Delia which meant the minute he was out of his mother's womb he was plagued with the burden of royalty that was to wash over him should his parents were to fall. That being said, the king was kind of wary when he saw that his son had golden locks as both the king and queen were dark-haired. That being said, the queen was always loyal so it was never questioned. Growing up, he was never much in sitting through history lessons or etiquette lessons. It was quite monotonous and repetitive for his tastes. What was not monotonous was when the training with a sword started taking place. Even with a wooden sword, it was more exciting than classes with the court's servants. It was through got to make and meet his first friend, pretty much only friend, Florian. Mateo was not really close with his family besides his cousin. He and his cousin were in the same predicament and also were like two peas in a pod. One lacked a filter and one was optimised with sarcasm. He was not really allowed to communicate with others or befriend them unless his father deemed them worthy. No one would deem their bloodline not worthy so William was his best mate, his cousin and also his wingman as the years passed.

As the years went by, he was getting fed up with the wooden sword and wanted to fight with a real sword but his father got fed up with his persistence. To teach his son a lesson, he tossed him a sword and they duelled it out. Mateo left himself an open target and his father got a clean shot, piercing his abdomen. Playing with swords was not something to be taken lightly. Even though the queen wanted to bite her husband's head off for harming their son, even for the purpose of a lesson, Mateo fought and trained even harder to prove him wrong.

Shortly after, the saddened news hit Marina that its' queen has fell gravely ill which defeated Mateo. His mother was everything to him. She always stood by him, listened to him and supported him in all his choices even though they were not the most ideal of them all. Knowing she had one leg in an early grave, there was never a night he did not visit her, bring her, dahlias which were her favourite flowers as well as a couple of shells he hand-picked from their beaches. Marina was renowned for their beaches and sea life. They used to go swimming and shell-picking all the time when he was just a young boy. Delia felt herself falter one night and as she grasped his hand, she wanted to open his eyes for his future. She made him promise that one day she would love to see him with a young woman in his arms that suits him as well as his little children running around. His mother knew that she was not going to reach that time but she wanted to be sure he followed. As much as it pained him to promise. He was a man of his word and he promised when the time was right, he will take that step.

Mateo was not always the casanova and run around that he is nowadays. Hopping from one bed to the next was a sport he rather prepared than the sword. This was brought up as he grew older. Mat was burdened with more responsibilities and as he came of age, his father was harping him to find a princess to wed. Balls after balls he had to endure. Sure, he would pick a princess but not to wed, to bed. As the responsibilities grew, the more he rebelled behind his father's back. He even assigned a knight to watch over him, his own cousin no less. At least he had worthy company, his father hoped that it would slowly bring him back to his place to rightful self. Because he could. The prince never wanted to wed or bear children due to his childhood. He lived life to the fullest, drinks, money, whores and let's be nice, other females ... you name it he could do it. It was not until it hit him. He was promised to wed. An arranged marriage or so to speak. To this day he still cannot believe what his father was thinking aligning himself with an opposing kingdom. A couple of years ago they were at each other's throats... and here they are joining families... He was dreading it. He was losing his freedom and that is not something he desires.

Nonetheless, he knew who his bride was and they were simply paralleled people which the reckless prince never wanted to settle for, let alone now forced to marry. The day had come and the magical wedding was to grace the Kingdoms. Only his bride was not like he last remembered. He knew she was to be accompanied by her fairy godmother so he did not question. What he only questioned was how is he supposed to enjoy himself with being tied down with a knot. He always kept in mind the promise he made to his mother on her deathbed.

From a young age, Angelica's passion was the art of acting and music. Whilst she was not the best with any instrument but her voice was always her best instrument yet. Throughout the years, Angelica tried to perfect it as her own nickname besides derived from her name, it was given to her because she had the voice of an angel. She loved the art of acting and improv. In fact, she tried to get small jobs here and there to try dipping her toes in the industry.

Some people tend to use that to their advantage which may lead to people deceiving her or hurting her.

She loves giving the benefit of the doubt. Especially growing up, which life situations she encountered led her to learn and overcome her naive self, not eliminate, simply minimizing it. Backstory
Born in Long Island, New York, Aneglica was the youngest child out of two sisters. Her and Harlow her eldest sister were raised to be as close-knit as possbile. Angelica, being the youngest was cherished by her parents and even her sister. She was known as the magical Christmas present as she was indeed born on Christmas day herself. It only took two daughters for the pair to realize they were not parent material. Angelica was born on a cold Christmas day, a lovely Christmas present to the family, she was. Harlow was little Angelica's idol growing up. She always followed in her big sister's foot steps and copy certain actions. Always telling her she wants to be just like her when she grew up!

