I would say yes on some minor conditions

reduce his limited immortality a bit, he can still be super durable, but make him be able to be killed by human means, even if its only by extreme means
and either remove or reduce his possession ability, either to only occasionally being able to possess npcs, and players (only when given permission by said player)

And it would be good to note that he wouldn't be able to teleport to many locations, as the universes are being smashed into each other, resulting in severed links and unknown locations.

Other than that, they seem fine!
