Character sheet is ready, BUT please read the overview first, it has info and the rules which NEED to be read please! I'm going to work on my four OCs today and post them as they get done.

i'll think on it perks are annoyign to pick out especially if one character should technically have lost of training and the other is a death claw

I only made the first two perks in each SPECIAL attribute available according to the perk chart to start off with, so that way everyone is balanced and it's fair for everyone, and no character is more powerful than the other, HOWEVER, how fast you can level up depends on how active in the role play you can be and how much you do.

yeah that may make people equal but from a story point it doesn't make sense as it means someone who has been on the run from the brother hood or who has crossed the united states alone is the same lvl as someone who just stepped out a vault or someone who has never done anything but farm

How about this-I'll make a range of the perks available, from a scale of one to five, so you can take up to five perks in each SPECIAL. Does that work?

So it's going to be a slight dice system, where if you roll a five and up you have a slight chance of success, and I'll roll something on my end to see if you beat it or not, and if you roll a ten it's considered a critical success or in the case of VATS a critical hit. I'll let you know the difficulties of different locks and things too.

The only time I won't be on is when I'm at work, and even then it won't be for long. What can solve this issue is to find two others to act as narrators/mods so they can be present in the event I'm not here and they can assist in the die rolls.

I'm debating whether or not to move this to the proper Dice forum, and there should be a dice function on the site as far as I know, so I'll let the player roll first, then I'll roll for difficulty and see if you beat my roll. I need to figure out also how to move this entire thread to the Dice section.

So I just finished reading through, and catching myself up. I want to say this, I don't think you should bother with moving this forum to the dice forum. From what I can tell from the conversation, dice is only going to be used in a fairly small way. Unless this entire RP is going to run on dice rolls, I don't see it being necessary!


Also, you mentioned needing one or two 'Mods' to assist running the RP. On a good day, I can be very active. While it's a little rude offering my services like this, I am more then available to run as a Mod~ (Only if it's needed, of course.)

Yea, the dice is a small factor in this role play, just for the sake of fairness and it gives a small challenge, especially with different levels of lock-picking, pick-pocketing, and the like.


I don't think it's rude at all, I'd love to have help on this! Absolutely, please be my Mod! We can discuss a more in-depth plot for this role play in a pm as well since we can both run the story together. Thank you so much!