Years and years passed till she turned thirteen and the sisters have received the news that changed their life upside down. Their parents had died in a car crash and ever since Harlow had changed her attitude completely. She became more stressed, grieved and hostile. The person whom she idolized so much became her worst nightmare. She knew deep down her sister cared for her but the way she was showing it was only pushing her more and more away. Her sister was closing herself and pushing Angelica away. Till then that was all she knew about her parents' death. She started working together in a restaurant which only led to more time away from Angelica.

Due to her sister's hostility and over-protection, Angelica was fed up and could not live like this. So from the little income she had from delivering papers, at sixteen years old she grabbed a small bag with the necessary belongings and hit the streets. She felt alone anyways, there was not going to be a difference to begin with. Even though in reality she was not. After around a week on the streets, a faint light to her situation started to shine. A shred of hope also known as an Italian restaurant owner, Tony. The restaurant owner had a small loft just above his restaurant that was vacant. In return for payment of rent, the owner accepted her services in his restaurant. Angelica was a waitress as well as entertainment on a certain nights. It was then when she met one of her now closest friends, Cisco. Angelica managed to start saving up and living in a tiny loft on top of the restaurant. It was no luxury but it was better than the streets any day.

From her savings, the female started buying decent clothes. She even got her own nickname as the Angel for her marvelled voice. Tony even pampered her a bit with bonuses (little did she know it was her sister's doing). The young girl was always so happy from the littlest of things. A simple key chain, even. Angelica had cut all contact from her sister and have not heard from her ever since. Tony and Cisco were the only people she had. Deep down, still wondering why Harlow pushed her away. On a hard note, her closest friend Cisco had decided to take his new steps in life a depart from the restaurant. It got lonely real quick.

On her seventeenth birthday, Tony surprised her. He had given Angel enough funds to attend Walt Disney University. That took her by surprise. Finally she can pursue the acting career she oh so desired! Little did she also know that she was about to come face first with her world and worst nightmare once more. Luckily enough, an old childhood friend appeared at Tony's having a mid road trip snack. To her surprise he was attending the same university at her. After some discussions, her and Travis decided they would room for expenses sake.

Caroline has two passions that she can dissolve in when not wrecking her brain with new material. She enjoys the outdoors and her favourite things to do is horse-riding which felt quite freeing when she is zooming through the country side. It was one of the things she missed most when she left Oxfordshire. She found an alternative in sports, in particular volleyball, which opened up many pathways for her. Upon first impressions, Caroline can come off as really bratty and stuck up from her background. Reality is not that far off, despite not being as uptight and bratty as people make her to be, she is just a girl with high standards and class and simply wants her belongings on point. She is rather sharp tongue. No sugar coating - simply the truth. Having no filter tends to work its magic at some point as her charisma tends to attract people, flashing them her genuine smile. She had to be for her desired profession.

She can be quite competitive in nature especially since all her life was only a competition with her father degrading her so it definitely sparked. She is self-driven, ambitious and tries he utmost for every challenged. Always feeling the need to boost up her knowledge she is the type to inquire and take interest in various other subjects she is not particularly in tune with. Often not that merciful if competition is in place, especially academic wise. That being said the female can be quite smart and creative when it comes to creating loop holes and discussing which makes a conversation useful. Backstory
Caroline was the one and only daughter bor in a very prim and proper family in Oxfordshire, England. From a very young age, her mother had started dropping hints on what she should and should not do. From a young age, she started acting like the young lady she was, always seeking her father's approval for her actions. Whenever they went to family reunions, get-togethers, corporate events, she had to be on her best behaviour. She swore she remembers wearing cute little dresses, bows and little chunked heels from the age of five. She even had her own hobby she shared with her mother, horse-riding.

Her father was a known lawyer throughout the land and he has the highest closing scores in the United Kingdom combined. In fact, as much as she hated the dictatorship of her father, she wanted nothing more than to follow his foot steps growing up. Although not wanting to be in her father's shadow, she aspired to be. Caroline was sent to some of the best private schools Oxfordshire had to offer. Given she was quite introverted, she tended to keep quite to herself both in classes and during recess. She met her soon to be best friend, Travis upon being paired with him in a project. Even though she protested against it cause Carol worked best alone, she decided to give it a chance. She was glad she did because he soon became the closest friend and about one of the few she had. He also had a pet fox which she found quite intriguing how fascinated he was by them.

