Constellations

I was reading and I got thinking about the Calender of Setesh and the fact that the DKs can see it in Rathess in their super-orrery.


What constellations would be in that sky?


from a purely aesthetic POV, what would the wise members of EC Redux name these constellations...and what would they do for a necromantic-bent Siddie?

A Sidereal could probably interpret them using mundane astrology, but they're not going to be able to do that much better than anyone else.


They would have to be somehow initiated into the Calendar's colleges (if such exist) to be able to perform any magical effects.

What makes you think anyone has any answers to those questions? White Wolf certainly hasn't published anything on it.

Sidereals are given control over Fate as it exists in Creation, not in the underworld.  Necromancy is relative to sorcery, not to astrology.  So a Sidereal necromancer's Colleges are still the ones every other Sidereal shares.


If the Abyssal corruption extended to Sidereal sparks (not canonical but Golden Rule away), then presumably they would be inducted into the Underworld's astrological colleges.

This probably won't help much, but Lore 5 has my take on the First Age Calendar, which uses constellations and the Calendar of Setesh. Here is a visual comparison.