When she finished her first few years of school, her parents came to bare the news to her that they had to pack up and move to the land of the United States of America as her father was offered a better position as a partner of a firm which was optimal for his carreer path. She was devestated that at the age of seven she had to leave her friend behind without having a say. However, their parents took her to say her good byes to him and his family before flying away accross the world to start a brand new life.

Growing up, Caroline started coming out of her shell the more she started taking the form of her father while keeping the manner that her mother taught her. She started tackling and practising her social events and situations as if they were a case in court like his work. It was when she slowly started to get her voice to be louder and louder, despite being diminished at home. As Caroline expressed her desire to become a lawyer, her father was outright against it. He kept telling her it was not a woman's job. Hearing those words only made Carol want it more. Despite her father's attempts to wrangle her from the path, she persisted and managed to go through both high school and college. Trying to take up as much of the extra curricular she can manage as she practised her own law notes through online lessons and library books.

As it was time to pick her university, Caroline had managed to earn herself a scholarship through her volleyball team winning nationals. She was to start attending Walt Disney University where she met her now spaghetti loving room mate, Cisco. They met through sharing their major in Law. The pair hit it off on their first lecture even where they had to go head to head on their first case. After a year of speaking, the pair became so tight knit which solved the lodging issue when they were off campus outside of the scholastic year. Despite the fights, Caroline persisted her dream and wanted to be nothing less than her father, if not more.

Rosalie, you could say she is a jack of all trades. Having most of her time spent locked inside her room and with endless supplies, she tried to make the best out of her time. She loves art and music as she can manage to handle any instrument with ease, especially her harp. Whereas she can also design the most pretty patterns she can imagine. Apart from that Rosalie dabbled also in cooking, knitting, reading and dancing. She was really in tune with her creative nature and she owns it.

Right off the bet, Rosalee is very spirited and determined. She always strives to be whatever she wants, especially to her mother. Despite it all, Rosa is easily influenced which resulted from her being told what to do and their lack of understanding of reality. This has resulted in her suffering from mild anxiety and very low self-esteem when in reality she is nothing but rays of sunshine. However, despite her 'mother' having a strong hold on her, she still tries to remain positive and do what she does best art. Art, dancing, music... she did it all to distract herself from the confines of her home due to her over-protective mother. She learnt to see the beauty in all of the littlest things. Spontaneous and uplifting! Upon eventually rebelling and reaching her own age, Rosalee started experiencing the outside world, she started flourishing her true colours. Having discovered the beauty of communicating with others cause Rosie to bust out of her shell and try to keep up with all the standards. She is very outgoing and sometimes playful to those who entertain it but she can also set her own boundaries.

Backstory
This little ball of sunshine was born shortly after these two successful lovers were newly wedded. Rosalie was born on a nice spring day to Hillary and Jonathan Simmons, shortly after they were married. They did not stop to think twice, be it accidental or planned, they welcomed little Rosie with open arms and warm hugs that were endless. From her crawling days, Rosa was spoiled rotten with gifts.

In fact, Hillary used to keep her with her all the time as they both had a knack for creativity. Her mother was a renowned artist that travelled for the majority of the time, exhibiting her art, sculptures and models across the world. Jonathan was in fact her manager as he was an ex-military lieutenant who stopped his service to be with his family and is now a chief executive of his own record company where he met the love of his life. She and her beloved mother used to do everything together, especially since she took time off to spend it with her daughter. They sang, danced, played instruments, cooked, painted and so much more! It was safe to say the Simmons were very artistic and known for it, for that matter.

Growing up Rosa always went on runs with her father and she was quite ecstatic to let out all that energy she had in a run or a hike around the areas of their house. She would often find herself trying to find children outside to play with and make friends with. In fact, she had managed to make friends with a girl her age in the neighbourhood.

That being said, life was moving along fine but when she was just ten, her mother took a turn for the worse and fell gravely ill which was quite a shock for both her and her father. They both tried their utmost to tend to her as best they could. Leaving the pressure on her father to care for both of them. Her father reached out to a family friend, an old lady who happened to be a family friend to aid.

Her mother's health kept going downhill and it was her last wish to see her daughter settle down for the future when she turned sixteen years of age. Speaking to her father, they had tried their utmost to find their young sunflower and male whose family was willing to engage. Her father, having his own empire, managed to find the ideal opportunity to double up with another business management company that was willing to create a merger. Not only with their business but also had a son around Rosalie's age that had landed himself in the same future predicament. Albeit adhering to her mother's wishes, Jonathan was also reasonable to let his little girl have her own life before dropping the bomb on her future. He informed the old lady who was taking care of Rosalie when he was at work.

In the meantime, whilst her mother was locked in a room and her father running on a business trip, their family friend took the reigns in taking care of Rosalie which was a walk in the park at first. She used to do all the activities she used to do with her mother and make sure she was in her good graces. From what Rosa knew, the lady had no children and always wanted a young girl for herself. Rosa was that girl. In fact, as her mother slowly came to pass away, her father took a turn for the worse and barely returning home at times from all his trips, the old lady took her in as her own. On this condition, she must let her know about the merger agreement so that his company does not take turmoil with the agreed one.

The young blonde was still blossoming when her family took a crumble... she only held so few memories from her previous happy family.

Fiona, the old lady, became her own role model as Rosa started to even grow to call her, her own mother. Fiona raised her as her own and loved her as such. However, it was a bit excessive as she grew so protective over her that she locked her in her room more than you can count on your fingers for no reason at all. She did not even allow the young girl to leave at all. Not even for school, she homeschooled her. Rosalie was not one that loved being kept behind a locked door and she misses the interaction with her friends and family deeply. She did not want her to go out and play, instead, she taught Rosalia how to pass the time with hobbies. It was then Rosalia discovered her passion for art. The female painted portraits after portraits. Still, life after still life till her room became flooded with her own works. She tried dancing, singing, cooking, and reading but she always got bored after a week. Art was the only thing that Rosie enjoyed for a long period of time. It was horrific, nonetheless but Rosa tried to make the best of it by seeing the bright side. She used her time learning new things via reading, painting the walls of the room as she had quite the canvas, she used to cook meals in the kitchen, knitting and so much more.

Years and years passed and this only resulted in her walls being covered with art that she had no spot left, countless dishes, dozens and dozens of knitted sweaters and blankets and many memorized books that she started getting old of this routine. It was taking a toll on her. In fact, Fiona had even gifted her a companion, a little chameleon that she named Pascal which was her lifelong companion. For her fourteenth birthday, Rosa got a new phone from her father that Fiona was reluctant to give her. But she did nonetheless with a limited amount of internet time and phone time to thirty minutes a day. In fact, she broadened her horizons and started surfing the internet and learning new ways and techniques on how to paint, cook and even play! It was a new world for the young teenager.

At the age of sixteen, Fiona also started getting a bit fatigued due to old age and she stayed by her side. Taking care of her so she can start getting back onto her feet. She was still unaware that she had been betrothed to another young man. Fiona never had told her. She instead gave her a number. Her father's number told her to contact him as she was slowly fading. And so she did. After the call with her father, she was stunned to find out what was to come out of her life. She spent her childhood locked in and now her future is pawned off to some stranger she did not know because of what... a business proposal. Rosa was outraged. She ran to Fiona and told her about it but she seemed that she did know. She was outraged. Everyone knew but as Fiona said it was due to her late mother's wishes, and she calmed down. Rosa was still not content but she reached out to her cousins who were just as surprised as she was. In fact, she had offered her a new leaf and started her own life and education with her. Rosa was grateful and so she departed with her 'mother' to start her own journey with her cousin. However, she knew her father had a play in this part through her as he funded her school experience on the condition she would take something business remotely for the sake of it.

Nowadays she started her second year, and she was still up to date with her education. Rosalie was so glad that she had finally gotten a breath of fresh air. Away from her room, her planned future. Everything... Let's see how this will develop for the young sunflower...

Desirée was one petite looking young lady, delicate almost. She had an equally proportioned body where her limbs were quite thin and fragile compared to her porcelain skin. Her striking eyes together with her small lips added to the delicate nature of her face. Some might even compare her to a living doll. She was quite visibly tall as well. He outfits highly depended on dresses and skirts with her colour palette strongly on pale colours like pale pink and whites for the majority of it. Des always opt to keep herself looking like a pretty young lady which meant her attire was mostly formal rather than casual.

Desirée is quite nurturing and motherly, not just to her family but also to her friends or anyone else who is in need of guidance online. She tries to be an example to all those that look up to her by having proper manners as much as she can. In nature, Desiree has a habit of worrying whenever she sees things going south or sees a person that is the need of help. She has to do her utmost so that things become in a positive light which is what led her to open up about various things that connected her with those around her.

She is the epitome of a sweet, generous and kind sweetheart. The female is quite compassionate and sentimental towards things and people she loves. She adores making things for those who are a major part of her life. That being said, Desirée does often suffer from difficult moods and fussiness.

Patrick O' Connell
Good Friend - Des met Patrick on her first day at the University despite being a third year. He was so kind to her and started showing her around the school and keeping her company when she had no one to turn to. Patrick was an absolute sweetheart to her and she will do whatever she could to even up. That being said she could sense some tension with his family which worried her as she did not like seeing him upset.
Rosalie Simmons
Cousins - Rosalie is one of the youngest cousins that despite only meeting in family reunions, the pair started connecting again once Rosa had access to the world of the internet and discovered her blog. Thye kept going back and forth till Des suggested her to come to her new university where she will be starting.
Nathaniel Reyes
Acquaintance - Although she does not personally know him, she sees him hanging around Patrick a lot. She hears most about him from her little cousin as he seems to be smitten with her and wants to actually try and win her attention. It was lovely to watch from Des' angle but she hopes Rosie would give him the chance to prove himself someday.

Core Memories: (In order of unlocking)

✧ Kittens. She remembers the birth of her beautiful three children; Toulouse, Marie and Berlioz. The three kittens stand out most as three kittens and three completely different personalities which Duchess was really fond of.

✧ Meeting O'Malley. Meeting this one alley cat whilst stranded in the street of Paris has changed the life of herself and her kittens tremendously. He made life quite an interesting trip while on the run.

✧ Foundation. She remembers that when she was found, her madame actually raised a foundation that was dedicated to the stray cats in all of the streets of Paris.

✧ Glamour: Des can alter the image of her face and make someone think they are seeing what she is imagining as if wearing a whole new face. She is also able to glamour others by applying her own make-up skills.

When using Glamour, Des cannot actually shift into features that do not exist. She would have to base it on features or faces that she would have seen or encountered first.
Backstory
Born in Toronto Canada, Desirée was born to two florists that loved to keep their life as simple as possible. Desirée is also the middle child out of three daughters in the Montreal family. In fact, Desiree has never been neglected attention and her family always did their activities together and even made it a point to do so. The family was a crucial part of their foundation. Being a family of five it could have been quite all over the place, that is why her parents always insisted that they spend at least two nights together and eat dinner

Growing up in a family of five was not as hectic as it proved to be. Desirée and her sisters have always gotten along beautifully and always shared their chores. Their mother always raised them to give a helping hand and showed them how to handle most of the things at home. This got Desirée to be very home oriented. She was motherly to her younger sister when her parents were taking care of the shop. On another note, when she was just a young girl, she always varied from her sisters. Both of them were rather hands-on whereas Des was also hands-on but she leaned more towards cosmetics and fashion rather than flowers.

Desirée, whilst going to school, also opted to always help around the florist shop for the extra money in order to start buying her desired products, starting with a good phone that allowed her to start recording her mediocre make up looks or even taking pictures of outfit styles and outfit of the days where she more often than not involved her sisters and some of her friends from school even. In fact, in her free time, she decided to share all of her creations with the world through the beauty blog she named 'Belle Visage'.

Tending to keep to herself, she was not really a socialite face to face, contrary to her online persona. Being pent up in her room and one manning her blog took the majority of their time. Make-up and Fashion advice to creations... it was a form of how she spoke without trying to hurt any of her audience, in particular, she took pride as her like and view ratios were rising and in fact, it only empowered her to do more and more. With the rise in views, she started to become a social influencer in the beauty guru industry. She took on the persona of the Duchess of Belle Visage as she tried to avoid leaking her personal information online. It kept sprinting upwards and in fact, various make-up lines, clothing lines and even unrelated companies started providing her with samples that she could showcase and even collaborate with them.

Due to various creations, it was there when Des started to alter her appearance a little bit to adapt to her looks. In fact, her parents were not really a fan when she started dying her hair in those weird colours.

Belle Visage took a major hiatus when Des started to attend university in her first year but had to drop out and attend school somewhere else in order to pursue the modelling gigs that she had been invited to do. Desirée still tried her utmost to keep minor posts up to let her followers know she was not fully gone and that she was awake and functioning. Belle Visage was a major part of her life and it was hard to give it up. However, Des was growing up and needed to pursue her education so she enrolled on this university once her agency gig had finished. Des felt a bit disoriented when it came to going back to school physically. She was so used to being schooled individually and the fact she was a persona she did not quite enjoy being a public figure when it came to being in public. She loved helping out someone who was struggling with their design, their image even.

She had to part ways slowly as she needed to reach her dream of actually opening her own beauty parlour and fashion line... Take Belle Visage offline.
